80 yr prehistoric occupancy insurance --live or die?

I was going thru some of mom's insurance and notice a 300K term insurance next to an expiration date 80 years.
Does that mean when she reach 80 yr old (she is very soon 78) that if she doesn't die it will expire and be useless?
Is there any agency to redeem?
Thanks

My insurance company will not release details of my no claims?

Answers:   Yes, if she outlives the policy, it will be useless. And no, there is no road to redeem anything because term insurance does not build up lolly value.

If she would enjoy purchased whole existence, then in that would have be a cash meaning that could have be redeemed if it wasn't needed anymore, or she could hold kept it until she died, and it would be paid.

My insurer overpaid me due to their mistake, do I hold to remuneration it put money on?

I've never hear of an 80 year term policy.

You casn ask your mom nearly it. She can call the insurance company to see if it's still contained by force.

YOUR MOM can cancel it, but if it's really occupancy, there isn't any "currency value" to get when you redeem it.

Only the policy owner - imagined your mom - can cancel, tweaking, or verify the policy.

You can't "redeem" term insurance as at hand is no cash meaning. It only stays within force as long as she pays the premiums. Have they been salaried?
