Answers:   depends on the contract you signed beside them upon starting the position. Most companies are a fire at will and in that luggage you are not entitled to any unused time off or sick days.

Each company does different things with their benefits. You might enjoy to contact the temp agency and see when they will be mailing out your time off fund. If it's not owed, they will definitely relay you then. Make sure you check beside your local labor laws on this...

I believe that when you are fired, you forego any benefits including unused vacation time. Sorry. Yes you are entitled to it, you have it saved up so it is something they owe you.
