hi, need some facilitate here plz, right, last august i have a daewoo lanos that was stolen subsequent recovered and writen off, so we bought another coupé and switched the car details on the insurance policy as we visibly needed insurance for it and had a 5 year protected no claims bonus, so 10 mths following (now) we sold that car and bought another and phoned the insurance again next to the car details to discover that we hold spent the last year paying for a policy next to no no claims bonus as they had not applied it and taken out a up to date policy altogether! So where does this leave your job us? Can I phone and demand that they apply the no claims and repayment the extra lb200 that it has cost us or do I hold no rights to do this? We should have 6 years subsequent month but as they never applied it we are just coming up to a year!! and 5 years is closely of time to recover!
Please some one let somebody know me what i should do. Thank you so much

Did your insurance company settle up to replace your vehicle?
We have a similare "accident-free bonus" and the principal office delete it for any type of claim - even a not-at-fault
