does anybody know if the CHPlus (child health plus) applications shift to social services? i know medicaid applications go to social services. i am freshly not sure if the CHP are through the insurance carrier individual.
Answers: You can send the application to the insurance if you want. But if you convey the application to social services, they will forward it on if you are over the income guidelines for medicaid, but qualify for CHPlus.
