this is for all the lawyer out there. I newly recently registered for one summer class. in a minute the policies for refund is that you hold to drop the class by may 30, before the class even starts. (which I over looked). So I drop the class and try to transport another class, but the class I try to take are adjectives full. So Now i can't even get money put a bet on, can't take another class, nor can i receive credited for next summester. Now is that wrong of the college on it's segment because they don't have anymore option for me? this is just close to saying we can't propose you anything else and we're taking your money. So what can I do?
Answers: There's nothing you can do. The policies for dropping classes and the compensation are usually stated very clearly contained by the catalog for everyone and they're not going to bend that policy because if they do it for one person, they would hold to do it for everyone. The fact that the other class be full is not going to be a reason because you could enjoy tried another class that wasn't. I'm not trying to be negative, but it's merely the reality of how they set it up. You enjoy to be aware of the dates and if you miss them, you do salary financially.

Although I do agree with you that at the massively least, they should credit you for contained by the future for taking another class, this still falls underneath your responsibility. They have a stated policy and a date that it is enforced by. It is nobody's imperfection but your own that you didn't drop the class by the stated date and then at the closing minute tried to get into another class that be already filled up. Lesson to be academic: don't procrastinate and wait until the ending minute! This has be a costly lesson to you and I doubt you'll make indistinguishable mistake again at least. Maybe, simply maybe, stay on the waiting document for this other class. People do drop classes in the first week or two, so possibly you can still get contained by. Good luck.
