How much immediately is my sss contribution?my sss no is 33-8048299-2?

I don't understand why you would want to contact their insurance company. If you are wanting to report their negligence to somebody, you would want to contact your state's medical board. That is who requests to be notified if you want to report something that you believe shouldn't have happen. If you do want compensation for what the nursing home did (or didn't do in this case) if you are wanting money from their insurance company, you are basically going to have to profile a lawsuit. An above poster said you don't have to record a lawsuit to make an insurance claim, but fitting luck in getting them to take-home pay you just because you cogitate they should. You are going to have to bring back a lawyer who is experienced surrounded by medical malpractice cases.

The most important cross-question here is was your father a DNR? Did he sign a tabloid that said he didn't want heroic measures taken if he did code? If your father was a DNR consequently it would have be illegal for them to do CPR on him. More info is needed about this part of your grill. If someone had come within and found your father had died surrounded by his sleep, they would not do CPR on him. However, if your father was sitting at the dinner table consumption, then he coded, and have not signed a DNR, then yes, they should own done CPR and done other life in your favour measures. The truth is, though, most (not all) patients in nursing homes do hold a DNR order surrounded by their chart. Nobody wants to live forever contained by a nursing home. You really need to get hold of a lawyer and he/she will be capable of help you sort out adjectives of this mess. I am so sorry for the loss of your father.

Am i insured?

Send them a letter of intent. In the reminder, write brief details of your loss. Post the date of loss, your dad's name, and your intent to wallet a claim. In the letter, relate them to refer the matter over to their nonspecific liability carrier. I am sure that they will. You will soon receive a call for from the insurance adjuster.

Edit - Some of these other answers are just wrong. I touch Commercial claims, including General Liability claims, and MOST of the claims are claims, NOT lawsuits. You DO NOT need to database suit to recover damages.

Edit 2 - Yes, you will obligation to prove that the nursing home was remiss. This is your burden of proof. You may need an attorney who is experienced within these matters to step within. However, he/she does not necessarily need to report a lawsuit just to draw from the insurance company info. They can still just report a first notice of loss reminder and/or letter of intent to pursue a claim.

A contract purchased from insurance company at retirement to provide continual income over a term of time?

OK, you can't. They won't have a chat to you. Either you file a lawsuit and sue, or you don't.

Business insurance isn't approaching car insurance. You can't profile a "claim". You can only directory a lawsuit.

The insurer name is PRIVATE INFORMATION. If they won't detail you, you can't find out. But you can't do anything with it, anyway - as they flat out won't tell to you.

Does anyone know of any affordable condition insurance companies for individuals living contained by Ohio?

Contact the State Ombudsman. The nursing home will be able to pass you this info or google your state and long term carefulness ombudsman.

There really is no reason to contact the insurance.

Condolences to you and your nearest and dearest.

Insurance Agents individual?

It won't help you. You cannot submit a claim against another party's insurer. You would enjoy to sue the other party directly. Just own your lawyer sue the nursing home. They will catch
in contact near their Insurance company ASAP.

How can i bring robustness insurance if i carry compensated bread?

I'm sorry for your loss.

But unfortunately, I don't conjecture you're going to get the result you want by contacting the nursing home's insurance company. They aren't going to invalidate a customer's policy just because someone call and verbally give a complaint.

The proper channels would be to run through your state's complaint board/licensing board. The insurer is only going to carry involved if there is a lawsuit file. They are a business and make decision based on issues that come up contained by court - not phone calls from their client's down in the dumps customers. (No matter how defensible the customer might be with their anger.)

Again, I'm sorry for your loss.
