Answers: You ask them to give you a card of insurance, naming you the certificate holder. Then you hail as the agent listed on the cert, and ask them to resend it to you, near a different address (to verify that they haven't faked the cert).
That's the one and only way. If you're looking for a database or something, at hand isn't one. It's not public information.
