I was thinking of getting Erie insurance but it is so cheap it sounds to virtuous to be true. I have hear that they have really honourable rates but when you get within a crash that it is near impossible to obtain them to follow through and a complete hassle. Is this true? should I go next to them and risk it? do they do that with the claims?
Answers: I have Erie coverage for nearly 15 years, during that time I had I don`t know 3 or 4 claims in beside them. They weren't the cheapest for me however claims were simple.
I file the claims by phone. Each time I got 2 or 3 independent estimates for repairs on my own for my vehicle, faxed it to Erie and they freshly sent a check to do the repairs each time. No hassle at adjectives.
Another time my car be hit by a lady beside another insurance company who denied responsibility. Erie handled adjectives the mediation for this case until I be paid for damages 10 months then by her company.
If you're trying to get a claim rewarded by Erie, it is the worst company I have ever see. My car be involved in an twist of fate where Erie's client be cited and convicted of reckless driving and after 3 months Erie have still not determined that they are liable. What other evidence is needed? I never knew that you could inform your insurance company that it wasn't your fault and they would be in motion by your word and not the conviction of a ticket. I have Erie and lucklessly in the closing year, I've made 2 auto claims and 1 homeowners claim. No problems at all! I dream up they were great! No problem getting anything compensated, actually when the adjuster come out to inspect my car, she told me that body shop wasn't charging for plenty labor hours, so she bumped the hours up so we wouldn't have to verbs about any supplemental payments.
I have my money all three times, near in 4 days of making the claim. They are awesome!
Erie is GREAT! I have my personal insurance with them when I be up north. I had my parents switch their personal insurance to Erie.
I outstandingly, highly recommend them.
It is NOT a hassle to do claims near them.
