My wife went to emergency ultimate night near a kidney stone. It is a large one and they may have need of to operate. We are (were) actually going to the attorney's organization tomorrow to pay and start the liquidation filing.
Can this be included outright or will it be up for review? We really have no other option!
Answers: All debts that exist PRIOR to the time of file MUST be included. A creditor may object to discharge, but if it's a necessity and they can't prove you never intended to income, it should get discharged. You should discuss this next to your attorney. I've never heard of a medical provider object to discharge.
yes u can include ur medical bills any that are over-due and existing bills, utility bills, etc in a collapse as long as they are within days gone by few years if i am not mistaken however u will need to bring the bill next to u at the time of the file otherwise u can ammend it after that but not without a cost. they will charge u a payment for adding it surrounded by later i am not sure but i ruminate it goes by how much the bill is for but could be basically 100- 400 but dont quote me on that amount.i think it also depends on the advocate . i filed a couple years ago. hope this help You can include it, but I would think your attorney is going to want to hang around at least a month or two until that time filing. You want to cause sure that all the medical bills hold rolled in and are included until that time filing. If not, you will be stuck next to that debt.
Good luck.
You can submit EXISTING medical bills to your bankruptcy...can you hold sour on filing until after the procedure so that you can include that bill? You should get hold of a bill within a month of the procedure. Can the collapse wait that long? Yes, I started my BK over six months ago after my house foreclosed. You can include it because it take so long to file. But Goodluck getting a hospital to do the procedure next to no insurance. Hope she gets the medical she deserves.
