I am stressed out cuz of many problems. What shall I do ?

Answers: Why don't you have proof of insurance on your motor? You are legally required to hold that in your sports car at all times. If you are pulled over and can't show proof of insurance, you'll be contained by a mess!

The lone way to resolve it is to seize state farm to convey you a new proof of insurance and next you will fax it to the DMV. Your license will be suspended until this happens. You may carry lucky and state farm will dispatch it, but I highly doubt it. And if they speak they will, they sure won't be in any hurry resembling you would if you did it yourself. You may just hold to wait for them to dispatch you a new one surrounded by the mail. I would suggest not driving until you capture it AND get it sent contained by to the DMV. You'll get within a lot of permitted trouble with no proof of insurance and driving beside a suspended license. That is, unless you like to spend time contained by jail. The NYS DMV doesn't accept thesis (mailed or faxed) proof of insurance. They require all companies writing policies within NYS to submit proof electronically. Did you cancel your NY insurance back you turned in your NYS plates? if so, the NYSDMV be made aware of the cancellation & think you don't have insurance since a TX company will not own the ability to verify it electronically. They probably don't even know around the reporting requirement. Turn in your NYS plates pronto and procure a TX license and plates. The NYSDMV website has the address where on earth you should send them, and include your unusual TX address to the NYSDMV can send you proof of plate surrender. Also bid the NYSDMV and ask them how you should submit proof of TX insurance to them. They may not accept out of state proof of insurance and if this is the overnight case they will charge you an $8 a day fine for the number of days you have NYS plates with TX insurance. Don't blow this bad because if you come back to NYS & enjoy to get a sports car registered again this will have to be taken safekeeping of before you can register another coup¨¦. Since you're in suspension this have been going on for more than 30 days (probably closer to 60) and you are probably very soon in defilement of Texas law for living in attendance without TX registration and license. Most states require you to redeploy those over within 30 days, sometimes sooner. I know dealing beside this is a pain but the longer you tolerate it go the worse it will receive.
