The answer is "Yes". Name your agency and later contract with as various carriers as you can conceiveably knob, and will accept your agency appointment.
Most insurance companies will require their agents to convey Errorrs and Omissions insurance. (E&O)
Some companies will require a minimal amount of production to keep your contract.
With approximately 2500 or so insurance companies surrounded by the US, I don't think you'll want to try to contract beside all the ones that are licensed within your state.
