Question:

Answer:
Cheaper than what?

First of all, you don't right to be heard what country you live in. Second, near one conviction, you're likely to drive drunk again, which make you a REALLY high risk. So it's not going to be cheap. BUT, if you hold REALLY REALLY good credit, Progressive can be amazingly cheap even beside a DUI. If you've got crappy credit, it's adjectives going to cost a ton - credit is a "responsiblity" rating - and irresponsible money habits coupled beside irresponsible driving, well, it way you're irresponsible!! But responsible money habits and just one DUI could just be a stupid mistake, which is why Progressive can be so cheap.

If have to pay a sophisticated rate for insurance keeps you from the bottle, later I don't want you to save one penny. What you entail to do is realize that a motor vehicle can be a weapon just approaching a loaded gun before you drink and drive, you are a large risk and your chances of doing it again are giant so companies will charge a high premium for that risk. But resembling my fellow agent Mbrcatz17 stated Progressive is your best option. I pray you do not do this again and that you create inwardly yourself a social conscience, go out contained by the community and tell others that drinking and driving cannot be mixed and later you may get subsidise some of what you lost when you were convicted of your crime.

What happen at a functional size exam?

Question:
I was told this exam take 4 hours...what should I expect

Answer:
"Mark" and "California Bill" are correct. In order to ascertain what your limitations are, you'll be required to accomplish specific excercises with measurable results. For example, if your injury involves hand/wrist deface, a grip strength test will be done on both hand. Later, the test will be repeated to testing whether the first result is consistent with the second length.

Make sure you wear very comfortable clothing and shoes on that daylight, since you'll be very stirring. Some folks choose to cut down on their pain meds 24 hours prior so the results will copy their true level of functioning. I would individual recommend you do this if your doctor agrees it's ok.
if you are physically capable you will be okay.

Question:
if yoiu knew someoen similar to that would you think thats type of odd?

Answer:
Well, if they lived surrounded by NYC, I wouldn't think it be odd. Or if they be blind or something.
ya that probly means they r a kinda crappy driver
in good health i know a 30 something year old that doesn't enjoy 1. but ya
no, i know a kid who is 22 and still doesnt have his liscense, try and seize it by 21 or else than it starts getting uncharacteristic
Many people contained by big cities don't have one as they don't buy cars. My daughter of late paid for gas when friends drove her around. My grandmother died at 73 in need ever having one.
Actually, at hand are several young adults approaching that. Guess it's a different time. In the 80s kids couldn't wait to receive their license at 16 yrs old. Now, some of them own to be made to get past its sell-by date their butts and go bring their license.

On the otherhand -- if it's because they are afraid to drive then they shouldn't until they have a feeling comfortable.
That may be unusual, but he/she may have incredibly good reason.

For example, could have a medical condition you don't know nearly (and is none of your business), or on political or evironmental grounds. Not everyone wants to pump carbon monoxide and other pollutants within to the atmosphere, you know.

Don't be so judgemental.
I known a few folks who were 19 or elder who do not have a driver's license or do not know how to drive a saloon. reasons 1 and 3 be the most common reason.

Reason for not having a driver license by age 19.

1. Urban areas where on earth insurance is too expensive or at least not the most financial choose for transport.
2. religion or culture forbid it.
3. the public (or buddy) transportation system is sufficent in some nouns that you never have to drive.
4. suspend or revoked license

Where can I find a free directory beside name and contact info for insurance executives?

Question:

Answer:
I don't think such a directory exists. You can look up insurance companies and usually find out on their website who the principals are. If they are publicly traded, you should know how to easily find adjectives the officers and directors.
http://www.findlocalinsurance.com...
You don't . Or a bit, you can subscribe to trade magazines, but it won't detail, for example, the direct number for the president of Cigna - because that would be the perfect spam account, wouldn't it? If you don't want to subscribe, you can go through the sickly pages only like everyone else, to acquire filtered out by the secretaries.

What type of insurance cover TMJ jowl problems?

Question:

Answer:
Health policies: Each state has law requiring the coverage of certain services, set as "mandated benefits." Call your state insurance commissioner's department and ask about your state's law; if you work in another state, phone that state's insurance commissioner's office, also.

Many states require coverage for TMJ, but just after demonstrable damage to the unified has occured. In other words, if there's solitary pain, there's no coverage; but when the pooled becomes deteriorated, such as bone spicules or meniscus smash up, the insurance will cover it. Such is the case surrounded by my state.

In the absence of a mandate, insurers are permitted to exclude coverage of solid diagnoses. If coverage for TMJ syndrome and/or its side effects are excluded in a policy, there's no coverage.

Dental policies: The immense majority of dental insurance policies define a "dental service" as any service that treats the teeth or its supporting structures. In the presence of this definition, in attendance will be no coverage for TMJ problems, even if the pain is cause by malocclusion (misaligned teeth). This is because the temporomandibular joint is not a "supporting structure" of the teeth. There may be coverage for a dental appliance that prevents the teeth from grinding during sleep (bruxism) and alleviates the discomfort of the TMJ, however. In order for this type of dental appliance to be covered, it must nominated within the "Covered Services" portion of the policy.

I hope this helps.
Not sure.. my boyfriend have that and it stopped him from kissing me a lot.. ha it be horrible. i hope you find what youre lookin for.. feel for ya:-p
i suppose this would be covered by dental insurance
You can visit your regular doctor, but they own to bill it as ear pain because EVERY insurance plan tries to shove it past its sell-by date to dental coverage.

Therefore, if you have dental coverage, see the dentist.
Normally a jowl misalignment is a health issue, not a dental issue, so it's usually condition insurance.

But if the TMJ is caused by misaligned teeth, consequently it's an orthodontic problem, and covered by dental insurance.
Some dental insurance companies still offer it as an route to their plans. However there aren't too several left due to the cost and the complexity of the disorder.

However, your medical coverage should still pick it up. If you are lucky satisfactory to have dental that will cover some, consequently submit the balance and a copy of the dental EOB to your medical delivery service. Sometimes they will pick up the balance.

Is it trial for an insurance company to not cover you if you stay near that company but metamorphose policies?

Question:
I am trying to get a condition insurance policy with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of IL. I own had and HMO policy beside them for about 3 years. My cobra policy next to them is about to run out shortly as of March 1. I be in the process of trying to acquire another policy with them. I have the understanding that they would cover me completely since I have been covered near them for 3 years. Was I mistaken? Can they reject me just approaching anybody else? Do they not have to adopt my medical pre -existing conditions? I thought they did since they had be covering them for this amount of time. I do not know anything about the ruling. Is there any place I could look to find out my rights contained by this matter? I enjoy to know soon. I do not want to be without insurance.

Answer:
yes.
I enjoy found the source box to be a good resource for this type of insurance. There are assorted ways to go around this so I suggest you research some of the companies for their offers.
After COBRA runs out your option are largely dictated by the Laws of Illinois for individual coverage. Most States do not require carriers to provide coverages for individuals or adopt pre-existing conditions. Contact an independent benefits broker in your city to find out the law in Illinois. By the agency COBRA can extend beyond the 18 Months under guaranteed conditions like if you are on public assistance.etc. Check this out near the broker also. Good Luck.
Most insurance companies would rather put on the market plans to small businesses instead of individuals - because individuals tend to default on payments.

In your baggage, they probably don't realize that they've been collecting money from you for the end three years - without backfire. All they see is one person wanting to purchase an individual plan on their own - which channel, IN GENERAL, they're going to get screwed on the premium payments.

Contact your state's insurance board for your rights surrounded by this matter specifically - they might relay you you have a defence to fight the insurance on this.

What is Third Party Insurance?

Question:

Answer:
Insurance that never pays the policy holder - it pays the third party. An example is Liability Insurance.
insurance which covers somebody who suffers a loss as a result of your travels. So for third party saloon insurance, if you hit smebody the insurance compensates the victim but not the driver. It is a cheaper insurance because it does not cover everything, unlike " comprehensive insurance" which is the more expensive alternative.

Is it permissible for an insurance company to not cover you if you stay beside that company but vary policies?

Question:
I am trying to get a vigour insurance policy with Blue Cross/Blue Shieldof IL. I own had and HMO policy next to them for about 3 years. My cobra policy beside them is about to run out shortly as of March 1. I be in the process of trying to get hold of another policy with them. I have the understanding that they would cover me completely since I have been covered near them for 3 years. Was I mistaken? Can they reject me just close to anybody else. Do they not have to adopt my medical pre -existing conditions. I thought they did since they had be covering them for this amount of time. I do not know anything about the decree. Is there any place I could look to find out my rights surrounded by this matter. I hold to know soon. I do not want to be without insurance.

Answer:
Your COBRA policy is going to be anything your previous employer had. The Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) requires most employer with group robustness plans to offer workers the opportunity to continue temporarily their group condition care coverage beneath their employer's plan if their coverage otherwise would cease due to termination, layoff, or other coppers in employment status (referred to as "qualify events").

So, when your COBRA expires and you get a hot policy, you are not necessarily going to get indistinguishable coverage that your employer had provided.

Under HIPAA, a group vigour plan’s pre-existing condition exclusion period will be reduced month for month by the individual’s preceding time of “creditable coverage” under another strength plan. The continuous coverage period within another health plan is considered “creditable coverage” provided in that has be no lapse in coverage of more than 63 days. COBRA continuation coverage may be terminated if a COBRA participant become covered by a new group condition plan with a pre-existing condition exclusion clause that is to say satisfied by the “creditable coverage” provision. The HIPAA rules limiting the applicability of exclusions within most employers’ health plans for pre-existing conditions become effective within plan years beginning on or after July 1, 1997.

You will in fact choose what plan you want. They very expected do not have a plan i.e. exactly like doesn`t matter what your employer was offering so you pick the plan that is to say best for you.
They are not REQUIRED to sell you a form insurance policy - they CAN reject you like anyone else. *IF* they choose to adopt you, they have to whip your pre-existing conditions - which is probably why they are choosing to reject you.
Your state must not be a "guarantee issue" state. That means they bestow insurance through a high risk pool for those that are turned down for coverage on an individual plan. BCBS is usually the hardest to carry individual coverage with. I write insurance contained by OK for people slightly often that be turned down by BCBS. Find a good independent agent that can abet you shop around. You do not want to use the high risk pool coverage unless it is your solely option. You can contact the Insurance Commissioner's organization to see what the laws of your state are. Also, a up to date agent can help you, too.

What is the landlord's responsibility to tenant's body injury or annihilation due to a building collasping during a..

Question:
...earthquake since the normal homeowner insurance doesn't cover earthquake?

Answer:
First of all in that are two coverages to discuss. Earthquake exclusions apply only to property hurt such as building or personal property and is a first party coverage: plan if you own the property you buy the coverage and the insurance company pays you. The landlord does not insure your property so his policy will not recompense for any damage, Earthquake or otherwise.

The tenant also carries liabiility insurance that money for your damaged property, bodily injury or demise IF it was cause by his negligence. This is called third body liability since the landlord buys the coverage but you receive paid if he is negligient. EQ injuries are not exclude surrounded by liability policies. But normally EQ wreck is considered an act of God and it would be complex to show in court he cause the injury. Bottom line he is probably not responsible.
Yes, if you can prove the tenant caused the earthquake.
None. The innkeeper is NOT responsible. Sorry.
There is none.

Your bodily injury costs during an earthquake are paid for by your vigour insurance plan...not your landlord's policy.

A landlord's policy covers property damage just to the propery owned by the landlord and singular if the landlord have an earthquake rider on the policy.

There is no coverage on any of the tenants contents unless they hold a renter's policy with an earthquake sanction.

There MAY be some liability coverage on a landlord's policy, if they've purchased itbut it will likely exclude earthquake related injuries.

And, even if you did get better some money from a landlord's insurance policythat award will ALWAYS be reduced by whatever strength insurance coverage you may have have.

So let's just vote you were hurt within an earthquake and you incurred $25,000 in medical bills which be paid for by your medical insurer. And, you won a $35,000 insurance settlement base on the negligence of your landlord. Your $35,000 will be reduced by the $25,000 you already received via your medical insurer and you'd receive $10,000 from the landlord's policy. That doesn't stop you, however, from continuing to pursue the landlord instinctively. Just because his policy either salaried out its limit or didn't money at alldoesn't mean you can't try to attain money from him personally.
You would own to prove negligence on the part of the innkeeper. For example, if the building was supposed to be retrofitted and the owner has-been to do so, and you can prove ityou should be able to get better. But the key to this, as all right as any claim, is negligence on behalf of the owner.

Answer:
The Basic and Essential plan is alot cheaper next the Blue Cross HMO plan. The basic plan is a short time ago that. Very basic! $30 copay for doctors $500 copay for hospital inpatient. Alot of the central services are covered by either a dignified copay or a 70/30 coinsurance. The plan info. sheets on the site are pretty good. Most agents dont know much in the order of the ind. plans because they are more hassel then they are worth commission prudent. You may want to go on your mom's plan as an overage dependant. You may save this coverage until your 30th birthday. Your premium would be about 60% of the single rate that your mom pays. Its other and you will get better coverage consequently the individual plan can provide.
