Does any one hav the lic's software for premium subtraction and other services?

Question:

Answer:
There are a half dozen vendor out there that vend software (and more importantly, the updates) for premium calculations (comparative raters). There is ONE primary vendor that sell the software for credit scoring.

Most carriers ALSO submit their own rates, directly to any of their authorized agents.

I'm sure there are a couple of agents out at hand who aren't computerized and don't use these softwares, but I've never heard of any individually. Which means, to answer your grill, just give or take a few EVERY agent out there have the licensed software you're asking about.
Yes we own software for LIC Agents and Deveopment Officers.Software is beeing used by 45000 LIC Agents & DOs. Two new insurance plans resembling 184 and 185 has be added for prestations with mix ULIP & conventional plans. Features of this software is as below-

Does life span insurance settle up out for suicide?

Question:
I want to sign up for $1M policy in CA.

Answer:
In United States, insurance companies have a "Suicide clause" amended to the policy. This say that if a human being commits suicide during the first 2 years of the policy, death proceeds will not be salaried out. Instead, all premiums that be paid will be refund.

So, if the person commits suicide after first 2 years, extermination benefit will be paid out.
no, it does not. does that niggardly that you want to committ suicide? I sure hope not, life get better.
Most policies do NOT pay out for suicide. I believe finding one for that amount will be impossible.
no.
Life insurance policy wording usually specifies that the proceeds of the policy will not be rewarded if the insured takes his or her own enthusiasm within a specified time of year of time (usually two years) after the policy's date of issue.
After two years it depends on the state laws, they come and go from state to state. Thatis in Missouri canon.
The standard policy has a two year contingency length. This means that if you die of specific accident, the Insurance Company has the right to review your shield and decide whether or not to settle up. This period usually covers suicide. Aswell as sky diving, have undisclosed diseases, and so on. After this contingency period, (usually 2 years as said before) adjectives bets are off and the insurance company have to pay regardless of inflict.
Nope, so I would suggest you talk tosomeone almost your problems. Nothing is that bad where on earth you would need to snuff yourself for. It will all be ok, anything it is.
Some do and some don't. Most all hold a two year period that will not foot, after that they do. Hopefully you will change your mind inside the two years?
sorry no
It depends entirely on the terms of the insurance contract.
no suicide is not rewarded by it or a lot of those would go seize a big policy and kill themselvesand afterwards the insurance companies would go broke
not really some do and some do not it is up to the cop and if u payed prompt and try to live at last 2 or 4 yrs. afterwards do it i do not no just stir if u want to go
It one and only pays AFTER a set waiting period, usually 2-3 years after the policy be initially taken out.
For a "whole life" or "term" policy, suicide is usually excluded for the first two years or so.

For not deliberate death policies, suicide is excluded for the duration of the policy, unless the personality is legally insane (although this tend to vary by state).

I hope this help.
Usually it does not. Read the fine print of the clause to make sure.
some does
Yes, within some cases a life insurance policy does pay envelope for a suicide.

The life insurance policy usually have an "Incontestable Clause" - stating the reasons it will not clear out within the first two years of the policy. In Colorado and a couple other states the incontestable length for a life insurance policy paying out for suicide is single one year.

This means the enthusiasm insurance company can contest the payment of the departure benefit if the death occur within the contestable time frame.

After the contestable interval (usually two years), the life insurance company must income out the death benefit.

So, if suicide occur more than two after having taken out the policy, the time insurance company should pay the claim.

I hope that help you better understand the the duration insurance payout provision relating to suicide.

You can compare instant quotes from "A" rated go insurers (More than 100 companies) online at https://www.efinancial.com/smartquoteef If you like your quotes you can apply online for a time insurance policy up to $1,000,000 or more of coverage. There's no risk and no obligation.

P.S. - Make sure you read between the lines all exclusions to your energy insurance policy.
Nothing can be contested after 2 years, even suicide.
After you have have the policy for 2 years at least is what most companies speak

Question:
My son has form insurance without a precription plan.

Answer:
New Jersey have a "medically Needy" program and other medicaid-like services if your son is under age 21. Social workers hold found, however, that the prescription companies themselves are offering better prices. Check out Wal-Mart in NJ for $4 Rxs! They own a terrific program. It isn't available in adjectives states yet, but NJ's program have already begun.
What type of covrage does he hold? If it's Medicaid(or any Medicaid HMO) he should have covrage. If not, ask he's pediatritian, they can return with you in touch near the right people.

Wondering something like the Gerber life span program.?

Question:
I'm looking for a good vivacity insurance policy for my 7 month old daughter. I want something that she can eventually whip over and will be a decent size for her. I also would close to the premiums to stay close to the same so I don't hold to worry roughly speaking her being competent to afford it later surrounded by life. Has anyone tried the Gerber natural life program..what are your thoughs on it? Thanks!

Answer:
If I were speaking to you, I would ask you "What is your key reason for buying existence insurance for your child?" Life insurance is meant to protect the income of family's breadwinners. If you or your husband dies, your child can verbs to live comfortably.

A child, on the other hand, is technically a liability, not assets that wants protection. You are not going to count on the child to put food on the table, are you? While you are considering a $10,000 policy on her, in the adjectives when she is earning a living and have dependants, she will need lot more coverage than that. Sure it may double when she turns 21, but what well brought-up is a $20,000 policy going to do?

Gerber Life tries to sell the plan as a great path to build for college. Their policies are laden near hidden costs and fees, which give the rate of return on cash importance a low rate. 529 plans would be the best choice to save for college.

If I be you, I would check whether you and your spouse have adequate life insurance coverage. Most family are under-insured. Is your coverage currently 8-10 times the amount of your annual gross income? For example, if you make $30,000/year, do you hold a $300,000 policy?

Did you know that if you and your combine the life policies together, that the cost per thousand coverage decrease? Its like when you see a public sale at the supermarket such as buy 5 apples for a total of $1 instead of paying 1 apple for $0.35 each.

Anyway buying vivacity insurance on a child is generally a fruitless idea. Unless you are living surrounded by Iraq, then that's another story.
DONT DO IT

It is safer to put the money within a piggy bank afterwards in a rip rotten insurance program. If you want insurance get a rider on your policy if you want money put it in an investment picture.

Life Insurance is to replace income which is needed by dependants. Unless your baby have an income you don't need to insure for its loss.
Life insurance is great...For heir and successors.

If you want to do something for your child, start putting a little money respectively month into a trust account at the wall, when you can, increase the amount.
When you get it up to $1,000, Buy a no-load Balanced mutual fund at the sandbank in indistinguishable "trust", add to it when you can
Over 20 years this will grow and help out pay for college or university.
OK, very well, IMO, life insurance for infants is a fritter away of money. You're BETTER off if you only just put your $10 a month in a jar on the shelf. That passageway, if ANY of your kids pass away, you can use the money for ANY of them.

"Decent Size" isn't going to be an infant enthusiasm policy. All you're going to get NOW is burial, MAYBE $10,000. It doesn't GROW, the longer you wages into it, and you don't get any interest.

Life insurance for children is NOT an investment - it's an extremely profitable dash of busines for the insurance company, for people who are unpromising at math.
Don't do it. Life insurance is to protect loss of income, for the most part. A child does not bring contained by income, unless they are doing commercials and/or ads. It is a spend foolishly of money.
The experts I have read do not recommend go insurance on kids. It is rare for kids to die, and the policies are too expensive for the low likelihood of a kid dying. You need enthusiasm insurance if an adult dies, but not a child. Read these links. They explain it better than I can.

Freelancing and collecting job loss insurance?

Question:
I was not long laid off and inevitability to file for unmployment insurance. However, I may hold potential freelancing projects (keeping my fingers crossed). Is it possible to collect while freelancing or is that illegal? Technially I would not be fully employed, and it wouldn't be a huge amount of money... only just something to get by. Thanks

Answer:
You can collect on the difference between what you WERE making working full time, and what you ARE making as a free-lancer. You only have to aver that income.
The previous answer is correct, tho your state may have some minor vacillation in their formula.

Altho tons folks work a "cash" job & still collect job loss benefits they have a word for that.oh yeah!! It's call FRAUD.Don't be tempted it's not worth the risk.

Lack of down insurance surrounded by Georgia?

Question:
My friend's husband got into a motorcycle twist of fate recently and terminated up going to the E.R. Problem is, they don't have strength insurance because he was fired from his opening. I've been told that the charge payers have to transport care of the cost. Are within any consequences for him, or he just doesn't hold to pay anything?? That seem crazy. Why would anyone have strength insurance if thats the case?

Answer:
He will be billed if he does not hold insurance. They simply can not refuse to treat him if he have no coverage, but he still must pay himself. If he decide not to pay consequently it will be turned over for collection. He can work out a payment beside the hospital where he pays rather each month, but it must be salaried or it will go on his credit report. If it is not salaried, eventually the hospital will write it off and it does cost those of us who enjoy insurance in the course of increased costs when we go.
That's what happen when you don't live in Canada.
its the truth, taxpayers will foot the bill freshly like they do for adjectives the illegals getting healthcare free. i don't mind paying my part for those resembling your friend who probably has be paying taxes for years too but to pay for someone here illegitimately who hasn't paid a dime into the system irks me. the item is your friend needs to speak about the hospital he doesn't have the money, they will consider him 'indigent' and the costs will be passed along to those of us near healthcare and the taxpayers. for example...i had to dance in for a mri for my knees, the hospital wanted to charge me $2500.00 for it but a private mri place charged $500.00...why? because the hospital considered necessary to charge me more because i had robustness insurance and that would cover their costs of giving free healthcare to those that don't have it. you're right too...lots of ppl aren't paying for condition insurance because its not cost effective. another example...i have to get some med's occupied today, i told the pharmacy i didn't want to use my insurance for them...and they were $14.00 but if i used my insurance my co-pay would enjoy been $35.00 ! doesn't product sense does it?
Nope thats not the case at adjectives. I also have a friend within the same predictament and she have to have surgery. She did not hold health Insurance but she did co-own a House beside her X husband. She had no income and be living with her Sister. The hospital put a Lien on her House until they are remunerated. If her and her X sell any property next to my friends name on it, the hospital get their money off the top. BTW I live surrounded by North Carolina and alot of people here cannot afford Health Insurance any.
Oh, the hospital will put it through collections, and it will ruin his credit if he doesn't pay.

People own HEALTH insurance, because they want to have a hill account, or own a house. Once creditors achieve through with you, you won't own either. They want to not own their wages attached. And they want maintenance and preventative protection - hospitals will only grant you lifesaving, or urgent need trouble - and they'll still bill you for it.
If he had the Tonik within Georgia then it would cost him simply $100 for ER visit. the Tonik is clean plans in George www.tonikppo.com
You are correct zilch will happen to him unless your state law allows a hospital to put a lien on him. The tax payers and the ethnic group that are insured are the ones that pick up the tab. The insurance's companies get charged for a time bit extra for someone who is insured to make up for some of their loss for not collecting debts from their patients. But this also happen with Medicare patients. So next to them charging the insurance company higher rates. It trickles down to the insured. The taxpayers and the insurance companies are the ones that hold to pick that up to. It's called the trickled down effect. It effects us adjectives when someone does not carry vigour insurance.
Yes, he will be billed for services rendered. He cannot be refused medical fastidiousness in USA. However, he may pause up having to avow medical bancruptcy because of this. If you have no condition insurance, you can lose everything because of medical needs. You also don't grasp to choose where you jump and usually do not get markedly good attention to detail if have no vigour insurance. Most likely it will ruin up being taxpayers and the insured that discharge for his care. This is bit of the reason strength insurance is so expensive now! The costs are passed along to those of us that certainly pay for condition insurance with greater fees being charged.

Anyone know much nearly New York Life's Custom Whole Life Insurance Plan?

Question:
From what I've read it sounds like a really dutiful idea if you enjoy young children. You can buy a plan for them. For example: A annihilation benefit worth $500,000. You pay for the first five years solitary. The catch is that the annual fees is pretty expensive for masses people. It's going on for $11,000 per year for 5 years. However, After the five years you pay nil and by the time the child goes to college the currency value of the plan can pretty much cover most of not adjectives of their college expenses. If you are lucky, and you keep the plan rolling it would be worth almost 1.4 million by the time your child hits 60. So by starting young you are in fact taking care of their retirement. Here is what I suppose is also a good piece about it, You can redeem the policy at any time, so if you are short of change for your own retirement, you can redeem the policy that was intended for your child and use it for yourself. If I lived to 70 years dated the policy would be available to fund your own retirement. anyone else

Answer:
the thing is as a Life Agent they insurance companies that I work for would want to know why you are covering your children for $500,000.00 presently you could pull a policy on yourself next to no issue and that $11,000.00 you are looking at paying would be better for you you would be paying way over the needed amount to cover your children near compounded interest and everything if you are looking at pulling this type of policy I would love to help you beside it I do not work for NY life but would know how to give you pointers as powerfully as maybe show you a few other companies depending on the state that you live contained by that would maybe be better hindmost to covering the children I know that all the companies I work for would wonder why you would insure your child for more consequently $200,000.00 without well brought-up reason IM me and I will see what I can do my IM is rahnside

How long do you own to live together to qualify to be Common Law and covered your partner medical benefits?

Question:

Answer:
You might want to check with an attorney contained by your area. I know surrounded by my state, it doesn't matter how long you've lived together, even if you're considered Common Law, you still are not granted any benefits. You own to have a marital certificate.

That's one root people are pushing for gay matrimonial (for gay peopleI'm not saying this is your situation. I'm only saying surrounded by general). It doesn't matter going on for their committment or how long they've been together, they can't win the benefits that a hetero married couple receives.
I am pretty sure to be precise is 7 months.
You might want to look into though, because I have also hear that it is only 3 months
a year.
Sorry Ryan but I feel it's pretty clear that no one know the answer to your question. I won't even speculate because I honestly don't know. Your local Health Department or Division of Health Services should know how to tell you, but for then the actual insurance company should know.

I just this minute used ehealthinsurance.com to find private insurance for my family. The price change based on what smooth of coverage you select and on what state you live in. The choices are amazing so be prepared to know what type of coverage is most noteworthy to you. I was of a mind to go for a lower premium since I hold a savings vindication to cover a larger copayment and higher deductible. I also know that since I had small children I necessarily needed unlimited doctor visits. You can also check to see what doctors are available near different plans and all of that sort of article. It was pretty unforced to use and I am happy next to the plan I selected.
Try calling the insurance agent you enjoy your car insurance or home insurance beside - especially if you use a local broker. Many give a discount for multiple policies beside a broker, and a local broker will be more committed to searching the best deal for you.

Another option is to contact your local Chamber of Commerce and see if they can sustain you out.
Here http://wiz.sc/Ifp4G2 is an article i found on health insurance near information and tips etc. Hope it helps.
Try the below company
Check out professional organization, like IEEE.

I've have good luck next to getting a high co-pay plan ($25 per call in, instead of $10), and lowering my monthly payment considerably.

Can insurance company come next to smaller propose on an injury claim?

Question:
the insurance company offered me one amount i rejected this offer and countered their contribute (not an obsurd amount)their first offer be $11,000.00 and my counter offer be $23,200.00. could they come back next to an even smaller amount?

Answer:
They can offer you doesn`t matter what they want to. They generally will contribute you whatever they have a feeling is a fair settlement amount base on your injuries and medical costs.

I don't know what your injuries were but the two of you seem to be to be pretty far apart at the moment. You have the leeway of hiring an attorney but remember, if you do that, you are going to pay 1/3 of doesn`t matter what you get to the attorney. If it go to court, a jury could award you a lot more or they could award you closely less.

What be your total medical bills and do you have any permant injuries, i.e., lifelong scaring, irremediable limp, etc.

If you honestly didn't cogitate the $11,000 offer be an absurd amount, why did you counter near $23,200.00?
Technically they can come back next to any number, or no number at all. Are you prepared to report suit?

Typically they will come in next to a number higher than their initial $11k and lower than your $23... unless they stick to the $11k
Sure they can! They can ALSO not counter at adjectives, and just dawdle a few months to see what happens. They can rebuff to settle (after all, there's no tender on the table since you rejected it!) and make you sue.
They could, but the courts would not look liberally at all to hear that the insurer is playing games similar to that. Unless the insurer has investigational information that would cause them to defend retracting their first offer and submiting a lower extend, the courts will come down hard on any celebration that is negotiate in discouraging faith and cause the courts to waste time audible range a case that could've be settled out of court. So the most likely results will be a counter counter-offer (that's complex than their first but lower than your counter-offer), accepting your offer or refuse to accept anything high than $11 000.00. Like any good chess spectator sport this it is all just about manoeuvering, but keep surrounded by mind your lawyer's metre is still running. Holding out for more might mean you will crisscross up with smaller quantity.
They generally don't, but they can...I've done it as a result of the soul sharing information with me I didn't know of contained by the beginning (like they be in a wreck the morning before and claimed injury). But I've also raise my offer substantially due to duplicate thing.

My suggestion to you, you better have a darn correct reason for rejecting their set aside (and it's not enough isn't a accurate reason) because if you don't, they'll stand on it.I've done this too.

where on earth can I buy on the spot coverage infertility insurance? please include connect to apply online.?

Question:
I am in illinois and want a policy that I can buy that will tender fast coverage.

Answer:
Well first you are somewhat within luck as far as policies in your state run.

Illinois is one of 15 states that requires insurers to cover infertility treatments.

So, as long as you are not trying to buy a policy through a large employer (that can opt out of have to offer adjectives the state mandated benefits), the insurer will own to offer coverage.

But here's the rock-hard part..since infertility treatments are intensely, very expensive.there's a pretty virtuous chance that the insurer may treat this as a pre-existing condition and may not cover it at adjectives.

Who do you deem pays for the rest of that?

Good luck.

You're better sour going in near a group of other infertile couples, and "sharing" the group expenses. It will cost, oh, whatever the treatments cost for whoever requirements them, divided by the number of couples in the group. But it's cheaper than trying to draw from insurance to pay, because you won't own an insurance company's overhead.

Kinda like, the guy who have his teeth knocked out, who requirements to find a dental policy that will pay to enjoy all the repairwork done.
