Question:
Which car insurer allows adjectives named drivers to earn their own no claims bonuses so that if one name driver has an chance the other driver doesn't become affected? Thank you x

Answer:
Churchill is one but lots of companies are presently offering this too.
News to me! Well, if you "deferred" the other operators so singular one operator is person rated per policy, most of them would do it . . . if adjectives the operators have their own car.
None, as far as I know. Claims histories follow the entire policy and fluke forgiveness is a policy issue.
Never heard of that one
Try Allstate, Nationwide, and State Farm.
direct chain
I assume this is UK.

Direct Line certainly set aside something like what you are looking for.

They will provide a policy where on earth the policyholder has No claims discount.

The other name drivers will not gain a no claims discount as such, but if they were after to take out their own policy beside Direct Line, they would get the equivalent No Claims Discount for the number of years they be a claim free named driver on the other policy.

Please details that if a named driver have a claim under the policy the No Claims Discount of the policyholder will be artificial (even if they were not the driver at the time)..

Hope this help
Princess is correct.

What sort of blight could someone do near your dub & social collateral #, anything?

Question:

Answer:
They can do all kind of damage to your credit, reputation, dune accounts, etc.

Dont do anything to the X ! It's not worth the jail time.

Also, anyone curious, identity insurance is really cheap. I repay $65 a year, they cover all the expenses anyone made, plus time spent on straighting it out.
Go and run out loans all over the place and not salary them.

Take a job using your info and afterwards not file taxes for it.

Basically, they can screw your vivacity up for years to come if they are inclined to break the law.

Why do you ask?
Open credit accounts surrounded by your name, put you contained by a major amount of debt

They can deeply take your identity
A lot of violate like stealing your identity, crack credit card accounts in your given name, taking out car and mortgage loans, applying for job as well as not making any payments to anybody and effectively ruining your credit and your time.
Steal your identity.
They can steal your identity and you may not know for years! They can buy homes, cars, take out loans, expand credit cards and steal all the money out of your dune account. They can mess up your credit pretty impossible in a short amount of time.
To prevent this DO NOT convey you social security card on you. Leave it at home surrounded by a safe place. When you jump to a bank or somewhere that your number is asked (ssn or account) write it down surrounded by front of them and hand it to them. When they are done beside it take it subsidise and you keep it, when you find home shred it or rip it up. Also buy a shredder for your bank statements, credit card statements-- anything that have an account number, and/ or your social.
They can commit identy breaking and entering. I'm not sure how deeply it go. I know they can get your work history, the amount you are salaried, your birthday, age, phone number, and sex. You can get someone's credit history. They can know what type motor you drive, the tag number (going through the right decree enforcement steps). They can mess up your getting social security contained by the end by assuming your identy and have you declared dead; I go to my local social security department when I applied for Medicare Disability in 2000. I SWEAR TO YOU, someone have played a joke on me and the social indemnity board had me tabled as "deceased." I would enjoy gone for years, had I not become medically disabled, working single to find no money for my time at the end; I have enough garrison paid contained by after Medicare got everything straightened out...it would enjoy and could have be a real mess though.
ahh don't put yourself contained by jail for him. You will incredibly likely stir to jail.
The motivation, cause it never fail.
Ah, if you want to get him spinal column, be prepared to do jail time. That's call Identity Theft, using their name & SS number to help yourself to out credit cards and charge them up. And once someone starts trying to track you down (which the credit card company will do, once the bills start going unpaid), it's not too hard to track you down. Then you acquire arrested and go to reformatory.

How about newly getting on with your time, and getting over him? And don't lend money (which, btw, means "mutual credit" or "signing for someone", which is how YOU get moved out with debt) to someone you're not married to.
What you mentioned is a felony, and no guy is worth incarcerate time.

HOWEVER - the best revenge - see about getting his income garnished. Since you enjoy his SSN, go to the courts and see give or take a few getting his pay garnish to pay hindmost the debts he owes you. Hit him where it hurts!
Someone can do lots of devastate with that genus of information. Such damage includes:
1) Opening credit card accounts (most adjectives and easy to do)
2) Access your hill account (done by professional hackers)
3) Take out a hulking loan and run.
4) Steal your personal information

Basically, your entire identity can be stolen in a concern of days or weeks. So, people should look out on who they should give their SSN to.

Do you or don't you buy Travel Insurance for Holidays?

Question:
I was wondering how several of you out there own purchased insurance in here travel? I would say especially for International travel where on earth many aren't covered medically.

What be your reasons for purchasing insurance? What reason did you choose not to purchase insurance? Have you ever known someone where on earth insurance helped them or where on earth insurance could have help them had they purchased it?

This request for information is sparked because today here at work I get TWO call (ok that is VERY unusual) of ones that have a tragic event happen surrounded by there natural life. One his mother had a stroke and the other I’m unsure of the details adjectives I gathered be it was her Brother surrounded by Law. Neither purchased Insurance. One will be out $2,200 dollars. The other 800 dollars.

Vendors penalties are extremely strict, especially immediately a days. Typically and yes we will try for you, they don't waive penalties due to it's injustice to those who did purchase insurance.

What are your thoughts on this subject?

Answer:
I do purchase travel insurance and have be unfortunate satisfactory to have to collect on it twice. It be a pretty easy process and I be grateful not to lose my money! One never knows when something will evolve and I recommend all travelers buy it - especially elder - unless one is overly rich and losing a few thousand doesn't bother them. It bothers me.
I don't. Some things, like stolen cases, are covered under my homeowners policy. Travel within the US, health issues are covered beneath my health insurance, subject to out of web issues.

In general, travel insurance is VERY restrictive contained by nature, for what you can claim, and EXTREMELY expensive - if you hold the days of travel, figure out the rate per year, and multiply that by 30 - and compare with a regular robustness insurance policy.
I have purchased traveller's insurance and found it to be useless. I specifically bought travel condition insurance when travelling to Australia. I don't generally buy the other kind of coverage that are offered to travellers.

Unfortunately, the time that I bought travellers health insurance, I truly got sick contained by Australia and paid for both prescription drugs and a doctor's drop by. When I got home, I put surrounded by a claim on the insurance. They actually returned it to me and said that I have to claim on my basic vigour insurance first! Once I was remunerated about 80% of the claim through my already existing insurance, the remainder be less than the deductible on the travel policy!

It be a complete waste of money. When I in actuality needed it, it didn't pay.

Now, I be lucky and it was a minor weakness. If I was going to be out of country for a long term, and I was going to be a long distance away (overseas for instance), I might buy it -- but I would check any policy VERY discreetly this time.
yes, because it's cheap
I have in actual fact purchased trip cancellation insurance for our cruise and have to use it. I found that it was inexpensive and are markedly glad that i did. I would have be out of about $2,000. My brother-in-law died 3x and be in ICU for a month (he's OK now) and they covered that. We just had to overrun out a simple form and get some docutmentation from his doctor. It be a very simple process. I've never traveled out of the country but I would definately buy form insurance. As far as the lost/stolen baggage, customarily your deductible on your homeowners insurance policy is more than or close to what you have lost. Why put it a claim on your homeowners' insurance if they are solely going to pay $500-$1,000 and lift your premiums for the remaining time you have a policy next to them?

Life insurance question?

Question:
My brother-in-law died suddenly and while he had other told my sister-in-law that he had duration insurance she is unable to find a policy. Is in attendance a data foundation that would allow her to request information as to whether or not she is listed as a beneficiary?

Answer:
Review checking explanation and credit card transactions. Credit reporting agencies will have a enumerate of all credit cards.
You requirement to know who the insurance company is.

If he had natural life insurance, he must have be paying a premium to someone. Check his checking account to see who it be being remunerated to. If the policy was through his work, his employer would enjoy the information.
No, there is no database. All she can do is

1. Check near his employer - see if there's a group life policy through work or

2. check through adjectives his bank statements, as far hindmost as she can get. If near was a policy surrounded by place, there would be payments to an insurance company. She might want to check any dated files of papers, and a safety deposit box. She should ask his parents and his siblings if they enjoy any idea where on earth it is.

But it's likely through his work, if she can't find any papers here. The HR department would send her claim forms, within that case.

If she DOES find a private policy, she CALLS the company, and THEY can plug surrounded by his name and SS # and messages the executor of the estate (presumably her) the claim forms, after they receive proof that she is the executor. She'll fill them out and transport them in, and the beneficiary will receive the check.
Life insurance next to cash advantage don't pay out currency value when you die! They say-so its a good track to build savings! How is that so if you lose it adjectives and it doesn't go to anyone when you die? People right to be heard you can borrow it. Why do I want to borrow my own money that I paid for? Cash efficacy = scams!
dejected soul, you reallly must be a sad soul, you didnt help out the person at adjectives, just come in next to some whining about insurance

approaching others have said, check at his work, and when looking for annals of payments make sure to look course back, plentiful people wages a year at a time, so the payment may hold been made a year ago

Will home insurance cover my failing retaining wall?

Question:
I have a retaining wall specifically structurely intergal to my home it is failing will home insurance cover this?

Answer:
Gosh, that's a tough one. Sorry to hear about the wall.

I want to try to contribute you a couple different avenues to pursue for this, to give you the best arbitrariness to be made whole. Unfortunately, this is probably going to be one of those things that may require a epic battle on your module.

Not knowing the specifics of the wall (when it was built, how it be built, etc), in common I would expect that walls that play a role in the support of your house would be covered by a homeowner's policy. But that's not more than an literary guess.

To cover all your basis, I'd also recommend finding out a bit more about the wall - who built it, when it be built, how it was built. On your own, you might investigate whether the methods used to install your wall be up to the industry standards of the time. If not, you may also be able to collect from the installer of the wall (or it may even so be under warranty).

Whatever happen, be sure that the new wall installation design get reviewed by an engineer (and get an engineer's stamp), so that you never have to travel this road again.

Best of luck!

Regards,

Jeff

PS I purely noticed Rosey's reply - most imagined it is the collection of water losing the wall that caused it's ruin, so word your first call to your agent with care as to the potential cause. Water at the rear a wall during freeze-thaw cycles causes the majority of wall failure.
look at your coverage but it should
Check your policy. Some may, but it might depend on what is causing the breakdown.
No, homeowners policies specifically exclude foundations and retaining walls.
Probably not, the loss will have to be cause by a covered peril,
like fire, wet, lighting ect. but check your policy.

Who would benifit the tiniest from multi year permanent status vivacity insurance?

Question:

Answer:
The person benefiting the least possible is the insurance agent. He/she will not get rewarded much commissions. The person benefiting the most would be the soul buying it since premiums are low and they can buy lots of coverage.

Would you rather donate your family next to a $100,000 VUL policy or a $500,000 term policy contained by case you die? As the agent perspective, they are asking themselves, "Do I want to acquire paid $1500 past its sell-by date the VUL or just $600 stale the term?" If you be the insurance agent, what would you want to sell?

I instinctively sell permanent status insurance 100% of the time and also help family invest in a mixture of savings vehicle such as Roth IRAs, 529 plans, mutual funds, money markets, etc. If you preserve your investments in a duration policy, your investments will incur high annual expenses. Bundling nest egg and life insurance together make no sense since you will only procure one of the benefit (the cash appeal or the death benefit).
Everyone. Don't budge term. Whether it's a 5, 10, 20 or 30 year possession... when the term ends your coverage ends. It's the difference between renting & owning your policy. I would recommend a VUL (Variable Universal Life) which builds change value that you can latter use for what ever you like (down sum on a home, car, tuition, whatever) next to out losing the value of you policy & they back up paying for themselves. So, if you buy (not rent) a VUL at 100,000 & let's say within 20 years you build a cash efficacy of 80,000... you can cash within the 80,000 without losing your 100,000 passing benefit.
Insurance companies love term. They take-home pay out less than 1% on occupancy cause general public hardly ever die during the possession...You can always go and get term presently and CONVERT it to VUL later.
The human being who benefits least is your insurance agent. The commission on possession is very low, whereas on other policies, close to any cash plus, including VUL, the commission is generally around 1 full years premium.

You should save this in mind when other family recommend cash attraction policies.
Insurance companies love VUL and Cash Value policies because the customer often pays 5-10 times more premium for 5-10 times smaller quantity coverage. Pretty good operate for the insurance company, heh? Any time an insurance company can charge alot more while insuring alot less, they are the benifactors.

In majority of cases permanent status is best choice, hands down, if you can medically qualify for it. 30 year and even 35 year occupancy products are available with guaranteed renewal option. You'll save thousands. Don't buy the "own versus rent" analogy. We're conversation insurance here; not a house. It is simply a sales technique used to push the lolly value product, contained by order for a insurance agent to breed 10 times the commission.

What is a accurate insurance company contained by Washington for someone beside a pre-existing condition?

Question:

Answer:
There isn't one.

You have to consider what you are really asking.
You are necessarily asking a pool of people (all the other insureds who are paying premiums) to bear you into their pool and have them reward for the majority of your care costs that you will one and only pay a fraction of...
Why would any one agree to that?
Once you consider it from that perspective, later you'll realize why companies won't do this.
any one that will take you. Actually, most any one WOULD if you agree to not hold the condition covered.
Depends on what type of insurance you are looking for. If you are of Medicare age, and in "initiate enrollment" an insurance co in Washington have to take you. Long Term Care Policies will run you and not have a pre existing clause if they bring back your medical records and insure you base on those. Health Insurance, not likely. What type of insurance?
I hold a discount plan. It covers pre-existing conditions, there is no waiting spell to use the benefits. Labs, x-rays, vision, RX, hospital stays, chiropractic, and deeply more are covered. $49.95 for individual http://mybenefitsplus.com/40436527... call me if you own any questions

What is promotion policy?

Question:

Answer:
Okay. You've asked about a unharmed bunch of different "policy's" here and I don't think you are asking roughly speaking insurance policies. It sounds like you are reading the HR instruction book for your job or something.

Why does a noncustodial parent own to provide insurance coverage on a pregnant 17 year antiquated?

Question:

Answer:
Actually you may be responsible for paying for the pregnancy since legally the child is an developed once she becomes pregnant. Once she have had the newborn the new mommy can be put rear on your insurance and the grandbaby has no insurance. Basically, your insurance will drop her since her pregnancy is not covered lower than the policy (if your insurance is employee base that is). Thus the bill will be your responsibility to pay for due to the divorce bill. I would start calling around and finding out if she qualifies for medicaid.
because they're a minor - however, you can hold them emancipated and stop providing insurance and waive all court rights.
Cause the 17 y/o is still a minor and the judge say so.
Because she's a minor, and YOUR child.
In a case of divorce, the court usually decide who has to fetch insurance on the children. Besides, you brought them into the world (they certainly didn't ask to be here) so it is your responsibility to nick care of them until they are an grown.
Read your divorce decree. Then consult an attorney. and congratulations on becoming a grandparent.

I hold not long be to the ER , the bill is 2,500 and they want full pay in a minute ,?

Question:
I am self employed and I just do not enjoy the resources to do this , I do have insurance but it did not cover this Help

Answer:
They will other try to work with you back sending your info to a credit bureau. Think about it, once they do they loose at tiniest 30% off the top. Call the business organization at the hospital and tell them you cannot afford to pay envelope this bill in full and ask to set up costs arrangements. If you can't get anywhere beside them, tell them you want to speak to a commissioner.

I'm curious though as to why you insurance would not cover your ER visit. That's unusual.
Kathryn,

Speak beside the billing office. They own "free bed" programs that will help money this bill. Of course, you will have to qualify for a program resembling this. It will depend on your income. They may think you can wages based on your income, even if you don't deduce so.

If that doesn't work, offer to generate a payment arrangement next to them. They will allow you to make monthly payments until the bill is compensated.

After that, you might want to consider looking into a more comprehensive insurance plan. If yours doesn't cover Emergency Room visits, you can do better
That's one well brought-up reason why it sucks to live contained by the USA. I can go to the ER here contained by Canada, and it will cost me nothing!
Of course they other want full payment but purely work out payment arrangements.. they can't do sh*t to u as long as u rate something on it.. trust me I know I don't have medical insurance and hold a lot of medical issues and none enjoy sent me to collections for paying something,...
insist that you only enjoy 20 dollars a month. They will work with you. Sometimes insurance is cheaper than the bill...
You obligation to call the billing organization, and work out a payment agenda with them. They are usually severely willing to do that, as the alternative is not getting anything at adjectives.
They always ask for full settlement. Try calling the billing office (number should be on the bill) and ask them if you convey them $X now (whatever you can afford) and $x a month - is that proper? They should agree. If they don't - ask for a supervisor.

I am not surprised that your company did not cover the claim. The first step is to find out why not. If it is because they quality that it was not an emergency. If it is because you basically don't have ER visit (way out there). If the provider billed in error. Speak to your insurance company and find out the principle. They will tell you how it denied. If nearby is any sort of medical reason or if in that is a coding issue (ie location, procedure, diagnosis) then they will push for you to contact the ER since they can not tell you in need violating HIPAA law.

Now if it was not covered because your insurance company feel that it was not an emergency what you will involve to do is write/fax in an appeal to your insurance stating why you get the impression that it was an emergency and essentially plead your case. You stipulation to understand that the doctors surrounded by the er may not have submitted anything except a claim showing a ER/urgent care call round. Good luck and let me know if I can be of any facilitate. My e-mail is available.
Good Luck! my daughter was hopitalized and our insurance didin't retribution for everything. They wanted the clearance in full or zilch else. They actually give it to a collection agency quick. We evenually compensated the agency, -30 %.
