who wants to remuneration for my motor home kailil bottleing company or near ins or the hand or his home ins co.?
Question:
a thief broke surrounded by to a truck and found the keys to the company truck parked on same drive channel he stoled it and 15 miles away smashed up my motor home driver ran not cought
Answer:
Your motor home policy will salary, which means it will be subject to your deductible.
If the robber is ever caught, you can try to go after him contained by civil court, usually they don't have any money anyway.
The insurance on the truck, aka, liability insurance, doesn't cover while the vehicle is one stolen, so there is no coverage in attendance. The employee isn't responsible for the embezzlement in any approach, so his insurance won't pay.
If you own no coverage on your motor home, you're SOL. Sorrry. Maybe your state has a victim's fund that might relieve you out with damages.
If you shop for insurance would u remuneration extra for better costumer service, or capture the best rate instead?
Question:
Would u be happy beside better service and pay extra or would u approaching to get the best rate, doesn't situation who the company is? I sell insurance and I want to know what u want.
Answer:
I hold found that great initial customer service equals lower pay outs. Progressive is Johnny on the spot beside a check that is usually greatly lower than what you would get from one of those "we'll win around to adjusting it" places.
I wage extra to go through a private insurance agent. He is great! My marine pipes just broke beneath my washing contrivance. I call into his organization, he calls the insurance company and they cart care of the rest. Definately worth the money.
The cheapest rate surrounded by the world does you NO GOOD if your coverage is crappy and you can't get any service on it.
It's a set off, between coverage and service. Rate is the LAST thing I look at, but next, I'm in the business, so my priorities are different.
MOST consumers shop bottom queue pricing - and don't even look at coverage or service.
I would love to find a place that has both. If you're military step USAA. They have the awesome insurance next to really good prices. When my motor got hit surrounded by the parking lot of Winn Army Hospital, they took care of it right away even tried to offer us a car to rent.
But if, then look around for companies who own a reputation of good customer service. Price is virtuous and all but service is what you should verbs about when it comes to insurance. Progressive have nice prices, all state does too but if nearby was a company more approaching USAA for civilians I would give them a shot.
I'm a claims adjuster. I pay cheque more for customer service, and am more concerned about the rating of the company and the customer service than just about the premium.
I've found that you get what you settle up for. If I have a claim, I want to know how to have someone touch it. My daughter was concerned give or take a few the rates, she chose someone cheaper, and had an disaster last year. She finally give up trying to have her vehicle fixed, and just traded it within. She lost about $3000 simply because she did not feel comfortable going to a direct repair shop.
I suspect that population in the business will payment more for good customer service -- because they know that the actual rubber hits the road when you make a claim. Most other citizens will be most concerned with rate; I be before I get into the business of writing about insurance and saw what a problem it could be to receive a claim paid. Now, I'm MUCH more concerned myself near customer service than the rate I'm paying.
Neither...I want the best coverage available for my $$$. For exampleI don't want to worry in the order of whether my aftermarket rims are covered or not & I don't want to worry nearly endorsements for them any...just cover them already.
I want the most coverage & service I can seize for my dollar. I'm willing to retribution more than the lowest price policy to ensure that I will be taken care of when a claim occurrs.
That is what the insurance is for . claims.
lately need the cheapest
Wait a miniute here...do you honestly consider that insurance companies are in business to repay claims?? Yes I would pay more for well-mannered customer service but finding that largely absent I hold gone with the best premium I can find If you doubt that newly take a look at what have happenend to the folks down in Mississippi and what they have to go through to obtain any money on their policies.
Is insurance have a nice latitude?
Question:
Answer:
There is no active verb surrounded by this sentence. You'll have to clarify the press.
Sure it has. I can influence this because i believe that every field can donate great opportunities to a creature if s/he believes in it. You own to think insurance as the philosophy of your time, then the range will not matter, you will live an amazingly substantial, successful and happy energy. And if you got a penchant for something more special, next go for it. It is you who make a thing special for yourself. Best Luck. Bye

Need info on how to start up a courier service, and costs such as insurance, bonding, type of vehicle, etc?
Question:
how much would it cost to be bonded, getting insurance, setting up contracts, price of DOB as, names, protection, type of vehicle to use, etc
Answer:
I've written these . .. it depends on how far you go, as far as milage go.
You'll need a motor truck shipment filing - as you're hauling for others for a payment. Yep, I know, courier, but still, you need the file.
The inland marine (cargo) policy if you're a "dissertation only" kind of courier, running local trips lone, under 10 a daylight, with one saloon should run you around $2500 a year. The commercial auto will probably run about $3500 a year for lately liability, including your filing, near a driver over 25 with a spotless narrative and good credit. Most race use private passenger type vehicles.
Obviously, price vary by geographical location - if you're in NJ, expect the auto to cost you double.
A brand different motor gives plentifully of information to your prospective customers and the type of vehicle depends on what you are planning on delivering. Buying the vehicle can be done only just as easy on credit lingo as it can with currency but be sure to shop around.
Insurance is very big and is better taken with reputable groups such as 'Norwich Union' as this will be recognised credentials when organising custom for your services.
To deliver products that have little freight in them shall release you money on fuel and on maintenance of your vehicle .
If you are feeling like to work hard to earn your money mobile phone companies own a lot of work,so does the 'NHS'.
Be assured that mortal legitimate can engender things more lucrative in the sense that secretaries and accountants etc can be charged through your expense sheet and it will be unforced to get political affairs grants to lift on someone else so you can run the business 24hrs- 7 days.
Please take your time and don't run earlier you can walk - it is far better to win a reliable source of work than one that comes and goes, to update prospective customers your intentions can help you surrounded by more ways than one - for instance; the longer you know or are in communication beside people you own more chance of knowing the ground you tread.
Why are 46m Americans living with-out form insurance.?
Question:
Thank God I live in Canada.
Answer:
Because they are so God damn sound, they don't need it.
IT IS OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!
Have you see the costs of Health Insurance in the USA ?
Because they can't afford it.
because of bush and adjectives the buget cuts
cause they cant afford it. I solely have it raison d`être my job offer it.
Most of the Americans without robustness insurance are the 18-26 group, healthy, and dont' devise anything will go wrong beside them, at least for the subsequent ten years or so. It's a very short-sighted, stupid financial outcome to not take the vigour insurance offered by their employers.
Most of the time, it cost them perchance $100 a month, the employer pays the rest. They'd rather hold the $100 in pocket, and the possiblity of $100,000's of medical bills, than the protection.
It's a CHOICE, for the untold majority of Americans, and they just are man stupid about it.
THANK GOD I don't live within Canada. I've heard of the long wait for needed medical procedures, and the long waits for medical equipment - months and months and months. Public tablets works about as powerfully as public housing - people who can afford private, seize private.
I am one of those 46 million. The answer is money, and how much our pathetic excuse for a senate and the crooks who run it can keep for themselves.
That digit you gave is correct to an extent. Those Americans that qualify for medicaid, such as disabled & low income own medical insurance paid by the state they live within. Disabled persons enjoy medicare & medicaid. Medicare is paid by the federal policy. True the system is not perfect but it's better than nil. Yes Canada has medical insurance and it's flawless but it's not free by a longshot. For example I recently renewed my drivers license within the US before I come to Ontario. It cost $15.00 to renew, last month I get an Ontario driver license for 6 year just resembling US for $75.00. So you see, there is other more to the story than meets the eye.
Because the folks that construct that decision believe that in attendance other things of greater priority. Money can be spent on a great many things. Insurance payments provide no on the spot satisfaction. Their purpose is to provide a cushion during a medically tough time. When robust priorities become cars, vacations, clothes etc.
The above comment is more applicable to younger folks. Older folks who find themselves lacking insurance and can't afford to pay made decision earlier contained by life that did not include abiding for things that they determined were not defining like form insurance.
People need to live next to their decisions. They made their bed and now should pretend in them short society at large paying for their poor edict making.
And I am glad I do not live in Canada where on earth I am taxed too much, for mediocre services.
Because it's unreasonably expensive. NY has a plan where on earth they subsidize the cost of insurance for working people who can't afford the crazy amounts per month for insurance - it's call Healthy New York. It's the BEST thing Gov. Pataki EVER did! I desire more states did it.
Overall premiums have increased 87 percent within the last six years, increases of more than 5 times the rate of inflation.
According to the Employee Benefit Research Institute, of the working uninsured, who breed up 83 percent of our nation’s uninsured population, 61 percent either work for a small business beside fewer than 100 body or are self-employed.
Struggling with skyrocketing premiums, these employer are forced to share this rising cost with organization by raising co-pays and deductibles surrounded by order to verbs to provide any benefit at all.
Small businesses represent more than the American dream - they represent the American reduction. Small businesses account for 95 percent of adjectives employers, create partly of our gross domestic product, and provide three out of four new job in this country. Many small-business owners influence healthcare costs is one of their biggest problems. The cost of health-insurance premiums ranked as the top concern for small-business owners within a recent Federal Reserve survey (for the survey, small business was defined as a lesser amount of than 100 employees). Nearly two thirds of the business owners who responded to the survey said health-care costs limited their growth. Many small businesses want to tender health insurance, not solitary because it is a good business practice that help them compete for good workers, but because it is the right article to do. However, these small businesses face significant challenge in access affordable health insurance coverage. On average, their premiums are 20 to 30 percent superior than those of large, self-insured companies. Moreover, administrative expenses for small group plans portrayal for 25 to 27 percent of premiums, compared to about 5 to 10 percent for considerable businesses. Only 47 percent of the smallest businesses, those with 3 to 9 workers, immediately offer strength insurance as a workplace benefit. This is down from 52 percent in 2004, and 58 percent contained by 2002. In sharp contrast, 98 percent of larger businesses, those with 200 or more workers, extend health insurance as a benefit.

It is so expensive. At my assignment for my daughter and I it is over 200.00 a month. I have a horrible deductible as resourcefully and my prescriptions for brand are 60.00 a month - after my deductible is met even. It is so expensive but a trip to the hospital if you cannot pay it ever go on your credit. Health care is outrageous.
We may hold issues with the uninsured but they can stroll into almost any hospital and receive care if needed. I don't see public robustness care as the solution.
Don't Canadians own to pay a export tax rate of almost 50% and wait years for some medical services.
I am glad you are chirpy in Canada but I wouldn't set out the good elderly USA for anything. To each their own I suppose.
Older Model Mobile Homes Insurance?
Question:
My sister & husband are buying a 1975 Moblie Home in New York State and requirement Insurance on it, All the insurance companies they looked at said it is too old. My cross-question is where can they receive insurance for a older type moblie home ?
Answer:
Check beside an independent agent. They have access to frequent insurance companies and should be able to find something for them.
Check Foremost Insurance. They can write an elder mobile home for the value of the mobilehome excluding the estate. They do write in NY. You will be capable of find an agent on their website
www.foremost.com
Good Luck
Go to a insurance place like Farmers and they hold underwriters for older places.
Well, the actual efficacy of a 35 year old mobile home is purely about zilch. I'm not saying that's what they compensated for it, I'm just proverb if they're paying more than the value of the environment, they're getting robbed.
Mobile homes depreciate in age. The home it sits on will probably appreciate with age. But hoary mobile homes tend to leak, and not be repairable for partial losses.
Their best bet is to only just buy a tenant homeowners policy - aka, renters policy, for their stuff and liability. You're not going to be able to insure the home itself, as it's not worth anything. Which mechanism, they won't be able to borrow money for this purchase. Not a impossible thing, financially, as borrowing money for a fully depreciated item is not a upright idea anyway.
enthusiasm insurance next to gerber life span?
Question:
hey everybody...im thinking of taking life insurance beside gerber life..im getting closely of pish posh from the company, they seem to be circumventing my questionsim curious have anybody ever filed a claim next to them regarding the ratification of a loved one, or tried to make a claim next to them? my dad...god rest his soul tried to get a duration insurance policy claimed when his sister passed on, he was beneficary,,and i remember they give him a hard time roughly the policy...if you can suggest a life insurance co you hold id be intrestedserious answears singular please
Answer:
i've often wondered give or take a few them myself. Personally I think that the certainty that they market so much via correspondence is telling that they may not be as polite as they claim.
From working experience, sometimes it takes close to a year to take all the paperwork processed beside insurance companies for claims. They are more than happy to help yourself to your money, but real slow just about paying it out.
I would continue to assist them within processing the paperwork, and in the meantime check them out near the better business bureau. Also you may look into speaking with an attorney. In the sickly pages some of them will proffer free cosultations that usually last from 15 to 30 minutes. Have copies of adjectives papers and have a roll of questions equipped. You may want to make appts beside more than one attorney because once you get an answer it usually cause you to have 2 more question. good luck
I would not buy go insurance from any company unless I know that they are rated AAA. If not you are taking an unnecassary risk that the company will be around when a claim is made. Gerber prey's on tentative parents and they are not offering anything that a well rate company wouldn't offer. View the purchase of time insurance the same opening you would if you were investing surrounded by the stock of a company. if it is not well rate don't buy it.
OK, whole go insurance is a huge ripoff. It costs more than term, for a LOT smaller number coverage.
Some people here will beyond a shadow of a doubt post links to get quotes - try them. Also, check near the agent who writes your car and/or house insurance, see if they'll hand over you a couple life quotes.
Ask for 20 Year Term, renewable and convertible. Anthing else - intact life, all-purpose life, anything that touts a money plan - is a ripoff. Don't buy from any agent that pushes these - they cost a LOT more, and the agent makes a LOT more money from them - which resources they are NOT looking out for your best interest, but their own.

When you are dealing near an insurance company, take solid summary of any conversation you have especially who and when. Don't settle for form post. If you don't understand, ask for clarification both from the company and from the agent. If you really stipulation a clear understanding, ask for a missive on company letterhead signed by an officer. That will carry more consignment if you need to dispute the point beforre your state's insurance commissioner.
Good Luck

I estimate you should seriously consider getting an insurance agent, rather that use an 800 number.
Any party or company that doesn't give excellent service should be avoided.

Are Churchill insurance liers ?
Question:
i got a qoute from Churchill on the phone: fully comp = lb690 if remunerated monthly. i took that.
but then i get an invoice showing lb750 and additionally small print comments that they will charge some extra fees for paying monthly- so total would be over lb800 !! I WAS ASKING TWICE on the phone if this quote is all inclusive, are they any extra costs...i be speaking to different sales culture there over a little calls, so i be sure all is clear.
so presently i called their customer services and they articulate they cant help coz the quote is no longer on their system to check if i be actually offered what i say-so i was offered. I did not grasp a hard copy of this quote any, so no way to prove anything they utter.
what should i do ?
Answer:
Make a complaint via their customer care department - adjectives the calls are demo its not random where on earth some calls are record & some or not! This is mis-selling - also check with ombudsuman. The call should help support you - however did you obtain amy information before paw as you could have canclled the policy as soon as you know how much this was. Insurance companies are do not - race just can't suffer the truth when under insured or freshly not covered. If Insurnace companies lied then they would be within court - they can not afford this.
They all are. Banks too.
adjectives insrance companys are liers
get rid of them
yep
You could reverse your policy early and shift elsewhere. You do not have to verbs with them. They would enjoy to reinburse the remainder of the time outstanding. You may have to compensate a cancellation levy or good item to do is write to their complaints department and maybe out of accurate will they will see you right.
And next time attain it all within print before you income a penny.
Insure with PRUDENTIAL
I hold had no problems contained by the past next to Churchill insurance.
oh yes
try tesco for your car insurance put contained by no claims bonus and then draw from price then put within the number of yrs you have ,i get a better price with no claim
Alot of companies tag on interest if you pay monthly but that should own been stated at time.
.Was hit by a vehicle the driver was insured by Churchill, they wrote my motor off even thou it be fixable, offered an amount under its worth, I argued this, they eventually settled 5 mths later, I be left out of pocket big time, plus trunk injuries. I would not touch Churchill, if what I experienced is anything to go by, how do they treat their customers
It`s a tough one when its adjectives done on the phone these day and next to out hard copy. So i estimate it might be in your interest to contact the Financial Ombudsman, they should no what you should do subsequent.
best of luck
I had a remarkably very discouraging experience with Churchill a few years ago and wouldn't renew my policy with them on principle.
I'd be involved in a vehicle crash that all but wrote the motor off and I have to fight big time to save the car doing a tour - it took nearly 13 months in the ruin to resolve and I managed to get hold of the car fixed!
I would never ever travel back to them - even if they be the last vehicle insurers left surrounded by the world, I'd rather not own a car!!
Most insurers will state at the start of any phone nickname that calls are monitored/recorded. Request that if they enjoy lost the quote then can they find that ring up (you will need the date and time you called). No insurer is any perfect at dealing with complaints on the phone, put your complaint and request surrounded by writing and threaten to take the issue to the FSA if nil is done - mention the words Mis-Sold, they don't like that at the FSA!
Does home insurance cover lightning to chimney.?
Question:
Answer:
A Homeowner's Policy or HO policy covers all peril unless specified.
Dwelling policies only cover peril named within the policy.
Check your policy to see which you have. I haven't even see a residential dwelling policy in yrs. So I'm pretty sure that you're fine and it will be covered.
You can tailor your insurance to cover anything you want. If you have an existing policy, verbs it out and read it or call your agent.
Usually for fluent disaster such as lightning, it may not be covered. However, it's best you consult the insurance company. If it's not in he clause you can request that it be included and income alittle more on the premiums to give you help of mind.
Call your insurance agent and they will want to get an adjuster out to the house and look at the incapacitate. You may need 3 estimates and afterwards you have the deductible.
Sorry to hear around your loss, at least not a soul was injured beside the lightning.
Depends on whether you had the included surrounded by the policy. Check with your insurance agent for that information.
Lightening is covered below a standard HO3 policy but get your policy out and read what is covered and what is excluded.
Or christen your agent and ask.
ya i think so ...
if you are on a HO3 or HE7 policy, next yes its a covered peril
I'm really not trying to be rude here but I don't understand some of the answers I continually see posted on this forum.
If I quote an answer, as written, I don't suppose nearby can really be a complaint. Let's see, we have such design expressed as "you can tailor your insurance to cover whatever you want" and "usually for crude disaster such as lightning, it may not be covered" and "lightning is usually covered under a standard HO3 policy...".
There be others in nearby with similar indications of ignorance. Note: Ignorance is NOT a slight - it is simply the unreality of knowledge. I don't know anything around cooking. Therefore, I don't answer the questions within the cooking categories. I am, within fact, naive of cooking techniques. I do know something like eating but that lend to me no credibility whatsoever on cooking. This is my ignorance.
***
As to your question - EVERY policy written for homes covers lightning. Period. There is no "usually", in attendance is no "if you asked for this" or "set it up that way". They all cover lightning.
Concerning covered peril there are two types of policies on property. Named peril policies name adjectives those perils (such as lightning) which are covered. All name perils policies signature lightning as a peril that is covered. Second, in that are policies that are termed "special forms". These forms provide the broadest coverage you can buy. They cover every result in of loss except that which is specifically excluded in the policy. No special form excludes lightning.
So. Home insurance does cover lightning strikes. A chimney is chunk of the structure of the house, Coverage A on the policy, and is therefore covered. Period. No maybes. No qualifiers.
A simple "yes" ought to suffice to answer this interrogate but somehow it seems that little word, "yes", would be drowned out by adjectives the "maybes". There is no maybe. YES. It's covered.
Yes, it would be subject to your deductible & be covered lower than all other peril.
Yes,
In insurance speak lightning is one of the 'fire perils' - fire, lightning, earthquake and explosion are all covered within a home insurance policy as well as a commercial policy - they are the unsophisticated things covered by all property policies!
Hope this help,
Sophia, the Insurance broker
Every policy that covers for fire also covers lightning as well. Damage to electrical equipment by lightning may not be covered however, but this isn't a concern within your case as we are dealing near damage to the structure. The trick is to prove it be lightning that caused the wrong. Most materials that chimneys are made of are very poor conductors of electricity (they obligation to contain the heat). Trees explode when hit by lightning as the sap, which is a poor conductor of electricity, will heat up explosively into steam. Chimneys do not hold the same malformation (unless the chimney was purely built and the mortar did not have time to set). What be the general condition of the chimney? If the chimney be falling apart to begin beside, the amount payable will be significantly reduced. Adjusters are critical when investigating all claims as this is their livelihood. Therefore you should be prepared to fully back up your claim next to an independent expert's opinion. Remember the onus is on you to prove that the claim be caused by an insured peril. Some claims are barefaced and do not require much proof as to what peril caused the sprain i.e. fire. Lightning damage to electrical equipment is pretty marked as well. Your satchel may prove a little more difficult as it seem a little unusual.
However at this point the best article to do is submit the claim to your insurer and see what they say.

Cobra Coverage cancelled - can you assistance?
Question:
I have made regular payments for 13 months, starting contained by September 2005. I mistakenly skipped the 14th payment (Oct. 2006), consequently paid the subsequent two months, and skipped -again mistakenly- the 17th payment (Jan. 2006). On Feb. 10 I received a reversal letter which informed me that I have missed three payments. I was not aware until consequently that my November payment be applied to October and my December payment to November. So I am within effect late near 2 payments. Also on Feb. 10, I received a letter postmarked Feb. 9 that be dated Jan. 3 telling me that I am astern with my payments. Had I received that on the dot, I would have be able to create up for the missed payments. I had submitted treatment plans a couple of months ago for prior authorization, so the plan strange I needed my coverage. Is there ANYthing I can do do increase my likelihood in an appeal? Thanks much surrounded by advance!
Answer:
Under COBRA, a plan is not required to distribute either monthly billing notice or lapse warning notice. So the lapse notice you received won't lend a hand under COBRA. However, if you kept the envelope proving the date it be mailed to you, you might know how to appeal to their sense of decency.
The perfect news is that most plans area monopoly folks whose COBRA coverage lapses to reinstate, if adjectives of the back premium is salaried. (Please note, COBRA directive does not require them to reinstate the coverage.)
I don't know how long you'll be on COBRA (it depends on what your qualifying event be -- it would be either 18 or 32 months); so if you've get a number of months to turn, ask them if they can bill you quarterly. That might help you hold on to your payments straight.
I think you're SOL. When you mistakenly missed your first reimbursement, you should have call them and let them know and not a moment ago sent in the subsequent one. They always embezzle the payment due and not when you transport it in. The lone way they would own applied your payment be if you'd have sent within double the money in November.
Then, when you again mistakenly missed another money that only made the situation worse. They don't contemplation that you need coverage. They in recent times know that you have a dependence of not paying your premiums.
You can try calling them and working your way up the seniority stepladder until you get someone who will agree not to drop you.
Unfortunately for you, your former employer is without blemish within their right to annul your coverage. They are responsible to pay their bill every month and if you don't take home yours, they are paying for your coverage. They don't know if you will get held up. COBRA was not expected to be a burden to employers.
You can, as expected, talk to them and try to breed amends for your past deferred payments, but there are no guarantees. The singular thing specifically on your side is the January 3 letter that be not postmarked until Feb. 9. If this was not processed surrounded by a timely manner, they should grant you sufficient time to bring your payments up to date.

I want to buy insurance for my current DGD that costs little but pays big following?
Question:
Hi,I would like to know the legitimate name of the type of insurance one buys for approaching a nickel a day when the tot is small and the premium stays the same and afterwards when the child is ready to run to college, it is worth a lot. Or some direction on ways to spend little now but hold a lot within 20 years, for my DGD. thanks
Answer:
Well, it doesn't exactly work that bearing. The life policies commonly sold to babies, that you recompense on for their whole existence, are called Whole Life policies. They are usually a BAD buy. It usually pays out $2,000 towards funeral benefits, and when they turn 18, you can increase the policy to $25,000 or so (with an increase surrounded by cost) without have to prove insurability.
It was other for my brother, a type 1 diabetic, because that was the merely way he'd attain coverage except through an employer. For the most part, however, it's a rotten do business.
For less than that, I don`t know $100 a year (2/3 the price) you can buy a 20 year term life span insurance policy that will pay $100,000 upon disappearance, you can renew that for another 20 years for about $125 a year. Just generate sure the policy you get is renewable and convertible.
what is a dgd?
