What insurance should i buy?

Question:
what insurance policy do i need ?
scenario: surrounded by a car stroke of luck (my fault) i get injured, but do not loose legs etc, but freshly need some phisicotherapy - it can cost a great deal in uk i guess, and saloon insurance does not cover that

what insurance should i buy?

Answer:
I can tell you what giving not to buy-Geico! I was rear-ended by a Mac Truck going 77 mph and be in a coma for relatively sometime. When I awoke I was told by my parents that Geico refuse to honor our claim (we met every requirement of our policy) and therefore we have to get a attorney on the case. You are an Englishman? I would enjoy to go next to Lloyd's of London, as they will ensure everything, and always clear out. They pride themselves in keeping their word buddy.
I believe your policy will recount you that you are entitled to a certain amount of money for hospital treatment, and what you mentioned should be covered as hospital treatment. It is a medical condition.
You are correct within that if the accident be your fault, your motor insurance covers the other party but not yourself. Even next to a fully comprehensive policy, if you are at fault, everyone else injured, including your passenger, are covered. But not you.
Look into private health insurance; tons companies out there - one of the biggest is axa-ppp; http://www.axappphealthcare.co.uk/...
Always check the exclusions though!
Anothermasculo is correct roughly speaking the medical payments on your auto policy. I would like to make a payment that if you are looking for some coverage that will pay for your dream therapy as a result of the accident that have already happened, you may not be capable of find it. Don't know anything about insurance within the UK, but here in the US, you can't buy insurance to cover an catastrophe that has already happen. I believe that you will have to foot out-of-pocket for this one. If you are looking for coverage in the eventuality that this type of item happens again, you should look into some type of condition insurance coverage that includes the cost of PT.
Most standard policys will do as you would get physiotherapy on the national form after being reffered by your doctor
okay, in the US, most states enjoy PIP (personal injury protection) or MPC (medical payments coverage). these coverages would pay actual related medical expenses for injuries directly resulting from the auto luck. in most states, this is a voluntary coverage that you wage premium for.

in most states within the US, in an auto calamity this coverage would be primary over any other type of health effort. this would also help to cover any deductibles or copays that would apply in the past private health safekeeping would start taking over.

its probably very similar surrounded by the UK as well.
see for your wishes

If you get within with a polite company with a devout training program it should be easy for you! Liberty Mutual have a good training program from what I hear.
Do you soak up the people calling you to provide it?
yup! you have to be really persuasive and you ought to own really good products..
yes
Oh god yes.People would fairly spend money on cigarettes and beer than life insurance. They believe it's a waste of money and don't watchfulness.
If you have love for the products and know how to target the right customer at the right time with the right presentation, you'll hold no problem. You will need to web and advertise as though it's your own business. Work smart, not concrete. There are people out in that that need iinsurance but unless you find respectively other, you don't have the mart and they don't have the coverage. Don't excess your time trying to sell to single empire or to the poor... concentrate on those who want and need the product and also upsell to other insurance desires like rental insurance, hole insurance, umbrella insurance, etc. Make yourself a one-stop shop with closeness in other estate requests like wills and trusts, retirement funds plans, etc. Your experience and credibility will bring you more clients than you would lose by selling to those not interested in your product column.
Salesmen are made -not born a salesman. Get with a company beside a good training program-min. 3 months. Life insurance companies usually prefer to hire nation with no previous experience so they can train you their approach. It is a good opinion to get beside a company that also specializes in investments such as unpredictable annuities and mutual funds to be able to set aside clients well rounded deposit for the future. This would require human being NASD licensed along wih your Ins. Producer's license

How do insurance companies establish on your numerical insurance rating, and how can you find this info?

Question:
I understand that insurance companies use credit score for this purpose, but I have be unable to take them to tell me which credit score result in a specific numeric rating. Since the price of my insurance policy is tied to this information, I believe this information should be made available to consumers.

Answer:
Some insurance companies enjoy their own credit scoring models while others base theirs past its sell-by date your FICO score. Many companies consider their actual rating models to be proprietary although they do enjoy to disclose a large amount to state regulators contained by order to draw from their rates approved and to demonstrate that their credit-scoring method is not discriminatory.

If you call your insurance company and they use credit, surrounded by part or within full, to determine your premiu, in adjectives states (I believe) you are entitled to a copy of the company's decision and what it be based on. For example, this finding might look like this:

* Your credit rack up was lowered because you have too many accounts open
* Your credit score be raised because you enjoy no accounts in failure to pay
* ... [you get the picture]

In auto insurance you will find that the big guys approaching GEICO, Progressive, and Allstate will be only too optimistic to provide you with this information. As you move down the food fasten to smaller and smaller companies though the chances are that they don't enjoy it or don't use credit. Building a credit model is expensive (think millions of dollars) so not every company uses credit.
That's because it varies from one company to the subsequent - they don't all use the EXACT same scoring process, and the scoring process they use is proprietary - surrounded by other words, knowing what the number is doesn't do you any good, as it could be completely different near a different company.

You can't get your "score" number next to a particular company. You can, however, request a copy of your credit report every year, at www.annualcreditreport.com to find out what the things are that could be hurting your ranking.

Can i brass within my dads check w/ his given name on the check?

Question:
im already 18(if that has to do w/ anything) and am his son. so, can i bread in my dads check? will it purely work to show a proof of ID? the check is around $200. i dont wanna look stupid.

Answer:
If the check is made payable to him, then no, you can't dosh it. That would actually be forgery. (forging another folks name on a check).

He could sign it over to you but the easiest road would be for him to cash it and distribute you the money, if it is you money.
Noit doesn't matter what age you are. You enjoy to be the person i.e. named on the check.

Sorry
You want to dosh his check? Did he sign off on it already? He have to sign it, or YOU have to enjoy a power of attorney to sign it legally for him.

Otherwise, it's fraud.
you can lolly it if he endorses the back(signs it) then you also enjoy to endorse it
If the check is made out to him, he desires to sign it over to you on the back of the check, consequently you need to find a guard that will cash a third-party check. Many won't.

If the check is made out to you ("Pay to the decree of") then bring your ID and dance cash it.
Why would you want to do that to your own Dad surrounded by the 1st place? You will get caught!
It is better to ask your Dad for some money if you really needed. You are antiquated enough to gain a job and spend your own money so stir out there and go and get a job. It is merely such a great feeling to earn your own $$$ and know how to buy what you want and need. Give it a try, you will not be apologetic.
Finally, Does the trust your Dad has on you is worth $200.00?

Need legalized direction?

Question:
was involved surrounded by a wreck , and blacked out . and was given tickets. because the driver lied and said i be driver. must i get a legal representative can't this be settled another way , and how does the guy driving gain off free? what a mucked -up sprite system

Answer:
You are accused, not convicted. You are accuse because someone claimed you committed a crime. The system exists to correct that. Yes, you should get a advocate unless you can persuade the driver to come to court and make a clean breast he was the driver. At your court appearance, you plead not guilty and set a trial At the trial you first show that the officer did not see you driving, afterwards present the evidence that you were not driving, including your sworn nouns, and the judge or jury decide what is true. Sounds like a pretty suitable system to me.
Well, if it's your word against his, the police report should say who be sitting in the driver's form. If it was you, you aren't going to gain off free - you'll own to pick your friends better. And maybe stop drinking.
I am an independent associate of a company that might be capable of help you. It is a situation purely like yours which started this company over 30 years ago. If you want to look into it, I will convey you the link!

What experiences own you have beside insurance companies?

Question:
With claims? Tell me about your experiences, both well brought-up and bad. Be sure to include the company's entitle.

I've had two awful experiences with The Hartford, one as a policy holder, another as a claimant. These ethnic group are crooks! Don't ever do business with them.

Answer:
I've have no real problems. What problems did you hold??

I even had one which be sort of funny.
I had a fender bender. I live across the street from a body shop, and I get an estimate from them . The other driver's ins told me to take the coup¨¦ to their drive in claims svc.

My garage estimated the cost of a current fender. Their adjustor felt the antediluvian fender could be repaired, and paid the claim base on that. - and it was $ 30.00 superior than that from the body shop.
I asked why they paid the superior amount.
They replied, "they go by their estimates, not estimates they didn't ask for. Have a nice daytime!"
http://www.farmers-online.com
It's kind of firm for me to comment on this as i used to be a claims adjuster and I saw it from the other side for way too frequent years.

Claims adjusters see so much fraud, people trying to seize something for nothing, fake injuries, faking claims length, we get sort of suspicious of pretty much everyone after a while.

I could probably relay you a lot more stories of culture that committed or tried to commit insurance fraud then you could share me stories of people that get cheated or felt they get cheated by the insurance companies.

Sorry. But insurance fraud is a multi-BILLION dollar business in this country. And yes, that be billion, not million. Fraudulant claims is big business.
our health insurance is through blue cross blue shield when we put our daughter surrounded by speech therapy we have to jump through hoops to go and get them to cover it

our homeowners, auto, and life insurance is through state dairy farm and i tell you what they are ably worth the little more you pay for them i own heard horror stories from friends nearly filing claims next to other companies and i am so glad to be with a company that have never given us a bit of problem with claim service my wash machine overflowed a few years ago and soaked our downstairs height (we were upstairs at the time) we call they had an adjuster at hand the next daylight and the day after that they cut us a check to replace the hearth rug and the baseboards down there i never would enjoy thought to replace them since we cleaned the water up beside my carpet cleaner immediately but they said to do it and even recommended a great guy to do the work even though it was our choice who did it
They're adjectives stupid. Each one is dumber than the next. For me to mark specifics, we'll be here all week! One standard thing though - Aetna told me they are so skimpily staffed the ending two weeks of the year, hardly anything get paid.

How do i assess the meaning of pictures that be burned by somebody i hold a court date subsequent week .?

Question:

Answer:
Basically, it's going to be the cost of the media - nouns plus film. You can't really put a efficacy of photos, unless you BOUGHT one, because YOU are the only human being, most likely, that it matter to.

You can ASK for the world, but honestly, besides you, who else cares in the region of that photo of great aunt Martha?? So a judge is unlikely to dispense you much more than the cost of film plus developing. OR the cost of reproduction, if cousin Gary have one.
If you know how many photos be burned I would first start with the cost of nouns. Which usually runs .23 cents a picture, and then resolve what the pictures were of and how much sentimental expediency they hold, were they of a wall and really didnt parsimonious anything to you or were they pictures of the birth of your first child? You can bring back quite a bit of money for sentimental worth! I would hit them where it hurts!
Leave it to the style guru. The pictures are priceless.

Does your homeowners insurance company rate for roof leak? Are they the right ones to christen?

Question:

Answer:
Only if the roof leak is cause by sudden damage, similar to a tree branch putting a hole in your roof.

If the roof is in recent times old, and wearing out, it's not covered - it's up to you to fix the roof.

You should probably christen a roofer. If this was trash, you'd see a hole in your roof, or shingles blown past its sell-by date the roof or something like that.
Only if the motivation of the roof leak is covered by your insurance. You will necessitate to 1) know what has incentive the leak and 2) read your policy (or contact your agent)

If the bleed is due to the roof being prehistoric, then it is a upholding issue and not covered by insurance.
only if they be caused by turn, falling trees and you have coverage. If it cause because you need a unusual roof-NO
Only, if your leak be caused by frozen rain, storm damage, etc., if it is a looking after issue, then no. Always remember, after a storm, to check your property and report prejudice. If your roof was dog-eared for instance by a storm, a year or so ago, you're probably out of luck.

Also, after damage have been done, return with estimates for the repairs. Depending on your deductible, and claim history, sometimes, it is cheaper in the long run, to income it yourself.
If a tree fell on it and the damage cause the leak yes. It it is leak because it is old, no
Why is the roof leak?

If it is because the roof is old, after no.

If something caused overexploit to the roof, then you will enjoy to obtain a copy of your insurance policy and see if the do of the damage is covered. Since pretty much adjectives insurance policies are about as dry as desert sand, it is probably best to give the name your broker/agent and ask them in. Whatever you do, do it soon as a leak roof needs to be taken effort of ASAP!

How can I achieve confidence to frontage inhabitants to do sale?

Question:
I believe in the product, but don't enjoy the nerve at times to do the presentation to the prospect..
I am hoping for a professional answer--thanks

Answer:
If you believe contained by the product, do you own it yourself?
Look up a local Toastmasters group in your nouns. They support each other giving speeches. This is a great mode to improve your comfort even.
The worst part in the order of dealing with a salesperson is that they tend to seize bogged down in techo-speak.

Talk to your prospects similar to you were explaining it to your friends. Don't articulate down to them, explain things. I don't know what type of insurance am going to assume it's insurance since you're in this nouns - but use real time situations.. for life.. tender them scenarios.. that would necessitate the use of this product over the other. For fire & casualty do like peas in a pod.

The agents I worked with other told me that they pretended they were explaining a coverage to their mothers.. if they talk down to them they knew that they would draw from a smack up side the head... lol They also know that their mom didn't know techno-speak.

Take your time, and don't try to impress them with 64,000 dollar words and statistics. Show them how you can relief them.
If anyone says "no", treat it close to a "no. Not right now". Or ask "I'm sorry to hear that. What exactly about this product do you find to be not adjectives?" This way they can explain and you'll enjoy the opportunity to change that 'no' into a 'yes'.

How long can a forever disabled dependent child profess COBRA coverage?

Question:
The parent's COBRA coverage terminates this month. But the son, who is 43 years feeble, is totally and permanently disabled since birth. Can the son's COBRA coverage verbs independently of his parent's coverage?

Answer:
No. Unfortunately, COBRA coverage for dependents is predicated upon the existance of COBRA coverage on the subscriber parent, or on the surviving parent if the subscriber's death cause the "qualifying event" that front to COBRA being elected.

The dependent may presently be eligible for coverage under his state's elevated risk pool (if any) or an individual policy issued pursuant to HIPAA. Contact his state's insurance commissioner to discuss the available options. Since he's forever disabled, I assume he's also eligible for Medicare due to disability; perhaps purchasing a Medicare Supplement policy is a viable pick. If he's not yet enrol in Medicare Part D, this should be done as soon as possible.

The "CHIPS" program mentioned surrounded by a previous answer is not an option for him, due to his age. Check next to his county Department of Social Services to see if he qualifies for Medical Assistance (Medicaid).

I hope this help.
No. Cobra lasts 18 months.

But for a for good disabled child, check out the CHIPS program in your state, or medicaid will also probable cover.
No, this coverage can only verbs if the premium payor died. The cost will be forwared to the spouse not the child pass age 24 for an unmarried / full time student. The spouse would own to pay 102% of the premium above regular cost.

Normally this coverage would second for 36 months if filed inwardly 31 days for the spouse only, and the disabled individual would have to be insured beneath his own personal policy which would be very costly do to his condition, at most he would be decline for health insurance but! can profile for medicade, medicare or long term support due to his condition.
COBRA can only be carried for a maximum of 18 months. Try to apply for disability and medicaid for him.

Orthodontist & Dentist Costs / Welfare?

Question:
I had braces for years. Our line spent $ 8.000. My mother had a medication that tattered all her teeth. We have to pay $ 30.000 to the dentist. All our rock-hard earned money and adjectives life time reserves are lost - $ 38.000. Like a lot of population in the USA we are too "rich" for Medicaid and too poor to can afford illustrious health protection costs.

Does a Medicaid / Welfare person achieve all these expensive orthodontist and dentist treatments for FREE?

If you work frozen and save money your hole vivacity, you loose and waste everything.

If you work or don’t work and debris your money like an idiot you draw from everything for free.

Answer:
honestly compared to these costs dental insurance is cheap through my husbands employer we have insurance for the adjectives family for similar to $3 a week we have insurance because we know we dont own anything near $38,000 within savings to spend on a hospital bill or orthodontics possibly if some of that $38,000 you had contained by savings have been spent on insurance you would still own most of it left
I'm sorry to hear your story - it is truely unwelcome how much dentists/orthodontists charge for some metal brackets in your mouth. But no, if you're on Medicaid/Welfare, I don't chew over you get everything for free. I don't dream up they even pay for braces at adjectives, sadly.
While I surface your pain (and know your frustration), I don't see that there's a QUESTION surrounded by here. Did I miss your point?
In my state, state aid does NOT pay for dentists once a individual has turned 21 years old-fashioned. They do not pay for Orthodontists at adjectives.

My mother was severely handicapped and could not work. Medicaid rewarded for her to have 4 screw teeth and dentures fitted around them becauseshe have to use her teeth to eat, dress and heave (her arms did not work). Even then, it took diverse doctor notes and recommendation for the exception to be made.

I am also from a working family and cannot afford dental watchfulness for myself, my spouse or my kids. I have done some research and the one and only option we enjoy is to go to a dental arts school and pay $50.00 per call on. They have a 6 month waiting roll, minimum, at all school in our county. My husbands teeth constantly hurt because his experience teeth are in sideways,, pushing the other teeth out of alignment. My teeth look right from the outside, but are a lil crooked here and there and I hold 2 holes in the back of 2 teeth that cause intermittent aching.

Be glad you had the money to own these problems fixed, even if it was adjectives your savings. I would use our good to spare us the daily anguish if I wasn't already using it to pay per annum property tax on our home.
No, the associates on Welfare/medicaid do not get orthadontic services for free. They do however get hold of very shabby aid for immediate dental anguish if they are under the age of 21. It have recently come to my attention that they are still giving tetracycline to people on welfare/medicaid. So don't refuse your time envying those people. Any medical/dental supervision they receive for free will only create problems for them further down the string.
not at all open-minded.but health concern plans at your work are available to cover these things...
but u hit it on the nail---the system is upside down these days---but this is the american way.!!
Kay,
It is a discontented state of affairs!
Most people are contained by the "too rich for Medicaid (Medicare) and too poor to afford a doctor" category. And what is worse.the costs for health thoroughness are not done rising!
I have found a solution that will support you and your family out.

Good luck!
Sheree
it sure seem that way some states do whip care of kids teeth on medicaid.

Can personal liablity insurance on a home be used within a lawsuit if no inury occured?

Question:
Civil case against an owner and be wanting to use the home owner policy to get gift

Answer:
It depends on the causes of the lawsuit and the language of the policy contract. If it is related to something covered under the homeowner's policy (such as a slip and tip out on the property) then the HO policy will apply. However, something similar to an auto accident is not covered underneath standard homeowner's policies (unless you have an umbrella policy or amendment to your HO policy to cover it).

So, the moral is: the one and only way to know is to see a copy of the policy.
Possibly! Some homeowners policies cover libel and slander, if they are not business related.

It will depend on 1. the make-up of the lawsuit and 2. the homeowners policy.

You're best off reporting it to the insurance company, to see if they watch over you. If you have a personal umbrella policy, I'd report it to them, too.

How briskly can you receive a strength insurance within Ohio?

Question:
A health insurance to be exact pretty cheap and good
In Dayton, Ohio??

Answer:
As nippy as you can write a check for the coverage. However, it won't cover pre-existing conditions so if you're looking for coverage to cover an illness or injury or pregnancy that you already own, you're not going to have coverage for it anyway.

Here's a website you can check rates for Ohio medical carrier.
You can usually buy insurance and be "covered" that day.

BUT, if you own been short insurance for more than 60 days, they do not have to cover any complaint that you already have (or be treated for) and many companies tender limited coverage for the first 6 months.

And in that is no "cheap" insurance anywhere.
health insurance does NOT come cheap. ANYWHERE. and if you've be uninsured for more than 60 days, be prepared to wait six months for any "pre-existing" conditions to take treatment.
When you say cheap, are you looking for the deductible to be low or the co-pay or the monthly bill? Coverage can be written promptly, its the time that it takes to numeral out what exactly you want that slows things down.
A good solution for you would be AmeriPlan USA. Dayton, OH have a TON of providers and this will help you pick up between 20-80%. This does cover pre-existing conditions and there are no limitations on visit.

Good luck!
