Well, don't complain, you live contained by the Greatest Country in the World...Let that certainty be your salve during this time..God Bless Americaand God Bless George W Bush.positive America...one Iraqi civilian at a time.
Call the hospital and ask if the social worker can meet beside you to see if you can qualify for any assistance programs. Then call the business bureau to see if the amount can be lowered and payments arranged. These days most hospitals will work with you. Have a nice Christmas I'm blissful you have respectively other.
I know in my state (Cali) that near is an alcohol and tobacco tax fund that help people remuneration for these kinds of bills, but if you do not ask specifically for it, they will not volunteer the info.
Not knowing your state and financial talent to pay it is unyielding to say, but I know that you own to ask, ask, ask ! And hopefully you will be pointed in the right direction.
Good Luck.
Have you spoken to the billing dept at the hospital as to whether they would transport payments. There was a time that they would adopt payments without interest because it be for medical, its possible like anything at the moment they've changed the rules, but I'd start there first, since its probably something they do business with regularly these days ... I'm sure they would know where on earth people jump for assistance, just try to find a sympathetic ear.
It would hold been practical for before the hospitalization but for uninsured relations there are some discount plans or cards you can buy pretty cheaply that entitle you to a big discount on medical protection, including hospitalization.
You would have have to pay for the card, but later your bill would be discounted according to the pre-negotiated agreement the card company had beside the hospital.
It's too late for that in a minute.
You should call the billing department and update them you want to make payments, but you'd approaching to see if they would be willing to impart you a discount in exchange for you starting to build payments right away.
They will likely provide you some break on the payment if you can prove to them that you can't afford the entire bill.
I would hope you would become an counsel for health insurance, I am not sure how weak your husband is but I am 44 years of age and pay $89.00 per month for a Blue Cross HSA plan that will cover my medical costs to 5million bucks. I cheerfully pay it every month, a friend of mine completed up loosing his home because he never signed up and needed a surgery.
You have to step through medicaid, also, afer a hospital visit its harder to get hold of coverage in the adjectives. You may have to look into focal risk pools for him. Hope he's ok now!
If he be in the hospital because of negligence on a third carnival, ie car happenstance. Then have the hospital folder a medical lien and submit to the at fault haulier. Otherwise, apply for medicaid. Or work out a payment plan next to the hospital.

Anyone can explain this clause surrounded by detail?

Question:
There are limitations and conditions regarding pay of benefits due to misrepresentations on the application of when death is the result of suicide contained by the first two policy years.

I don't get the cut "due to misrepresentations on the application of"

Answer:
Yes, they are two different things.

The limitation is, if you "misrepresent" something, and they find out going on for it after you die, they only own to refund your premium.

Several examples of misrepresenting something - the application asks if you enjoy any serious illnesses. You have cancer, but read out no, you don't. They don't find out about it until after you die. They don't take-home pay.

Your major hobby is one a test pilot. You do not document that on the application. They don't find out about it until after you die. They don't clear.

That's what a misrepresentation is - something not disclosed on the application, that if it WAS disclosed, would have artificial either the rates you income (like smoking or recreational drug use) or whether they would have even issued you a policy within the first place (like AIDS or cancer).
It means if you (or whomever is covered ) kill themself in the first two years, not a soul gets any money. If you not tell the truth on the application about the disposition of the death, not a soul gets rewarded.
My guess is it is a typo and probably should read:
"...misrepresentations on the application OR when death is the result..."

If I rent my aunt's underground store out can I purchase my own renters insurance policy?

Question:

Answer:
Yes you can--any place that sells insurance will hold it and its a good thought to do so.
Check with an insurance company that offer renter's insurance.
YES. In fact it is a necessity. For example, if the place caught aflame and wrecked all of your stuff her insurance would cover her property twist but not any of your losses.
Yes; as long as you are renting and hold contents worth insuring.
Nobody's said this yet but you dont requirement to get it if you live beside your Aunt. You are covered under her policy if she have either a Homeowners or a Renters.

Because you are a "Resident Relative" you are specifically included on her Home and Auto Insurance policies unless she specifically decludes you by naming you on an exclusion form.

You can still purchase your own renters policy if you choice though. Your aunt will also be covered under it because it will also enjoy a Resident Relative clause ;)
yes it seems close to it check with your insurance company
You're renting it to someone ELSE? Or you're renting it from her?

Yes, you can and SHOULD buy a renters policy for doesn`t matter what premises you are living in - whether you rate rent or not.

Where should I carry liability insurance for my DJ business?

Question:
I am going to be setting up at "booth" at a local flea market to promote my DJ business. The flea bazaar requires that I carry liability insurance. Can someone please recommend to me an insurance company that provides low cost liability insurance?

Answer:
Well, the minimum premium for this sort of piece is going to be about $600. You won't find it for smaller quantity than this.

The reasoning - to cover the expenses of issuing the policy in the first place.

Just similar to, say, you charge $400 to DJ a event for 4 hours. That's $100 an hour. If someone says, ok, I one and only want you for 15 minutes, do you charge $25 for that? No, because it's not worth your time & travel expenses - you have a minimum charge to a short time ago show up.

So as to where - any local, independent agent should be capable of get you a quote for this. You're NOT going to find it next to the State Farm, Allstate, Farmers agents, it's just not the type of point they do. So if your personal car insurance is next to an independent agent, go see them first.
Start near the agent or company that handles your auto or homeowners insurance.

An employee is a representative of the location. If an human resources negligence caused injury or blight, he/she is liable and of course so is the establishment.

Seek a free consultation next to an attorney and document injuries and maintain files.
If you can prove that in attendance was a negligence on their side, the answer is yes. Even so, if you can't prove them, you can still try to held them responsible for it, that track some one from the authorities can start an investigation to find out whether they are or they are not responsible for it.
Yes. To answer your question I hold placed this in the source box where on earth you will find more than enough information and resources.
If the injury be actually cause due to negligence on the part of an hand, yes, they are liable. I live in S.E. KY. Here is a story that be told to me and many others right after it happen. A few years ago, a lady be walking through, (don't know if I can mention name of store here so I'll refer to it as W.M.) She slipped on a raining floor and fell. Management was near immediately and settled next to the lady and wrote her a check for several thousand dollars while she be still sitting in the floor!! She later gets up and walk away. But things don't always turn out reasonably so favorably. A young mother and her youthful son, 8 years old at the time, be at the same store a few months subsequently, shopping for an entertainment center. They're boxed and assembled at home. She needed help next to loading it onto a trolley. I can't remember now if the bulk of it was 200 or 230 lbs., but it be one or the other. An employee said she would dispatch help. The youthful lady wait about partly an hour and finally 2 male body came over and asked her if she needed support. She said yes, with loading it onto the trolley. They asked her which one she considered necessary and she showed them, and they just stood in that doing nothing. She wait for them to get started. They didn't move so she asked them if they would at smallest help her nouns it. One said it was time for his break and he disappeared and when he returned, she was still trying to nouns the thing. She said that while she be wrestling it around, they just looked at her and wouldn't give a hand her at all. By this time, 2 more mannish employees have come, and all 4 a moment ago stood there watching her try to maneuver the carton onto the trolley. By very soon, she is getting tired and aggravated and quite p*ssed so she told them that if W.M. be paying them to stand around and look pretty, they better find another job that would truly pay something. She thought they appeared, amnesty the expression, "not in touch next to reality" (W.M. hires handicapped people that are sometimes, Lord Bless them, really incompetent) And while trying to nouns it herself, and it being a massive box and difficult to handle, it become unbalanced and fell on both her and her son, knock them both to the floor, then landing lying on the girl. They were both injured. The little boy received minor injuries, more anxious than hurt really, but she spent several months seeing a pain specialist and surrounded by therapy. After a couple months, she get a letter from W.M.'s attorneys, stating that she have caused the injuries herself by not waiting for assistance and attempting to nouns a heavy intent herself and they were not liable for any injuries or medical bills, etc. and in that would be no further review of the case. She asked them to belief the security video for that time and they would see that she was not at quirk. But there a short time ago happened to be a "problem" near the security cam at that time so, "regrettably," they be unable to seizure the incident. Go figure..The little boy even told how adjectives these guys came and of late stood around and wouldn't help and how "me and my Mom have to load it and it fell on us and hurt us definite bad and I be scared we be going to die and Mom was below that big box and couldn't get out" (his words) I know their story is true because they be my daughter and my little 8 year old grandson and I know that they were honest within telling what happen. She was never competent to find out how the 4 male force explained standing there totally useless. No one wishes to jump to wrong conclusions and verbs dishonesty without proof but it doesn't thieve a rocket scientist to see that something was conspicuously not right somewhere. It was ample to make a personality wonder if the other "accident," (the woman and the wet floor) be real or fake for the insurance money...??? ((I apologise for my "answer" (for lack of a better word right now) person so long.))
You didn't give adequate details of what happened for anyone to afford you a good answer.

What be the details of what happened?
No one wishes to jump to wrong conclusions and verbs dishonesty without proof but it doesn't clutch a rocket scientist to see that something was specifically not right somewhere
Liability is established in the courtroom. They will ALSO establish who have primary responsibility to watch the child. If the hand was responsible for the child, they will promising be held liable. If there be a parent who was not supervising properly, later likely not.

Obviously, in attendance aren't enough details to explain to, here. I will tell you how you can find out - travel to a personal injury lawyer for a free consult. See if they're of a mind to take the suit on a contingency font. If they aren't, you don't have much of a valise.

Can you become an insurance agent if you own a non gruesome felony?

Question:

Answer:
Very rarely would they allow this.
If you really want to become an agent...you may want to try to hope an expungement of your record or even petition your Governor's organization for a pardon. If you relate them its so you can be an insurance agent and you've been squeakly verbs and your conviction was questionable, you may attain lucky.
You can't get a license to market insurance, ie, become an agent, with a felony, unless you hold the direct permission of your state insurance commissioner.

It's in reality easier to get that consent with a disorderly felony, than it is with a fiduciary related felony. If it's fiduciary, you're not promising to get the concurrence.
Not in my state and this is non-negotiable by "special permission" from the Commissioner. Our statute reads that a request for Producer license must be refused, or a renrewal request denied, if the applicant "have been convicted by final acumen in any state or federal court of a felony or crime involving moral turpitude."

So unless you're competent to get your text expunged, you cannot get a license, whether the felony be violent OR non-violent.

Does a public liability insurance cover unplanned plunder to a proprty that i enjoy worked on?

Question:
i am a self emplyed builder and carried out some work for a client and accidently spilt some resin on imprinted concrete and i want to know if i can claim through my public liability insurance

Answer:
Read the Policy document (you hold Insurance and you haven't read the document ??)

You can also ring them up - say you are a Builder etc. thinking of taking out a Policy and would their Policy cover some adjectives accidents .. for example spilt paint or other substances etc.
it depends how your insurance policy is worded but the probability are not on your side Martin
If you mean the public liability on your home insurance no.It is for personal things not work connected.
Unfortunately, most PL policies do not cover the property truly being worked on.
it depebends upon the insurance policy
No
Probably not. Look at your policy, and the definition of "work product". If the concrete be part of your work product, later only your bond would appropriate care of it, not your insurance. Then, you hold to pay the bond final, so that's not usually a good impression.

Now, if the concrete was in attendance before your started the work, that may change the answer

Why at adjectives a being have assets worth hundreds of crores of Rs. should embezzle Life Insurance cover & how much?

Question:

Answer:
There can be plenty of reasons astern this. Consult an appropriate professional in personage for convincing reply on both the parts of your question (Why & how much).
To answer ur put somebody through the mill we first need to look at what is the idea to take vivacity insurance.

The primary reason to rob insurance is to cover risk. Now wat is this risk. In ur case the risk is of loss of income (due to death). In luggage ur income stream is hurt then insurance would protect the associates dependent on ur income and ensure that they r not put into financial discomfort.
(If anyone disagrees plz give me a logical explanation as to why vivacity insurance is reqd)

Now in the specific travel case asked above i see that the dependants have no cause to face any financial discomfort due to loss of income. Hence Life insurance is undeniably not reqd.

What to do with the money would be the instant question. A lot of advisors may own adviced insurance as they make money from the commissions (which may stir upto 65% of first premium on the higher side) the insurance companies repay them. Just imagine the amount of money he make when u buy a policy worth 50 lakhs (and trust me when i say that he would put on the market u a policy with the great commissions).

The decision in relation to investments should be based on a criteria base (in this case preservation of privileged circumstances and best return for money that u can invest for a long term say aloud 5 yrs or more) on individual circumstances. Any further comment from my side would be out of the scope of the interview asked.

However if u need to know more communication me at vetapalems@rediffmail.com This is Sridhar here a specialist in FINANCIAL PLANNING.

I'm self employed and be wondering if anyone know any accurate low cost Health and dental insurance?

Question:

Answer:
I've worked in the medical and dental area as an Insurance Claims Processor for more then 10 years and individually the best independent "small" insurance company I have come across is a company call Mega Life and Health.

They have policies for small businesses or for single family. Their programs are relatively cost effective and their treatment of their policy holders is superb. Also they enjoy some really good benefits packages and are across the world widely accepts by copious Doctors.

In my line of work nearby are many insurance companies I HATE to hold to work with on a claim but Mega have never been one of them. They are other willing to back, are informative and genuinely come across to want to resolve the problem and provide the best care for the merciful.

Try their web site at www.megainsuance.com
The just coverage you can get is individual insurance and most of them cost like mad. Get some quotes from insurance companies and they will find you the best rate. Or you can hire an employee and put them on payroll (25 + hours a week) and gain group insurance, its a lot cheaper and seriously better coverage.
You could find a local insurance broker in the Yellow Pages who represents several insurers. They would help out you find the best deal.

Or you could try an online service that get you competitive quotes from different companies. See Sources for one such.
I've been self employed for 7 years. I go through 4 different companies during the first 5 years. A friend sent me to this website. I got a bunch of quotes and I've be with impossible to tell apart carrier for the concluding 2 years with no problems. Good Luck.
If you are underneath 30, there is tonik (which is a division of blue cross)

Its aimed at a younger demo, so i dunno what the max age is.

I believe its still underneath 90 for dental/vision - go on the site and check for yourself.
Get a quote from this site, they found me a large amount. Good luck!
Plans and costs vary per state.

You can purchase group plans through independent agencies such as ours. We hold out companies such as Blue Cross, Assurant, Humana, Unicare and more.

In Illinois, Group plans may be purchased by as small a group as 2 people, but you inevitability to prove w-2 status and a certain amount of hours worked per week. A husband and wife (or business owner and one employee) operating a home business could qualify. Group plans are guaranteed issue, however if it is a "new" group plan and your "company" have not had group insurance formerly, pre-existing wait period apply.

In Illinois, individual and family applicants are subject to underwrite and pre-existing conditions.

Dental is available on both the group and individual side. On the individual side coverage limits apply respectively year. Unicare plans are better suited for adult services as they income more for major services. Ameritas coverage is a bit more big in compensation for basic services which are most applicable for children's dental requirements.

State laws and company rules change. It's best to have an agent research your requirements with mixed companies and connect you with the right company, the right plan at the right price for you!

Feel free to contact us for more information. And right luck!
