My Universal Life policy have $3,000 lolly effectiveness. Should I maintain surrounded by place at 4.9% or put into my IRA?
Question:
Answer:
What is the whole point contained by you having life span insurance? Write it down. Is the universal policy you own the most cost effective means of access to attain that goal? Most feasible not.
Find the products to meet your goal. If it's retirement, that's IRA. If it's death benefits beside a decreasing need over time, that's possession life (which, btw, is MUCH MUCH cheaper than universal).
In any shield, Universal is probably NOT meeting your financial goal; you need to re-define your goal, and find the correct products to meet them at a likely price.
Universal Life insurance is a rip-off. Cancel the darn policy and reinvest the money in a Roth IRA. Get apt 20 year level occupancy life insurance, which is pretty cheap.
Universal Life is used as a tax-advantaged mode to purchase life insurance. In the untimely years of the contract, the premium far exceeds the cost of insurance (COI) charges. The difference between the two (the "inside build-up") will grow tax-deferred so long as the policy remains in force. If the policy is held until departure, this inside build-up will escape taxation entirely. Policyholders may also be able to access the inside build-up via a policy loan short incurring it as taxable income.
You would get better advantage on your money, if you still can qualify for insurance, to get a occupancy insurance policy. If you are under the age of 45, you can get hold of term up to 35 years. The difference within premium will be a bit in your favor, you can give somebody a lift the cash harmonize, put it into your IRA, and if the IRA is properly invested in mutual funds, you should seize a long-term return of at LEAST 8%. The value of your nest egg would be further enhanced if you help yourself to the premium savings and incorporate it monthly to your IRA as well. If you choose to at tiniest test this to see if you are insurable and check your premium, be sure NOT to withdraw the universal policy until you seize your term policy deliver...just contained by case. You want to be sure to argue your coverage until you don't need it anymore. If you would resembling help, contact me thru here and I will afford you more details to help contained by your state. Good luck.
It depends on why you bought the insurance policy. Any advice you bring back on this forum will be generalized and might not apply to you, so be cautious taking performance based on what we say aloud alone. If you wanted inexpensive, long-term coverage, then the complete life policy (UL) might still be purely the thing for you - phone up the 800 number to make sure its still on track. If you bought the policy for lolly accumulation, name a different independent agent than the one who sold that one to you.
Here is the truth that most agents don't know: the declared interest rate in the UL is singular half of the story. The wife are the mortality and administration costs which can transmutation. Have your illustration run at the lowest guaranteed interest rate. The difference in the current (non-guaranteed) and the guaranteed columns (even though the interest rate is the SAME) reflect the impact of these adjustable charges. The focus on interest rates alone is a farce because it only tell half of the story.
Does this be determined UL is a bad traffic? Not necessarily. If you want inexpensive death benefit for the rest of your natural life, there are plenty of UL's on the open market with strong guarantees - change value will be a byproduct of properly funding the policy, but if you access the lolly on this type of policy you will easily mess up the guarantee. Life insurance should be used for destruction benefit first and foremost, so If you bought this policy for cash excess, you should seriously consider restructuring your plan.
If you can roll over to and IRA then do it. If not hold on to it as is but I suggest you start an IRA.
IRA are a better deal for your retirement years.
you don't guardianship if you die, worry if you seize old and live.
Artificial Intelligence technology?
Question:
I wonder why the Banks and other financial institutions have be leading users of AI technology like neural networks.
Answer:
Financial companies resembling banks are within a very abstract, data-intense business- essentially these market are "numbers games". For instance, credit card companies have millions of customers whose behavior can be characterized by transactions, payments and credit bureau notes: large collections of numbers. This notes has great predictive significance when forecasting individual customer behavior, which is critical in a competitive environment.
Some of the most widely used A.I. technique are from machine study, which overlaps statistics and data mining. These technology are essential to running financial businesses on such a large mount.
Other fields which aver large collections of background on important phenomena also hold adopted newer technology. Examples would include database marketing and large ascend medical research.
The real mystery is why the insurance industry (another numbers game) have been so slow to adopt these technique.
Have they? I hadn't noticed.

Does my Automobile liability coverage cover my medical costs?
Question:
Answer:
No, liability covers damage you do to the other jamboree (bodily injury or property damage). If you want medical coverage for yourself, you have to buy medical payments or PIP (personal injury protection) depending on your state which is available. Also, this is lone for auto related injury (in an accident, getting contained by & out of the car - close to closing the door on your hand, etc)
No, it does no. It is lone bare minimum coverage that covers the other driver.
No, it would cover someone elses if they be injured because of you. Liability only covers the other personality in the happenstance if its your fault
Not exactly, but nearby IS an option on the auto policy call "medical payments" or in some states "personal injury protection" which WILL cover medical bills related to injuries you received within your car.
It's a different unit than the liability section, and contained by most states it's optional, so you may or may not enjoy purchased it.
Generally speaking, no. Liability coverage only coverages injuries and damages cause by you to another party (another vehicle).
You would call for to add a first celebration medical coverage in writ for your medical costs to be covered.
no it doesnt, it covers the other driver, your um uim covers you only if someone who injures you dont own insurance or dont have plenty coverage for the damages if you have medical coverage from work you are fine, but if you are driving and own someone in your coup¨¦ and they get injured they can sue you so if they want check out globalwideinsurance.com
Difference between natural life insurance and genaral insurance?
Question:
Answer:
The important difference between Life and General Insurance is contained by what each covers. Life Insurance replaces the human duration value of a character. That is, it replaces what a person would own earned, or contributed to a firm or kinfolk, had they lived. General Insurance replaces the efficacy of an asset, that is diluted or destroyed.
In General Insurance, policies indemnify the policy holder when an event occurs (An disaster, damage due to a fire, interfere with due to a storm, etc). Indemnification means that the policyowner is made unbroken. That is, the policy holder can't make a profit on the loss, he can just be indemnified to the extent of the remaining useful duration of the asset (Auto, home, business, etc).
In life insurance policies, a common rule is that the Human life helpfulness is some multiple of a persons proceeds.

life ins. is for you when you are no longer beside us and general is for mdical, house, sports car, ect.
life insurance is to cover ur funernal cost if u die and stuff and standard insureance like condition insurance is for ur dr visits and tablets for while u are still alive
In Malaysia, life insurance companies get rid of insurance policies like in one piece life insurance, investment-linked insurance, occupancy insurance, endowment insurance, etc.
Life insurance protects INDIVIDUAL's (human's) financial losses due to death, total & unalterable disablement, etc.
General insurance protects PROPERTIES like coup¨¦ (through car insurance), building (through fire insurance) , residential property (through houseowner and householder insurance).
Nowadays within Malaysia, the border between life insurance and common insurance is not clear. For example, both general and existence insurance companies sell medical / form insurance (hospitalization and surgical insurance) to individual.
Ins. Adjustor say hose twist surrounded by crypt not covered....?
Question:
however; the damage to my carpet from the leaking wet through the basement foundation is a DIRECT result of my sump pump breaking down during stocky, heavy rainfall. We bailed wet for hours until a plumber was competent to replace sump pump & therefore no overexploit to laundry room where sump pump is located. However, can insurance not cover destroy to rest of basement where on earth water leak in through foundation, as a direct result of sump pump kaput? I live in Canada. What are my rights?
Answer:
Unfortunately, your claim would not be covered. You have seepage in your underground store which is not covered under a homeowners policy. If river backs up from a sump pump hole and you own backup of sewer and drains coverage then the deface would be covered. But if you have a broken sump and hose is leaking into the house because of the broken sump it is still seepage.
I am contained by the US and we have separate flood insurance. I am not sure if Canada have this but if you do and the policy works like ours does seepage is covered on a flood policy. On our flood policies large rainfall can be considered a flood under the definition.
i would influence the ins should cover any damages that occurred but they adjectives have ways of getting out of paying for something .take out your policy and have them show you the fine print where on earth it says underground room not covered ,its part of your house .near out the basement you would hold no house .i would think they own to cover all damages .But surrounded by Indiana here don't know the laws for Canada sorry but i discern for you that sucks we pay adjectives this ins money then a company would make clear to you that ,I'd find a new insurance company asap .
The article is you knew the foundation be leaking until that time the rain. That is why you have the sump pump it seems. Why didn't you fix the foundation.
You can database a claim with the system insurance regulators. They might just be of lend a hand to you.
Fix the foundation.
Most homeowners insurance policies issued these days specifically EXCLUDE dampen damage of any characteristics with few exceptions. One allowed exception is hose down damage to be exact an accidental and sudden discharge ( for example from a burst pipe or hose ). Typically, hose damage resulting from a malfunctioning piece of equipment (like a toilet or sump pump ) is also excluded unless endorsed. Also, one and only damage to the property mess up would be covered and not the actual broken pipe or malfunctioned pump.
My profession is moving to Iowa! 99% of the family I work near aren't going and are finding investigational job...?
Question:
I work in an insurance organization and our jobs are consolidating and moving to Iowa
Every since the announcement of our company's consolidation my bosses boss is watching everyone close to a hawk and flat out being an @ss to citizens for no reason at adjectives.
ALL of our numbers are exceeding percentage goals and all the same this jerk continuously is rude and its flat out unconcealed he's looking for reasons to fire relatives!
Today he accused me and two other family of not doing our work DESPITE our numbers in the systems contridicting this.
I be taken off the system to focus printed work that needs to be sent to policy holders, and literally every 5 to 10 minutes he walk past my desk sometimes, coming up down me and just standing nearby to see if I am working.
This accusation today be over the top and I want to quit, HOWEVER I believe I have done zilch wrong so why should I, also I want my separation package so I stipulation to stick around.
Any POSITIVE suggestions on how to handle this je
Answer:
First of adjectives, it's easier to find a new errand when you're still employed - which is why people are jump ship they way they are. Unless they're giving you one heck of a severence bag if you stay to the final day, I'd hold my resume out there and be looking, as very well - if you wait until "the end" and jump down with the ship, economically, all the OTHER race that waited will be competing next to you for the good job.
One reason they're feasible keeping an eye on everyone, is because they know you're prepping to leave, and don't want you bringing proprietary information near you when you leave - approaching expiration lists and contact sheets.
Lastly, keep hold of in mind, HIS living is moving to Iowa, too, so he's in one and the same boat - and probably extra grouchy & edgy.
WALK ON EGG SHELLS !!1 HE'S TRYING TO GET EMPLOYEES TO QUIT SO HE DOESN'T HAVE TO PAY OUT AT THE END. WHEN YOU SEE HIM GREET HIM WITH A SMILE AND A "HOW ARE YOU TODAY". WHEN HE STANDS BEHIND YOU JSUT TURN AROUND AND SAY 'OH, I DIDN'T SEE YOU THERE, EVERYTHING OK". WHO KNOWS MAYBE HE'S IN A BAD MOOD ALSO 'CAUSE HE'LL BE OUT OF A JOB ALSO.
DON'T QUIT AND JUST DEAL WITH IT. IT WON'T BE MUCH LONGER. ONCE YOU GET YOUR MONEY JUST WALK UP TO HIM AND GIVE HIM THE FINGER AS YOU WALK AWAY FROM THE JOB FOR GOOD. I'M SURE YOU'LL FEEL ALOT BETTER.

No robustness insurance or income...stipulation surgery for leg. What to do?
Question:
My boyfriend tore his ACL in his leg. It did not come to pass at his home so he cannot clain homeowners insurance on it.
Since he can't walk, he can't work any. His job requires bulky lifting and walking. His job also offered no strength insurance, sick pay, leave pay or anything.
He is down to zilch in his sandbank account...and the doctors are relating him he must have surgery on his leg. However, the expected cost is over 10,000 dollars. He also have car insurance bills, vehicle payment bills, and cell phone bills to clear.
He would rather not enjoy to make payments on this bill because he does not formulate enough within the first place.
WHAT CAN HE DO!!?!?
HELP!
He is 23 and we live in Oregon.
Answer:
First of adjectives, homeowners doesn't pay for your injuries - individual health insurance does that.
If he requests to have this surgery, he should hold it - and work out a payment calendar with the hospital. He should deal in the car, next he won't need coupé insurance. It's going to be a while anyway before he can drive. Ditch the cell phone - he can't afford it right very soon, he's unemployed.
First priority requests to be food. Then, getting the surgery so he can get final to work. $10,000 really isn't that much in the long run - he probably owes WAY more than that on the saloon.
Once he's healed, he can find another situation, and take the bus for a while, until he's worked a few weeks and have a couple paychecks, and can buy an old junker for $1,000. It will cost WAY smaller number to insure than a new saloon. If it only runs for three months, he's ahead of the team game, as I'm sure $1,000 wouldn't cover three months car payments. Every month over three that this junker runs, is a free vehicle month. After three months, you sell it to someone else for $1,000, and buy a $2,000 junker. It's an upgrade, still no loan.
And, he's get a leg to stand on.
Talk to Medicaid.
If he owns no property, go the the hospital and update them what ou need and that you enjoy no income.
If you own a house, then they will put a lien on it.
plentiful if not adjectives hospitals have charity fastidiousness policies where they will discount or occupy the cost of medical care for ethnic group who make smaller quantity than a specified amount. however, you do have to ask, and if they bring up to date you no, go difficult up to the administration. oodles hospitals won't publish their charity care guidelines, you hold to ask for them
He should first talk to the human resources being at his job in recent times to see if anything is available via government abet since the job doesn't provide condition coverage. He should also see what Oregon has to offer--in California, we hold SDI which is a statewide disability insurance that is taken out of every paycheck. The US administration also has Medicaid and Medicare which you should also look into.

You want to go to your local hospital and communicate to the financial department and explain to them the situation you are in. They should be capable of tell you what charity programs they hold that could help you. He may even qualify for the spin down program near medicaid. Which means that he would own to pay a small percentage of the total bill and they would remuneration the rest. If this was the defence you can make contribution arrangements with the hospital for his percentage and would know how to go ahead beside the surgery. Don't be affraid to ask people for give a hand. Hospitals and different organizations hold fund raisers adjectives the time to help those pay medical bills surrounded by the type of situation you are describing.
The bottom line is ask ask ask. If one hospital is not sufficiently expert to help consequently go to another hospital and ask them like peas in a pod thing.
He sounds similar to he must be in spasm. If I go against my strength insurance can my doctor discard to treat me?
Question:
My husband is self-employed so our health ins is terrifically expensive. I am thinking of going without it.
Answer:
He can debris to treat you, unless you present yourself to him with a time threatening emergency, then he have to treat you.
He can treat you if you will pay for private guardianship.
If not, yes, he can refuse treatement, unless it's energy or death.
For routine issues, yes. For life-threatening issues, no. They just need to provide sufficient diligence to stabilize your condition.
Actually that's the rule for hospitals. Doctors aren't under any duty to treat anyone but if they're affiliated with a hospital they're umbrellaed lower than the same rule.
I consider it depends on the state or the county your in and what law they have. There is a hospital I used to work for within my area and they used to filch anyone insurence or not, they changed cause they wern't making money and presently you have to show proof of insurence past they will treat you. I think if you compensate our right before you go and get treated they won't mind.
You will have to reward full price and that is immensely expensive, keep the insurance, you never know. Doctor's if they already hold you as a patient can still eliminate treatment. Check with your local law.
As far as regular stuff...perhaps. However, where on earth I live they do not even take insurance stuff until after your ER look in at least. I asked nearly it and they said that way it doesn't provide a bias contained by treatment. So, some times yes....have you considered have at least some form insurance...like a $5000 deductable...that path your monthly payments are very low...and if you did go and get some horrible disease or in an coincidence you would only hold a bill of $5,000 not hundreds of thousands of dollars if you have no coverage at adjectives?
Yes your doctor may refuse treatment. I work surrounded by a Hospital and deal beside insurance. Your insurance is still good after 30 to 60 days depending on your benefits. Insurance states if you enjoy copays, deductables and max oop once you met max out of pocket expence per calendar year you are covered 100%. Make sure you met deductable then if covers any 80/20 some include deductable with maximum out of pocket depends on insurance benefits so I suggest you ring your insurance company before you nullify or ask for a self pay or private pay cheque price It is problably cheaper to go that approach on a case by overnight case basis ask for private income first then total if its cheaper to go w/ insurance, its up to you nickname your insurance you may already be covered 100%
I work for a physician and your question have a complicated answer. If you go to a hospital they cannot send regrets you no matter what your circumstances are. If you move about to a physician that is affiliated next to a hospital then most possible they cannot refuse you any. But, if you choose to go to an idependent physician. Which would be a doctor that have his/her own practice (self employed) they can refuse you if you are not sufficiently expert to pay. Most of the time they will report to you up front that if you don't have insurance coverage that you own to pay contained by full at the time of service. If unable to income you can reschedule until you have the funds to wages.
My personal answer to you is that you should never ever go in need health insurance. Health Insurance is your switch to survival today. With out it you could be denied treatment or discharged from a hospital too soon due to the hospital not wanting to get stuck near your bill.
If your insurance premium is too costly then you should seriously consider downgrading your policy to a larger deductible that would produce your monthly premium smaller. Or changing to a different Insurance. But don't retract your policy until you are covered by a new one. If you do after you will fall beneath a pre-existing clause. If you have any type of chronic infection your new insurance company doesn't enjoy to pay for any claims associated beside that for a period of time that they settle on. Ususally 6 months to 1 year.
Yes. There are clinics that take patients in need insurance.
Morally, doctors can not turn away a sick patient. But, for routine protection, they can. As long as you pay for your visit (or make your payments to the practice if they're larger bills.) he can not refuse permission for to treat you.
Hi there, I would hope he/she wouldn't eliminate you, as long as you agreed to pay them their tax.
However, you do have some excellent option! I noticed someone mentioned have a higher deductable to lower your monthly rate, which you can do and use a strength benefits plan with it, which have a hospital advocay program through the Karis group (they negotiate with the hospitals & doctors to procure the lowest rate and help you work out a pay-out plan in the event of something catastrophic). Plus, it's even better if you hold an HSA (health savings/spending account). All 3 can work together beautifully.
Or, depending on your finances, you can hold the health benefits merely and still have access to hospital advocacy, x-rays, blood work, check-ups, dental, phantasm, etc. I have it and it is really affordable http://www.youdeservehealthcare.com...
If their,s a fire surrounded by your home and u don't enjoy home insurance can u be made to wages the desecrate?
Question:
or can u just income the dedecable on ur landlord insurance
Answer:
You didn't right to be heard what caused the fire. Say you be burning candles or left a pot on the stove that cause the fire (you did nothing premeditated but would be considered liable for the loss). Your landlord would go and get paid for the fire for his smash up to his building from his insurance. The insurance company could come after you for the damages if it was deem your fault. If it be no one's fault (the house get struck by lightning, the house next door be on fire & caught your house on fire) later his insurance would just settle up & you wouldn't have to verbs about anything. This is why it is so substantial to have a tenant policy when you rent. It not only covers your stuff but it also covers your liability (by cause an accidental fire contained by your building). I've seen tenant policies pay liability to landlords for cause fires. Also, if you caused the fire & cause damage to other people's apartments, they can also come after you for damages.
I hope this help you.
If your renting its totaly the landlords responsibility. And they have to dispense you a place to live until your place is fixed. A friend of mine was renting a house that be destroyed in a fire. The subsequent day an insuranse adjustor showed up from his landlords insurance company and asked my friend what he have lost and if he had any theory of the value. My friend said in the order of 4,000 and the adjustor wrote him a check on the spot.
OK, it's not your home, it's your landlord's home. His policy covers the building. If you don't have any insurance, next your "stuff" isn't covered. His policy doesn't cover "stuff", just the structure.
You're not paying damages - unless you patently set the fire, and he sues you for damage to the building. But you're ALSO not going to be collecting below any insurance policy, for your "stuff".
Smeac doesn't know what he's talking almost. Landlords don't cover YOUR property, and they aren't responsible to put you up if there's a fire. But if you move out because you can't live in the place, you don't own to pay him rent for the time you're not living in that.
Well there are a couple of things you didn't read out.Is the house yours or do you rent??Do you live in it?Are There renters? Do you rate the mortgage? If you do you probably have insurance through your mortgage company.Check near them because most mortgage companies make you fetch Home owners and if you stop it don't pay your bill for anything reason they are supposed to notify the mortgage company and later They put insurance that you pay for through them at an inflated rate and furnish less to the principle usually a sister company thusly making your mortgage run longer to pay stale.Check maybe you hold it <they don't want to loose on the property either .If you own it outright the I would suggest selling the park use the money from that to buy somewhere else.If you are a renter you are not responsible in anyway unless you burned it down. The red cross may know how to help also.I enjoy a beautiful home surrounded by Maine that I am selling if your interested 4bed 2Ba huge and all contemporary Golf, swim boat across street Live Comfortable.Gotta sel husbands job is moving.

I hold not checked recently, but i light you must be an E4 or higher until that time they will accet you as a client. Here's a number you can call to be sure: 1-8OO-531-8111. What is a loss of earn size evaluation, and how is it determined?
Question:
Answer:
I assume your are talking going on for a disability insurance claim.
They will decide what percentage you are competent to work. ie before your injury you have 100%, if you are completely disablled you have 0%... and benefits are compensated accordingly...
it will be determined according to your occupation for example, if you be a roofer, and you can no longer move your legs, then you can no longer be a roofer, however they may say aloud you are able to work as a telemarketer.
depends on the policy, call for some more info to give a better answer
Usually it's for a workers comp settlement. You stir to a doctor or two, and they look at your permanent disability - and write up your physical limitations. Then the adjuster looks at that report, and looks at what you be doing for a living, and looks at how many years until you retire, and info out how much money you're going to be losing, until you retire, due to the disability.
Is it possible to find out a neighbor's homeowners insurance company short asking them?
Question:
We have a neighbor near a hazardous, threatening tree that they refuse to concordat with or consent to us deal near. We've been told that if we alert their insurance company they will probably force the homeowners to remove it. But how can I find that info out?
Answer:
Due to the privacy achievement there is no means of access that I am aware of that you could possibly find this information. However in the meantime if you believe that this tree is a peril and have tried to resolve this vocally it is now time to filch it to the next smooth. As diplomatically as possible write a letter to your neighbor stating that it is your belief that the tree poses a jeopardy to you and your property. In the letter you should submit to help pay cheque a portion of the cost(s) for an inspection of the tree by an arborist and/or the cost of trimming or removal of the tree. Give a deadline for action on this business. If the situation is not resolved by that date write a 2nd letter and again surrounded by a diplomatic fashion outline equal information but include a statement to the effect that if the matter is not taken protection of and you subsequently suffer any damages you will have no substitute to but to sue them for their negligence--again give a date for compliance. Both of these junk mail should be sent via certified mail return account request and you should list on the bottom of the dispatch that you are sending a cc to your attorney and list his or her describe. If both deadlines ratify without any performance, please consult your attorney. In a similar case that happen to one of my clients, the attorney wrote a letter and the situation was next resolved. However, if they do not respond to the attorney it is my understanding that they can be sued for have a public nuisance (I am not an attorney and this is my recollection of the terminalogy used surrounded by this area for this type of hazard). At alike time you are doing this you can also be calling your local housing compliance authority or if you are in a homeowners association beckon them and bring this matter to their attention so that they can also investigate and bring pressure to carry on your neighbor. Please make sure that you do everything possible to be diplomatic and do not cart matters into your own hands--remember that this loved ones will more than likely be your neighbors for a few years. Also brand sure that they actually are the owners of the property, i.e. if it is a rental you will stipulation to contact the actual owner not the occupant. You can find this information out on the internet by looking below the website for your local property tax authority--this information is public copy and it will list the owners signature, address, etc.
I wish you luck and musical tones!
Does your city have a code enforcement ? they will do something in the region of it .
Their is a little entity called the privacy work. Personal transactions Financially are protected. It is a tough one next to asking them yourself.
Maybe they own a insignia on there vehicle like "I'm insured beside allstate!
The best solution is to Check with the city and the utility dept come out and inspect your property. They will see that the tree is a hazrd and next they will ring your neighbors door.
No, that's private information. And her insurance company will most likely NOT verbalize to you, anyway, even if you DID know who they were.
Unless you hold a tree expert come out and certify that the tree is hazardous, it's only your unprofessional evaluation that says the tree wants to come down.
You might get further calling your local municipality, and putting within a maintenance complaint or hazardous condition complaint beside them, see if you can get THEM to exert pressure on your neighbor.
I am an Insurance Agent - does anyone know or hold any thinking of items I can use for our agency's scrapbook?
Question:
I am looking for anything that I could use in our company's scrapbook related to Insurance or anyone an agent. Thanks
Answer:
Will the scrapbook be for current employees to remember company events or as a 'marketing' or 'recruiting' tool.
Agree that capture company events in photos is your best bet. Remember to bear shots of 'everyday' things too, like the lunch room or folks gather around Suzy's candy bowl. Is there a wall covered beside reports or a whiteboard? Look at the place through new eyes and takeover those shots.
If you want to know how to 'make' a scrapbook, just G00GLE. There are a ton of chatboards .. even folks who'll run your photos and make the book for you. They can be simple or tremendously elaborate.
Your Companies own seminars/Meetings/Golf Outings/lunches etc. Take your camera.
Your associates Family pictures.
Your Christmas Party.
Take a picture of you or an associate after they landed a "BIG" vindication.
Does your agency donate to Charity? Think on this one a second. Everyone "LOVES" people helping other People.
