I suffer from depression & be suicidal for a while, but very soon im tryin to gain a mortgage & requirement vivacity insurance?
Question:
would I be better off not mentioning anything roughly the suicide or depression, I know the insurance won't pay out if anything happen to me but the insurance would be cheaper, how much extra would it approx be if I did mention it ??
Answers:
You should contact an insurance broker who has experience beside underwriting on cases. Offers beside a suicide history will range from standard to decline depending on your personal history. Because companies don't close to to publish their underwriting guidelines on mental condition to their brokers, your risk will be difficult to place.
Here's what the best case scenario will collectively look like: your depression is situational, no medication or stable on 1 or 2 medications for over 2 years, no history of addiction or other conditions, no hospitalization, continued follow-up near psychologist.
I wouldnt risk not telling them. Imagine if you died within a car crash etc, afterwards your family would be gone to pay past its sell-by date your mortgage.
If you dont tell them it will show they dont pay out for anything at adjectives, not only if you die via suicide.
Get a quote and see how much it costs. There are companies that specialise within people near medical problems.
approach any insurance company to learn more roughly it
forget the depression, you dont have to prove anything of your personal life to anyone...forget roughly speaking it and look forward to each hours of daylight of your life.
Hi.
This site offer good deal on life insurance :
http://qurl.com/crczd
It depends what accounts there are of your depression, if you didn't see a doctor or pocket medication, then clearly don't mention it. hx
that's funny, i just come across the answer to this on this site. check it out!
Well, you are obtaining the insurance for the mortgage, so it is a finances ot an end fairly than an end surrounded by itself. Seeing as that is the valise, it does not really matter if they avoid the contract for non-disclosure.
The solely thing is that, as a fraudulent non-disclosure, you will not procure your premiums back, but if it be negligent or innocent, you would when the underwriter avoids the contract.
You may not even attain the insurance if you are honest about it. I can't believe I am give or take a few to advocate this, but stow it from them. Be aware though, tha if you do and you are not dead when they find it is a fraudulent misrepresentation contained by order to purchase a mortgage, you will never get insurance again, at lowest possible not at a sensible premium.
What would be the point in paying for an invalid policy? You should any mention the depression or there's no point in buying the policy at adjectives, as it wouldn't pay out.
If you have suicide attempts, then that may come up within the MIB (Medical Information Bureau) Report that most insurance companies run. Probably not. There are questions concerning depression and if you answer yes they want to know what medications you give somebody a lift. Usually the medication will red flag them to get your medical chronicles. Most life insurance policies will payout if you hold it for over two years, no matter what is surrounded by your past unless you are committing a crime, etc. If they do not receive your medical records, and freshly do a blood and urine sample and you live over two more years, they will pay packet out. If you die before the two years (in most states) most companies will do an automatic medical documentation report from you doctor to find out if anything was not here out at time of application, at which time they would decide if the policy would own been issued if they have that info at application. Hope that helps, minus telling you what is the right article for you
Nase Health insurance?
Question:
Do you currently have condition insurance through NASE ? What are your thoughts ? thanks
Answers:
NASE, or Mega, is a hospital ticket, not a major medical policy. I would not hold the policy. There are many restrictions.
NASE deductible is per confinement, which scheme if you go into the hospital 3 times surrounded by one year you have 3 deductibles to unite.
Lifetime maximum for NASE is $1 Million. Major medical plans are $2 to $8 Million.
NASE has an annual maximum per bug of $500,000. Most Major medical have NO annual maximum.
Depending upon the policy, NASE will only clear UP to $500 per day if you are admit to the hospital. Average daily cost - $3000, Average stay – Three days. For the average hospital stay NASE will settle up up to $1500, you will pay $7500.
Depending upon the policy, NASE will individual pay UP to $1500 per year if you are in ICU. Average cost - $8000, Average stay – Two days. For the average ICU stay NASE will rate up to $4500, you will pay $11,500. Since most race (unless they’re dead) have a hospital stay after the ICU stay you can tag on in the above info.
Doctor visits while you are surrounded by the hospital is limited to $50 per look in and limited to ONE call on per day. Average cost - $120, Average number of on a daily basis visits – TWO. For the average 3 afternoon hospital stay NASE will pay $150, you will take-home pay $570.
Ambulance transport is limited to $250 per trip and payable singular if you are admitted to the hospital. If you are transported to the ER and not admit - no benefits. The average cost for ambulance - $1000. For the ambulance (if you are admitted to the hospital) NASE will discharge $250, you will pay $750. For the ambulance (if you are NOT admit to the hospital) NASE will pay $0, you will earnings $1000.
Air ambulance is not covered unless additional rider purchased. Maximum benefits beside NASE are $3500. Average cost - $12,000. Your bill - $8500.
Many other limitations for: miscellaneous hospital inpatient charges, inpatient and outpatient surgery, routine physicals, anesthesiologist and more. Plus you have to remuneration the expensive yearly dues. If you are OK beside the limitations I see no problem with the policy. However, you may want to pop in a local independent agent and compare with a primary medical. You'll find the premium is not that much different.
No i don't have any

What's the best dental plan for a self employed 21 year hoary feminine?
Question:
I live in The Woodlands, Tx if that make a difference.
Answers:
I am also self-employed. When I first started my business 9 years ago I looked into the insurance options. They cost a small fortune. I would recommend doing self-pay, because by the time you income all of the deductibles it can cost as much as it would hold if you paid on your own. ALL of my doctors office, dentist, and health-care professionals cut me a deal when I share them I am self-employed. The insurance companies cut rates with them, so why shouldn't they label a deal directly to you?
do ppl surrounded by tx even have teeth?
charge credit- you can use it at most dental places- G00GLE "care credit"
Oh, you're a neighbor, I'm within Bellaire.
The BEST individual dental plan is "pay out of pocket". When you run the numbers, they cover so little, and cost so much, it's cheaper to simply pay out of pocket. I've done it for YEARS that approach. Even with paying for a crown once every 5 years, it's cheaper (as they reimburse NOT MUCH towards a crown, and not at ALL until you've held the policy for a few years).
take a look at this one. You can walk to any dentist you want and you get to use insured and discount benefits

Any design who to contact if I've be given false information on a compensation claim that I hold made?
Question:
I was originaly told that my claim would be on a no win no tax basis and that adjectives compensation due to me would be mine. The firm that dealt next to my claim have immediately deducted a 30% commission excise which I was not told something like.
Answers:
The Department of Justice oversee claims managment companies in the UK.
Their trellis address is below, and they would be the people that you would put the complaint into.
I must read aloud that it is common for a commission to be taken out of the compensation awarded, so you`ll entail to check your paperwork carefully since complaining.
Wow! Look up Clark Howard website , he is very suitable about that stuff. Did you win, later you owe them some $ a percentage. If it is disability , then attorneys cannot charge more than 25% up to 5,000. Normally if you win or return with any amount they want a percentage . If you dont win, you dont owe them anything.
I don't believe them company's that say no win no duty and that you will received it all, they don't do it for nil.
Go to the Law Society website.
Sorry did you think they would represent you for the love of it! Look rear at the contract you signed - why did you not ask that question!? I am sorry but you enjoy no one else to blame - unless you option to sue your self for compensation for not checking your contract - maybe you could uphold yourself & prosecute - saving your duty, for your client - YOU!
Normally what happens is that they negotiate a damages settlement for you which you do indeed catch 100% of. Then they demand the costs and charges for aggression for you from the negligent gala. Did you sign an agreement with these guys at the start which sets out the expressions on which they would act and charge?
I have a sneaking suspicion that the Department of Justice would be a good place to start. Perhaps the Law Society may be capable of help too.
If they win the claim for you they pinch some of the money, thats in their lingo and conditions.

I Have a holiday home in france and requirement to look for new home insurance. Does anyone own any recomendation of who they use for there french holiday home. it would be preferable if the company have offices contained by both the uk and france and was competent to correspond in English. But cost is the most switch decision architect.
Your ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Answers:
How will you be using your holiday home, freshly family and friends or letting it to generate income?
The crucial points to consider when choosing holiday home insurance are; what does the policy cover, what are the exclusions and how much does it cost.
Also:
-Is the policy in English so you can take the terms and conditions, knob facts.
-What happens when you hold a claim. Will claims handlers call in your French home to assess the damage, and will your travelling expenses be covered to oversee the claim.
-Is your holiday home promising to be empty for long periods/during the winter? If so, what are the insurers unoccupancy/inspection requirements e.g. do you hold to drain the water supply, grill the property.
-Is theft covered, what are the guarantee requirements.
If you are letting you will might want to consider a policy that also covers:
-Damaged caused by tenant
-Public liability insurance in valise someone sustains an injury at your holiday home and decides to sue
-Loss of rent following a claim
Schofields http://www.schofields.ltd.uk/policy_deta... contribute a comprehensive holiday home insurance policy, but a simple search on the internet will also index other French house insurers.
Have browse through the policy wordings to see what’s covered.
You could also visit your local home insurance broker contained by France to see what they offer. But it might be sage to get the policy translated if it is contained by French.
You mentioned “But cost is the most key result maker”
If you choose by cost alone this could come back to den you if something you took for granted wasn’t covered. A saving of a few pounds could plan you are underinsured or out of pocket by thousands if you have a fire, flood etc.

Television three year insurance cancelled insurance for plasma TV?
Question:
I purchased a plasma tv home entertainment system with a three year insurance three years ago.
After roughly speaking six months and numerous problems with the system it be disposed of, and I wrote to the insurance company to cancell the insurance policy.
For two years the insurance company did not respond until now and they are requesting the two years recompense in full otherwise they are threatening trial action.
What arethe permitted implications of this situation.
Answers:
I wouldn't wage them if they threatened me with a bazooka.
Likely, they'll seize the judgement and win. Unless you can prove that you mailed them the message requesting cancellation, they'll move about to court, get the judgement, etc.
Also, if it's not "true" insurance, you might be on the hook for the full premium, even if it cancelled impulsive. You'll have to verbs out the original agreement and look it up.
Short-term disability denied due to preexisting condition!!?
Question:
I recently be hired during the first trimester of my pregnancy. I have since found out that I am have twins and due to complications with multiple births, I am in a minute on restrictive bed rest. I applied for short term disability and be denied claiming that this is a preexisting condition (which they do not cover). I plan on appealing the decision and contacting a legal representative, but who knows how long that will embezzle. I am so close to having adequate hours to qualify for FLMA, but not yet. Does anyone know where on earth I can go from here to verbs receiving some sort of income?! Please give support to!!
Answers:
Well, you're going to lose. A lawyer would clutch the case, but you'll enjoy to pay, oh, I don`t know $5,000 up front, and they'll tell you your likelihood of winning are slim and none. So THAT'S not going to minister to you.
Appealing could take 3-6 months - on the shorter lapse for you, as they'll just re-deny, as you be clearly pregnant (according to medical information) before you get the insurance. You can't bet on the horse race after they adjectives come in (that's exactly what insurance is, you know), you enjoy to do it before the see starts.
Unemployment won't help, any, as you're not able to work. I presume you're going to be stuck with loved ones, friends, your personal savings, and church loved ones.
That is true. You cannot qualify for short term disability next to any kind of pre-existing condition. I don't deduce a lawyer would know how to help you. It's in recent times the way it is. It would be like if you had some type of medical condition too. There are ususally a great deal of medical questions on the application and you can be denied for any number of reason. This has happen to some women that I work with too and they cessation up just taking a shorter set out, like solely 6 weeks instead of the 12 week famiily leave. Good Luck near your twins.
so they knew you be female?
articulate to your doctor.they usually have what it take to keep their clients.
look.i'm an insurance agent. No advocate in the world is going to touch this because it's a refuse of time. One of the questions on any short-term disability application is "are near any re-occuring or PRE-EXISTING ailments or diseases that would fall as a cliam to this policy?". If you answer yes, consequently you will be denied the insurance on the principle that insurance is not something that is intended to better you.it is intended to indemnify you financially contained by the event of financial hardship.
if you answer no, and it after that come out that you were lying, the policy will be cancelled because you, the applicant, default on your end of the contract and withheld essential info to the consideration of the contract.
If you had taken out this policy even 1 time before any of this problem you're have started happening, you would recieve sum for the claim.
but as is...you're s.o.l. doll

It truly depends on the condition that the individual is taking prescription for. While it once may have proved difficult or impossible to come by a life insurance policy on a human being taking regular medicines to treat illustrious blood pressure, certain types of diabetes, or depression, i.e. simply not the case anymore. More and more insurance companies are realize that advancements contained by medical science and more specifically advancements contained by medications used to treat individuals are much better than they used to be. it is subject to the current health condition. a medical nouns may be required before the insurer underwrite this luggage
Depends on their age and their health. You can buy insurance on ANYONE, but the elder they are, or the less healty they are, the more even the likelihood are (which means, the complex the premiums).
So if someone is on their last legs, and you want $100,000 policy, and you're liable to PAY $110,000, you can get it.
To find out how much it would cost, they'll own to fill out some applications and go and get some quotes.
You have moved out a lot of needed information out of your cross-question. There are several things needed in charge to answer this. One being what is the prescribed pills for? Is for high cholestoral, debitis, low blood pressure, large blood pressure, headaches, hormones, ect?? Also it depends on what company you are trying to be insured by, some companys are prepared to take high risk clients.
The best option for you is to phone up a local agent in your nouns and have them come run into you and your relative. Go over your options, and consequently take an application to bring into the underwriting process and permit the company decide if it is a risk they are predisposed to take.
Each vivacity insurance company has their own set of guidelines as to what vigour conditions they will accept to insure.
It depends on your relative's strength condition and the insurance company's guidelines for acceptance.
One approach you may want to consider is to contact a local energy insurance agent and request several free quotes to see if there are any insurance companies feeling like to offer coverage.
Another approach is to request free, no must quotes online from a quote provider. Efinancial offers you up to 12 quotes instantly from top-rated, only fill out one form online and compare rates at https://www.efinancial.com/smartquoteefc...
Make sure to answer adjectives questions truthfully so the quotes will be as accurate as possible from the insurers. Also, don't maintain any medical condition from the insurer on the application - if there is a claim you want to be sure the company will payout for the loss benefit without a request for information of misrepresenting a health condition on the application.
I hope that help! Best of luck to you and your relative.
It depends on three things:
1. What medication is it?
2. What do they take it for?
3. How powerfully does it work?
The answer is usually "yes." You should work with someone who have a lot of experience handling underwrite issues to get the best end-result.
No doubt the easiest course to get insurance quotes is on the network.
Why would you waste your time on the phone calling around?
the later time i needed quotes on insurance i used one of these comparison sites and it was great.
this is the site i used and it be quick similar to less than 5 mins.
The second thing I want to do is listen to elevator music while waiting for a salesman.
Anyway I get good quotes and concluded up saving money so I be happy.
So shop around and compare quotes which is natural on the net.
Good starting point is at this site.

Answers:
No, you can't do this. You don't have the experience or the backround, or know how it works.
Insurance companies don't cause the profits that you seem to muse they make. Foreigners are difficult to insure, because it's harder to track the claims and prevent fraudulent claims.
It take BILLIONS of dollars to invest to start a life insurance company - who would EVER invest that gentle of money with someone beside no experience??
Your BEST bet is to get your time license, sell policies, and run half your commissions and donate them to your well brought-up cause. You'll be shocked at how complicated it is to sell insurance, but it's a MANAGABLE purpose for someone. Or a good first step.
Renters insurance : do i call for it?
Question:
im renting for 1-2 years until our new construction is done, should i go and get renters insurance?
Answers:
Imagine if you had a problem and everything within your rental home was gone. Wouldn't you be happier if here was insurance to income to replace it?
absolutely. it is super inexpensive. ask the ins. co. that your motor is through. it should be less than $100/year.
yes totally important
It's worth it for the peace of mind. In overnight case of theft or fire. It's singular about 10 per month if I remember right.
It's a nontoxic bet, most renters insurance is pretty cheap, just form sure that you chose a coverage that is right for you, trademark sure that you have property replacement and living expenses should the place your renting be destroyed.
If you enjoy a lot of valuables and theres a karma of
1. robbery
2. fire
3. lightning strike killing expensive electronics
than yes if you don't enjoy that much and live in a safe and sound condo or apartment you could save the money and not bother.
I would - basically to protect you.
It's only approaching $10 a month and you can roll the payments in near your car insurance. If your place get robbed or if you have a dog that bites someone -- you will be totally protected.
Renters insurance is especially, very celebrated. Its cheap and it covers everything you have at the place you are renting. If a fire starts somehow and adjectives your stuff burns up. Its covered. All of it. I say the $12 or doesn`t matter what a month is well worth adjectives of your stuff.
yes!! accidents happend... hinse the word DENTS within accidents.. better locked then sorry. so if i be you i would get the insurance... you migh merely need it
Good Luck beside your renting... <33
Maxy <33
Yes... it is very inexpensive... especially if you enjoy nice things that you have worked knotty for...
Probably. If there be a fire in your rental (or hurricane, theft) and adjectives of your stuff were gone, could you afford to replace it? It's not expensive (depending on your geography) so I would unequivocally buy it.
FYI - Flood is a separate policy. Jewelry, artwork, firearms may need to be insured on a rider. I'm an agent.
Yes, it's a immensely good opinion. Renter's insurance is incredibly cheap and can save you so much if something happen. It also frequently comes with liability. The tenant has no responsibility whatsoever for your stuff and even if you are well thought-out, a fire can start in someone else's place and burn down the unbroken building.
I didn't have it on an apartment I be only going to be surrounded by for a year. The apartment above mine caught fire and the building burned down a month before I be to move out. I lost everything and had to start over. Even though I didn't own anything expensive, it added up FAST! My neighbors near renter's insurance had smaller quantity difficulty getting their lives back on track.
Unless you enjoy enough money contained by the bank to truly replace everything you own if you had to tomorrow later you need renters insurance...Don't cheap out on the insurance and articulate to at least 2 different Insurance Brokers for quotes.
YES! Renters insurance is so cheap and totally worth it. My husband and I salaried $14.00 a month for five years. It was added into our motor insurance. One day our furnace caught fire and we be suddenly homeless. (No one was hurt) I call our agent and he put us up in the a four star hotel and dropped stale a thousand dollar check to tide us over. Our insurance covered our living expenses for 6 months until we could get put a bet on into our home or an adequate equal. They cleaned and stored or replaced adjectives our belongings. If we didn't have renters insurance our lives would enjoy been ruined. I love our insurance agent. Never progress without renters insurance and hopefully you will never suffer a tragedy.
Definiitely! We go through Hurricane Katrina with our business where on earth we rent the building and I wish we have renters insurance on it. Without it, out landlady was competent to totally screw us!

You tell me.
If someone tripped on your antechamber rug, and sued you, would you be ok paying out of pocket?
Or . . . if the apartment caught on fire, and you lost adjectives your stuff, can you afford to replace it?
Everybody is right that renters insurance is very considerable, but not for covering your own stuff. If need be you can other replace your personal property over time.
The REAL reason to take renters insurance is for the liability coverage. In case you mess up and disfavour the rental property.
Our company handles heaps insurance claims each month that crop up when a tenant damages a rental property. Fires (Cigs, candles and cooking), water (overflowing tubs and sinks) etc. The uninsured renter that be responsible for the damages now owes reimbursement to the building owners insurance company. (the process is call "Subrogation") Our company handles the collection of the monthly sum plans for the insurance company.
Each month we receive 3 to 5 new files involving uninsured renters. Some are small, a few hundred dollars and some are amazingly large. Right immediately on my desk is a file surrounded by MN where an uninsured entertainment owes $183,000 for damages to an apt building due to a cigarette fire. We agreed to accept $50,000.00 at $225.00 per month. That creature will be paying almost 20 years. It's like making a motor payment and not have the use of the car.
Renters insurance is the best insurance investment you can engineer. It is very cheap and can recover you a ton if you mess up.
Yes, it is inexpensive and if anything happens you will be covered.
I own a policy for myself and I pay in the order of $142.00 for the year.
This is for $300,000 of liability, $25,000 personal property and $5000 to get me into a modern place. I'd say it is a suitable decision, wreak you never know.
What's going to be the insurance difference for an 93 Corolla and an 07 Civic Coupe?
Question:
How much more should I expect to pay? Twice as much? Only a fraction more?
I'm a 19 year matured College student at UW-Madison in Pre-Medical studies beside 0 accidents and 0 tickets. Never be pulled over in my duration.
Answers:
Do you have comprehensive and collision on the Corolla? I'm guessing you singular have liability unless it's financed. If you hold comp and collision on a vehicle that old you've be wasting your money.
You will need comp and collision on the civic. The liability on the civic will be around matching, maybe slightly more depending upon the company you're near. The civic with comp and collision will run in the order of twice what the corolla with comp and collision is. The civic near comp and collision will run about 4 times the premium for the corolla in need comp and collision.
I can't tell you for sure but I only just traded in my 2002 Montero Sport (SUV) for a 2004 2 door Honda Civic Ex and my insurance go up about $25.00.

Depends on where you live, which coverages you have need of, and your credit score.
In other words, you'll hold to get "real" quotes from a local agent.
The BIGGEST difference, would be if you DON'T pass collision and comprehensive on the older sports car, but DO on the newer car.

the last time i needed quotes on insurance i used one of these comparison sites and it be great.
this is the site i used and it was rushed like smaller amount than 5 mins.
The last item I want to do is listen to elevator music while waiting for a salesman.
Anyway I got moral quotes and ended up abiding money so I was smiling.
So shop around and compare quotes which is easy on the lattice.
Good starting point is at this site.

Good luck.
$2500 on a claims made basis, significant date as retro date, and $5,000 deductible. IF you have no claims.
Go see a local, independent agent. It's NOT CHEAP.
Depends on experience, payroll and revenue. I know of one near 10+ experience, no claims, 1M limit and it runs something like 3k per year.

Yeah, what she said; You're on the hook for a lot, this coverage is mostly through E&S brokers and it will not be cheap. Call the insurance guy who handle your GL and commercial auto or independent agent who does your auto & home.
Don't have an insurance guy and buy from the Lizard? you're boned.

Well, if you're healthy and 30, it's GOING to cost something like $250 a month. If you're NOT healthy, it's feasible no one will make available it to you at all, and you're stuck next to your current carrier.
See a local agent something like best plans in YOUR AREA. Not adjectives companies write in adjectives states, and plans vary wildy.
check out "horizon blue cross/ blue shield of your state" /caremark. horizon and caremark aligned together. i had that insurance later year. i had no copay at the doctors, although i have no vision or dental (it be waaaaaaaaaay to expensive) and the insurance covered 80 % of my prescriptions. when i had knees surgery 5.5 yrs ago, they covered albut maybe $900 for it. turn to yahoo or G00GLE and type in "blue cross/blue shield" and near are different links you can click on.
Please list your location (at smallest a general idea) -- it's impossible to bestow advice in need that info, since companies and plans (as well as price) rise and fall widely by location.
But even beyond that, since most health insurance is base on networks these days, a wonderful plan near a terrific price is still pretty worthless to you if there aren't any local providers within the network.
Seriously, detail a location and/or contact some local agents to get assistance.
As a standard rule, though, you're probably going to find it's cheaper to stay on your group plan if your employer is paying for even 50% of your coverage (unless you're the picture of perfect condition and even then, it's predictable to be close.) If you're paying for all of your strength coverage at work, you'll probably do better on your own unless you have serious pre-existing conditions. (Please facts that what YOU consider to be a serious pre-existing condition and what the insurance company considers to be one might be very different, indeed.) Whatever you do, you undeniably do NOT want to let your current coverage move about until you have a final rate tender from another company. When you get a quote, that's great -- but rates are NEVER final until you capture through underwriting.
Good luck!
