This may be what is happening to your phone messages-they're mortal ignored. Your Agent will be capable of get that daily for you fairly fast, they may even have a copy of it within their files (we keep W/Comp files for 7 years after they expire)

I hate to read aloud this, but it works. Remove the salary from their position. Make income 100% commission, beside residual income opportunities and a commission agenda that rewards the best with the most income.
