that's pretty much resembling telling an insurance company your suicidal and plan to whack yourself surrounded by a few months anyway . . .but good luck to you!
Lloyds of London and/or Mutual of Taliban....
I hold contacted 20 insurance companies and the only one that will furnish you life insurance is Osama Mutual . They require one American made cistern and they will insure you for 50K .
Life insurance companies do not issue policies based on that criteria.

All you do is buy a policy from a reputable energy insurance company - period.

In the event of your annihilation no matter what the wreak ( except questionable circumstances and taking your own life) the policy will pay out to those you name in the policy.
All contractors and subcontractors who are unloading U.S. Government funding, regardless of nationality, are required to provide their organization with workers compensation insurance. This is provided through Defense Base Act coverage. More information can found at

I wrote a book roughly mercs in Iraq.

Personally, I focus it's suicidal to go here as a civilian, no matter how much money you can get. I'd do everything I could to talk you out of it. Not lone could you wind up deceased, consider how that would effect not one but multigenerations in your domestic.

All that said, I'm sure Lloyd's would pick you up; they'll insure anything and anyone if you meet their premium. You might also look into a occupancy life insurance policy. If you are contained by good shape, I'm sure you could find one at minimum cost.

I wouldn't specify my profession as merc, or your next stop as Iraq. That would unquestionably throw them off.
cityofmobile - you are totally wrong.
99.99% of adjectives life insurance companies WILL ask on the application if you are surrounded by the military, if you have traveled or will travel outside the U.S. and if you do, what countries will you be traveling to. If you do not answer these question truthfully, in the event of your demise, the claim will be denied. If you have established existence insurance several years prior to leaving the country that is to say a different story. I would contact the military and ask them if there are any companies that will write a policy.
Sorry cityofmobile...earlier you rely on this dude, you better check the policy's fine print. No life insurance policy will recompense under an work of war. The interrogate will be whether your job will be considered dicey, and if it just requires an extra premium (rating), or if you'll be excluded adjectives together. My advocate distribute within my claim to the ins. adjuster for a settlement for my workers comp how long will it purloin.?

he send it within june 9 2006

Answers:
How long the document-processing will take DEPENDS ON THE FOLLOWING:
1 - Whether the adjuster is stuck on his / her work load - may be a couple of weeks for the adjuster to respond.
2 - Whether the adjuster is overloaded near cases & falling behind - will rob longer
3 - Whether the State Workers Comp Board Judge STILL has to approve the settlement - surrounded by which case you will involve to add that timeframe onto the time that the adjuster take.
4 - Whether your state has a “withdrawal” interval. Example - in some states, such as New York, the Injured Worker still have 10 days in which to cancel or change their mind.

Here are some devoted places to check out
www.GettingWorkersComp.com - has sympathetic workers comp information & updates
www.Prairielaw.com - also hosts a wonderful discussion forum
www.GettingWorkersComp.Wordpre... - a blogsite with continuing workers comp communication

Another option - you could contact the Ombudsman for the Workers Comp Board contained by your state.

Other Answers:
If the lawyer and adjuster agree. . . the paperwork could be adjectives settled in a week. If they don't agree, it could jump years.

it roughly depends on how much crap the ins company people contribute to avoid settlement. mine took a little over three years and still isn't totally settled. nor will it ever be because the company file bankruptcy to avoid paying the largest cog of the settlement forever

Depending on the humour of your claim, it could be settled quickly or it could be a epic process. If your claim is well documented, valid, and not too costly, it will process more efficiently. If the insurance company views your claim as questionable, or overly expensive, it will investigate the truthfulness of the claim. There is no way to know how long this will embezzle because every claim is different. Best of luck.

My Uncle was an member of staff for the state(State Trooper). He has be fighting for a settlement for 4 years very soon.

Bonded or Insured: What's the Di

Bonded or Insured: What's the Difference?
05/ 03/ 2004
by Jeffrey Moses

Do you know the difference between something i.e. bonded and something that is insured? The language "bonded" and "insured" often are misunderstood. Both involve coverage for financial risk or loss, and within some instances there is little difference between the two. Still, it is prominent to know the difference when assessing your company's need to protect itself.

Bonding usually refers to a type of surety guarantee that a specific project, service or feat will be financially covered if performance is not complete or tolerable.

Examples would be projects or services involving construction, home health diligence, electrical contracting, real estate inspection, gardening services, abdication or moving services. Companies or individuals providing these services and others customarily secure a bond from a bonding company, assuring that if a customer's project is not completed or is not deem to have be satisfactorily completed, the bonding company will reimburse the customer for financial loss.

Some occurrence covered by bonding include noncompletion of a contracted project or service, cost overruns, not meeting diary, unsatisfactory quality of work, ruin to a customer's property while a project is underway or injury to customer's personnel during work.

Some customers will not contract work out to companies or individuals that are not bonded. Large companies and management agencies usually require bonding for their contractors, and many service providers protected bonding for themselves to be eligible to compete for large projects. Often, even customers contracting relatively small job (such as home repair or gardening services) will not consider companies or individuals that are not bonded.

Bonding companies charge according to the type and financial extent of risk. Most bonding companies have packages for confident types of businesses and are competitive in pricing and coverage. Policies rise and fall, however, and it's wise to shop among competing companies.

Many companies that provide bonds are insurance companies or insurance agencies. Some specialize contained by bonding, but that is not a guarantee that they are more experienced or proposition better pricing than companies that provide both bonds and insurance.

Insurance usually refers to a specific amount of financial coverage for risk to a tangible item, such as a building, vehicle, boat, airplane or shipment of goods. Certain types of insurance, such as errors and omission (E&O), are more like bonds because they provide financial protection for act performed or not perform, in contrast to protection for risks to an item.

When considering becoming bonded, verbalize with your bonding company, insurance agent or other financial adviser about any overlap of protection. There's no have need of to become bonded if you're already adequately covered by insurance. In some cases, it may be cost influential to reduce insurance coverage and become bonded, but decision such as this can be made only after researching alternatives.

OUCH!
inform the owner you are sorry for getting blood on his property.

On seriously why were you on his property? near or without green light.

And of course a character has to be responsible for thier own safekeeping esp in the unrepressed. So normally unless the ground give way, it is the being who fell fault for getting to close in general.
shouldnt have be tresspassing ,did you have say-so,and are you trying to get the property owner to be responsible for your misfortune.your wrong to assume they are respnsible for your doctors bills if any or any money you are trying to restore your health. Its just wrong, dont do it.

My dad always said, "If there's nil in the boss, the whole body suffers!" Were you a invited guest? Was it daylight? Were you mortal chased by the owner? If not, then you should study the law of gravity. If you decided to be a rock climber and fell, cart responsibility for you own actions. Be appreciative you can ask the question. You could be deceased!
You should contact a legal expert and an insurance agent. People are too litigious and I can dream of a screwball (or a child) prancing around your property and falling off the cliff. The nearest and dearest will sue you and they will end up the owners of your property. If you own any savings, they will help yourself to that too. You will be living in a cardboard box and living bad dumpster dinners.

Don't close on the property until you know your exposure.
The additional insurance might be too expensive
You will enjoy to take "reasonable measures" to insure ancestors don't fall rotten the cliff. How about fencing within the yard proper?
Make sure you hold liability coverage on your homeowners policy to cover all of your personal assets, including the cost of the home. Also make sure that you are not casual in maintain the property so you could not be found at fault for someone falling of the cliff--a blockade would be a good substitute. Is insurance easier said than done to mart, how do you stir by selling it, and whats the best company to work for to flog?

What is the average income you can make? Is it firm? Whats the most you can make?

Answers:
To answer your examine first, it is not hard to market once you create the need near a prospect. Insurance is an emotion base sale. Health Insurance and P&C is pretty natural as everyone is looking for better deals, an excellent road to get surrounded by the door. Where you make physical money is cross selling with Income Insurance, Critical Illness, Life Insurance and maybe retirement planning. Once you have your license, your best bet is to hook up next to an IMO (Independent Marketing Organization). They are the direct links to different insurance companies. You cannot, more or less, shift directly to the insurance company anymore. The IMO should be able to hook you up near a decent contract beside competitive companies for specific products to sell. Every company specializes within a certain product even though they will proposal everything. Only your IMO, if they are any good, would know how to tell you this. There are thousands of companies out here and IMO's are hooked up with several of them. Each IMO is different so hail as around. If you need a opinion, look up Denver West Insurance Professionals, Inc. Email Matt, tell him you are instersted contained by getting information. Let him know you were referred from RunEye.com, please. His email is mattb@benefitsblvd.com. His company may not be contained by your state, that really is not important, but a bit the support you get. Good Luck.

Other Answers:
You can trade name as much money as you want to it all of late depends on how hard your work and what type of insurance you are selling. Selling property and casualty insurance is much easier but it does not salary as well and natural life and health or supplemental. I would recommend individual an independent agent, even though it cost more money the potential for sales is greater. I am a convict agent for a single company and i don't make as much money as when i be an independent agent, but it is a more steady job and allowed me the fate to go final to school. I know someone that made 40,000 a month on renewals as an independent agent

If you are an outgoing person and follow the companies selling guildlines and policies on how to flog. You can do good.

Also what type of insurance, enthusiasm, health, sports car, accident or what?

I sold insurance at some assorted times in my closer life. In todays money I made give or take a few 40,000 my first year but that was considered on the illustrious side of normal but the material money comes in renewal money, so every year you work you will gross more and more.

There are many great companies, and regularly it is not the company but your ability to cooperate to every person you ever come upon, every person you know nearly the insurance.

Know the information, and read the questions alertly - some are trick questions. Take the practice test with your study materials, and if you don't realize why you got a examine wrong, figure it out or ask it here.

I go to a cram course, and asked the instructor a question nearly B&M coverage. He said not to worry in the region of it, because they never ask B&M questions on the exam. HE WAS WRONG, and I get the question wrong. (THANK YOU MARSHALL KATZ IN MASSACHUSETTS.) So if your instructor's answer doesn't generate sense, look into it further.

Ask the questions here!!

Uh, do you mean VIRGINIA? I hope so! Otherwise, you'll be reported! Yes, know ALL of the information you be given to study backwards and frontwards, because you can bet that anything you don't know will be on the test. I took the question paper 20 years ago, and I would never have passed it have I only indifferently studied the information.

mbrcatz17 and kingaroo give great answers. I would add this, if here are terms that only just doesn't stick with you, put together small sentences that describe the meaning of a occupancy, maybe something silly or personal and write it down several times to cement it contained by your memory.

Study all things, because NO ONE really know what will be on the test. That would be unlawful.

I remember my instructor and all he did is gab BORING stories for 8 hours a time that never helped me ratify the test one iota. If I could remember his baptize I'd publish it here also.

I passed my Life and Health the first try which so surprised me! Then when I took the P and C test, Failed ... have to take it a second time, which too surprised me, because I thought for sure the Life and Health would be the worst.

Best of luck to you!

i want to own insurance for my prepaid 400 dollar cellphone and for my 800dollar computer where on earth can i find i?

Answers:
Anyone with a $400 prepaid cell phone is a fool!

You can buy a prepaid cell phone for $10.

Other Answers:
renters insurance or homeowners insurance . i use state sheep farm.
Well, ANYTHING is insurable. You need to digit out what you want to insure against (theft only? fire singular? Pick your perils). Your best bet is to buy a homeowners policy or a tenant homeowners policy, although neither will probably insure your "unused minutes" - only the pro of the phone itself.

If those are the only two things you want to insure, it will probably cost more than you want to recompense.
Your renter's insurance if you have it or your parent's homeowners insurance, if you live near, should pay for theft.
Check your policy to see if it's covered.

Of course they will only wage actual cash attraction in most instances and a deductible, possibly 100 to 500 dollars will apply.

I infer cell phone companies offer sure coverages as well.

abet near form insurance company trying to contribute us trouble?

I gave birth to twins surrounded by April and had them added to my husband's strength insurance policy right away. Now the ins. company says they won't cover the hospital expenses for the twins because a) they are covered presently but not the day they be born, and b) there be no maternity rider on the policy.

As for (a), our state ruling says that insurance companies MUST cover newborn as of the date of birth if they are added with 31 days. For (b), I'm not on the policy, so why would a man hold maternity coverage? We can't add on the twins to my policy because I'm on the state's risk pool insurance due to a pre-existing condition.

What should we do? My husband now have a pre-existing condition as well, so switching companies would be not easy.

Answers:
If the babies were added inside the required time frame, the nursery charges should be covered. Maternity coverage does not apply to babies (though some ins co processing systems use that category).
If phone calls to the company hold not resolved the issue, file a WRITTEN appeal to the insurance address within your plan document and quote those state laws. The company is required to respond surrounded by a certain number of days, and if they bear too long, you can certainly report them to your state insurance commissioner.
Also, read your husband's plan document completely carefully to see how parenthood coverage was defined. If it say that newborn charges are covered under the parenthood rider, and you didn't have it, you are out of luck.

Other Answers:
Get contained by touch with your states Department of Insuurance . Also check beside your insurances rep at work.

Sorry to hear this, I processed insurance claims for 15 yrs. Unfortunitally the hospital is your charges, not baby's. The insurance should pick up infant charges. He should have added you to the policy when you found out something like pregnancy. Pre-existing condition clauses suck, however it keeps premiums down. Ususally if you turn 2 yrs without trmt for your pre-existing condition it will be waive on the policy, Or after 2 yrs of being on the policy the pre-ex condition should be picked up on the policy.
I suggest if you cant procure coverage for this bill pay $5.00 monthly, dont miss any pymts the hosp cant put you into collections and stockpile your credit. This will show you are making an effort and not running from the bill.
Good luck

What do you reckon around Smoker's Surcharges?

I smoke occasionally (no comments, I know the risks...). My company charges $30 extra a month for insurance for anyone who smokes more than 1 cigarette a day surrounded by the last 12 months. Do you regard as it's fair to for employer to implement these surcharges? The 3 years I've been working, I've made NO robustness care claims (none!). I'm 26 impressively LOW RISK! Why should I pay more than those who run to the doctor all the time?

Where's my work-related stress rebate?

For those judge the smokers..watch out...they'll be after the overweight population next...consequently those with a kinfolk history of cancer...where will it completion?

Smokers and other unheatlhy people cut down on the form care expense...they die sooner. It's the prehistoric people out in that living forever in nursing homes, the gun shot victims contained by the cities, WIC, and frivolous lawsuits that cost a lot.

If compainies have need of to cover their costs better, why don't they just elevate everyone's insurance by $5?

Answers:
An excellent question. It's almost indubitably a way to settle for increasing insurance costs while keeping general goodwill: "You see, we are lone charging dirty, filthy smokers, who deserve whatever we can dish out.".

You are right in the region of who's driving up the cost; it's sure not us (as you say, we are statistically plausible to check out sooner). And, I'm also convinced that the Chubbies will be next, and after, I forcast, drinkers.

Oh, yes; beware, proud non-smokers, our kind will sooner or later be abolished (either by governmental fiat or fate), and after YOU could be at the top of the list. What fun!

its not fair
because consequently theyll be doing it to everyone
for every little reason.
Unless your taking smoke breaks every 20 minutes i dont see why you should hold to pay anything. If you smoke its your choice
you shouldnt be punished for it.

Smokers are charged enough already. The price of cigarettes have increased over $3.00 in the end 35 years. Now there are ban on where you are allowed to smoke. Some places won't even allow you to smoke within your own vehicle if your in at hand parking lot. Most restuarants don't allow smoking. Some bars don't allow you to smoke any. Your right where will it wrapping up. Some companies will not insure you if you are diabetic or have elevated blood pressure. Where did our free country go. Well, have just see the treatment my best friend's stepfather went through up to that time dying of lung cancer, I really don't know if it "cut down on the health vigilance expense" that he died younger <sigh>. My company recently added a smoker's surcharge, too, and while it seem like a accurate idea to me, I can also see your point more or less adding other surcharges on (if they do it by counterbalance I'm in serious trouble!).

I agree that charging smokers a surcharge sets a very harmful precedent. How long before we want to submit a DNA sample past we can be insured?

I guess if they are going to charge smokers extra then they'd enjoy to charge people who are obese extra, too. Where does it stop? Do they instigate to look into the genetic makeup of their employees to see if they're predisposed to trustworthy diseases and charge them more?

You are lately not risking your life..... you are risking other's duration as well.... i have an idea that its dum

Insurance companies try to 'preselect' those clients (insureds) who will engender the most claims and either deny them coverage or charge them more. Since they don't hold a perfect crystal orb to say who will get hold of cancer or heart disease or AIDS or other specific diseases, they look at factors that will 'predict' those diseases. Smoking is one factor. Height/Weight, family unit history are others. Some health policies exclude anyone who works within a night club (guess why?) Wait until medical science perfect the DNA testing to predetermine who will bring back Alzheimer's etc.

Auto insurance is more expensive for teenage boys. Guess why? They own the most accidents.

What is a Managing General Agency, County Mutual and a Reinsurer and how are they related?

Please define and show how a Managing General Agency, County Mutual and a Reinsurance Company work.
The MGA is contained by Texas

Answers:
MGA is a managing general agent is an individual or agency which recruits insurance agents. They are responsible for training, marketing and other support to those agents although they are not required to do anything. I hold not heard of a County Mutual, I would do a hunt on that one. Reinsurance is basically an insurance company that works near front line insurance companies to split the risk on claims, ie. let say you own a million dollar life policy. You go beyond away and a claim is filed. Your insurance company pays the claim to your beneficiary. The insurance company consequently files a claim, a bit more complicated than this but hopefully you get the opinion, with the reinsurance company for their percentage that they agreed to cover. Hope this help and that I was clear ample.

Other Answers:
An MGA is effectively an insurance wholesaler - their customers are other insurance agencies. County Mutual would be an insurance company, and a Reinsurer is the insurance companies that insure insurance companies against really big losses (think World Trade Center on 09/11).

So, the owner of the WTC wants a policy. He go to his agent, who goes to an MGA. The MGA get a policy from County Mutual, but County Mutual doesn't want to get stuck holding the pouch if the WTC gets bombed. So THEY "reinsure" 95% of the policy target with a reinsurance company, so that if here is a loss, only 5% have to get salaried out by them.
If an insurance company wants to write a positive line of business but does not want to own the expense of hiring underwriters, data entry staff, and agents to write the business they form a partnership near an MGA or Managing General Agent. The MGA may pursue business, underwrite the business, and distribute the policies for a fee. The actual insurance policy is the insurance companies quality newspaper and the insurance company pays the claims and shares in the profits.

A mutual company is one within which the policyholders are the owners of the company. That is why mutual companies pay dividends to policyholders if profits are apposite. An example is St. Farm Mutual Cos.

A reinsurer is a company that insures insurance companies. Lets say a company writes a $10,000,000 liability policy. The company may accept all losses up to $5,000,000 but once the loss exceeds that amount the reinsurers policy kick in for the losses over $5m up to the $10m. The rates can be cheap because the reinsurer solitary pays for losses exceeding $5m.
