what is the best insurance surrounded by FLorida for a small child to be exact not hugely expensive?

I am trying to find a good plan to switch my daughter to surrounded by Florida. We are waiting to hopefully get Kidcare but if it falls thru does anyone hold a plan they love that doesnt cost hundreds a month?

Answers:
There are several good plans available contained by Florida. Price is going to be a function of where you live and how old-fashioned your daughter is. Not all companies present plans in adjectives areas.

The best and most affordable health plan will be beside Aetna, Blue Cross (BlueChoice), Humana, or United Healthcare (Golden Rule). It depends where you live. All are devout companies ("A" rated by A.M. Best) beside good coverage.

Premiums are regulated by the Florida DOI (except UHC is regulated by the Illinois DOI and they do not regulate premiums). Your best bet for a low premium is to look at deductibles of $1,000 to $2,500 next to co-payments for Doctor visits and prescriptions. These superior deductibles offer considerably lower premiums and can collect you hundreds of dollars a year in premium.

It is a sound out of managing your risk effectively. Individual health insurance is medically underwritten. This routine that if you are not healthy and your are going to cost them money...you will be decline or the pre-existing conditions will be ridered (excluded) or rated up (price increase of 25-100%).

On the other appendage, if you are healthy you probably won't be using your vigour insurance for much more than preventative care.

Aetna, BCBS, and Humana adjectives have apposite preventative care benefits that are NOT subject to the deductibles. They also hold co-pay options available or included contained by the product.

I hope this helps.

Other Answers:
I haven't see any plan anywhere for health insurance, that doesn't cost hundreds a month, HOWEVER, if she's enrol in public institution, many times you can buy into their STUDENT GROUP ACCIDENT insurance policy for in the order of $125 a year. It only covers accident, NOT sickness, but you can get the "around the clock" likelihood that covers accidents surrounded by and out of school.

go to the Fl insurance dept website. at hand is a program to cover children. if you qualify, it will be very inexpensive. a second choice would be an hmo approaching blue cross blue shield. i am an agent in centralized florida. email me if you'd like some aid. It is definitely possible to insure a minor minus insuring the parent or guardian. If you want to do a little research yourself, stir to http://www.wavehelp.com/health-insurance/index.htm and click on the "get a quote" button and then click through from page to page. You will be asked to put contained by information about the child that will develop a quote for medical insurance for the child. You can without risk buy a policy because you will have a "free look" spell that gives you time to look over the policy when you grasp it and back out of the operate if there is anything you do not similar to.
Best wishes

how do you find a lawyer malpractice insurance company?

You should write the doctor a letter (put him on notice) of anything your claim is, including a paragraph requesting him to turn the claim in to his insurance possessor.

If he doesn't, he would be violating his policy provisions and they might not cover him. Write to him once every ten days until you return with a response.

Once the insurance company gets your claim perceive, they would be governed by that state's Unfair Claims Practices Act, which requires they contact you inside a reasonable time.

How much money do claims adjusters trade name nearly?

Answers:
depends on what kind of work you do. you could adjust med money claims in an organization making $30s entry level, or you could be a property adjuster on a tragedy team and manufacture $60+ entry level. Thats working for an insurance holder. If you do it alone you could make over $100k starting stale.

Other Answers:
Depends on where you live, and what type of claims. It can be anywhere from $22K a year to $65K a year, plus bonuses.

An entry level claims position, near no experience, pays at the bottom of the scale, obviously. "Adjuster" is sort of a catch adjectives phrase. Each company has it's specialties and level. My last post with an insurance company be called a "Senior Litigation Specialist." I made mid 40s twelve years ago surrounded by Ohio.

The range is broad, if you toy with small claims you could make low 20s. If you handle heavy litigation, it could be 50s and above.

It adjectives depends on training, specialty, location and company.

Workers Comp Claim driving you crazy?........?

I am on my 2 nd year and i dont know why these guys still follow the innocent around like I be guity any body else ? i want to here all the stories so Ican build myhouse of paranoia bigger.

Answers:
Not sure which state have jurisdiction over your claim. In CA, if an Injured Worker is out of work 2 years, then they adjust the retribution rate (not sure if they still do this).

I do not want to fuel any paranoia here, but here are some pointers:
1 - The workers comp carrier assigns "surveillance" for a quantity of reasons.
((surveillance is when they hire an investigator to follow the subject - Injured Worker))
Here are some reason:
a) Employer qestions the claim itself, or the length of disability.
b) Claim adjuster question the time you have be off from work.
c) Claim adjuster see something in the doctor's medical report that triggers a "red flag" suggesting symptom magnification (exaggerating pain)
d) They receive unusual information after they started paying the claim, and the new information raise "red flags" about the temperament of the injury.

2 - There are specific ways that the surveillance can be done.
If you want to see new workers' comp updates, and a recent article around workers' comp surveillance, you may want to check out https://gettingworkerscomp.wordpress.com" title="https://gettingworkerscomp.wordpress.com">https://gettingworkerscomp.wordpress.com...

My son in CA. have been trying for 2 yrs after a stern injury on the job. They solely send him $400 every 2 wks. (If U R aware with that state's reduction, then U know $400 MIGHT compensate for 1/4 month's rent)!

Plus they R trying to make a big issue re: his medication (Oxycotin).

He is homeless and hungry and between the doctors & WC...
he doesn't stand a arbitrary. That is, of course, the integral point; to try to see if you'll even try to go stern to work. He can't or he would b/c he loved his job!
if they're still following you around after two years, they suspect that the injury is exaggerated, or that you're perpetrate some other type of fraud.

One story from my experience (on the agency side): Woman claims back injury from a indisputable incident at work. Claims can't do the job any more, is collecting lost wages and seeing chiropracter regularly, plus PT. Private investigator get photos of her helping her husband remove an engine block from their car. Company is competent to terminate benefits and request repayment of lost wages from the date the photo be taken.

They may be the best traffic in some areas for some society. They tend to only adopt good drivers so they're competent to keep their rates competitive.

The dirtly little illegal is that if you are a poor driver they will roll you over to one of their companies that specialize in that nouns such as Criterion. Those rates are quite giant.

I was next to GEICO for a number of years and never have any problems. I never had an auto claim but did own a couple of homeowner's claims. Those were handle quickly and pretty.
When shopping for insurance I look for the following basic things:
1 - REPUTATION of the company. I hold never heard fruitless things about them.
2 - QUALITY of service.
Everytime I have to call GEICO when I have car trouble, they will other ask if I am in a not dangerous place.
When I was moving cross country - I have a tire blow-out. I was style up in the mountains of MT & it be nearly dark. I call GEICO & they were vastly helpful. When I call to inquire when the tire repair truck would come, I told them that I felt unbelievably un-easy & they offered to send a police escort. I am glad that happen, because the cop told me that - that town was the meth-amphetamine possessions of MT!
3 - PRICE
I have have 3 different insurance carriers. When I compare them, GEICO is the best. They enjoy the best price ((I had 2 other companies recount me that they could give me a cheaper price - THEN when they did the calculation, they could NEVER touch GEICO's price.))

I love GEICO & always explain to everyone about GEICO. If you want basically cheap and are NOT concerned about SERVICE, next go next to any carrier who have cheap prices.
Oh yeah - last document - GEICO has lowered my rate because I enjoy a safe driving diary!
GEICO is short for Government Employee Insurance Company.

Yes, GEICO is cheap insurance. If you are a military member or you are employed by the management you're rates will go really low and thus you will find cheap payments. And if you had a well brought-up prior good driving documents it will help you more.

I be with progressive surrounded by 2003 and they charge me $398.92 a month, after I learned around GEICO a year ago, my rates changed to $120.00 a month for two cars.
my claims experience with them be awful, they could not beat the rate i carry with State Farm any, so for me they r not cheaper but they might be for you, like someone said previously check around, if you enjoy claims or tickets make sure you permit them know, if you don't tell them and they find them subsequent they will drop you. But make sure you check around telephone call local agents and get quotes. Its better to walk with a local agent so you can appreciate the quoted coverages. Make sure the quotes you are getting all own the same coverages so you can compare them equally. Someone may quote u 400 every six months for state minimum and someone else may quote 100/300/100, and it could be 425.00 so of late watch it, and kind sure you understand what you are getting.
no----they be going to charge me more than my Farm Bureau Ins. Co. if you can get surrounded by with one of them---do it!

Insurance shifts risk form the policy holder to the insurance company
Exchanging risk - ie, you payment a certain amount of money, and if persuaded pre-defined things happen, the company compensates you surrounded by a pre-defined way.

That's the allowed answer.

Unofficially, insurance people are professional bookies. You and the insurance company are betting, at the probability set by the company, that something will or will not happen.

People ask me what I do, and I relay them, I'm a professional bookie. They think I'm humour.
Let's see if I remember:

Insurance is the pooling of homgeneous exposure units to put together their losses affordable.
Source(s):
IIA, Insurance Institute of America
Here's the thing. When you buy insurance, whether it's home, life span, car, critical disorder, or disability, it all comes down to equal basic hypothesis. You're betting that something awful is going to happen to you within the duration of a specified time period, and the insurance company is betting that you'll be only just fine. In life insurance for example, when you buy a 20 year possession life insurance policy, you are making a bet beside the insurance company that you will die within 20 years. The insurance company, base its decision on risk analysis and a few other determining factor, makes the bet that you will live for the subsequent 20 years.
Transfer of Liablity....simply put
the idea of insurance is as mature as civilization itself. in any community, it is usually the practice to assistance a family visit by adversity, as by a fire, or the loss of a breadwinner. the assistance may be in lolly or in sympathetic, with the purpose of alliviating or helping compensate the loss, which is the concept of insurance. insurance is a social device which combines the risk of individuals into groups, using money contributed by the partaker of the group to pay for losses of its member. it reduces risk by combining a sufficient number of nation , making their losses collectively predictable. all unit in the combination later share the predictable loss proportionately.

what is the going price for insurance on mobil homes contained by florida?

want to buy a mobil home. but, do not know if it will be wise to do so.here contained by southern florida?

Answers:
OK, this is two different questions. The price of insurance on a mobile home is going to rise and fall depending on how much is insured, and the age of the home (not to mention your credit score, and claims history). These things depreciate to nil in going on for 20 years, so if it's really old, and/or not tied down, it will be a WAY LOT. I've see these cost $400 to $500 a year, with Foremost Insurance. This does NOT include flood.

Second press . .. is it wise? IMHO, a mobile home is a horrible "investment" choice, as you're borrowing money for a depreciating asset. After 20 or so years, they aren't worth anything at adjectives. Plus, most of the time you don't own the land they sit on, any. The only time it's not a fruitless idea is 1. if you're getting an elder one, paying cash, and it's smaller quantity than a year's rent and 2. you can put it on your own land. Then after the first year, you're living free, essentially.

For who within my family circle am I eligible to purchase items using HSA funds.?

I've got an HSA through my employer. My wife and daughter hold non HSA health insurance through my wife's employer. My put somebody through the mill is this. Am I allowed to purchase items (ex. birth control for my wife, perscriptions for my daughter) for use by my wife and daughter using my HSA funds, or am I only allowed to use my HSA funds for items that I will use.

Answers:
As long as you are claiming the kids as dependents at hand is no problem using HSA funds for your kids medical expenses. Make sure you keep track of the withdrawal and save the receipts lately in covering Uncle Sam wants to see them. The easiest point to do is use your HSA debit card. Don't forget you can use those funds for other things like over the counter meds, dentists, orthodontist. The IRS account of "qualified medical expenses" is pretty long.

You also mentioned that the kids are on your wife's group sponsored plan. Many employers don't contribute to the line members premiums, and group insurance rates for kids can be pretty giant. You might want to look into putting your kids on an individual plan.

I do this frequently with my clients within Florida and the savings can be as much as $200-$300 per month.

Other Answers:
As far as i know you can use the funds for anyone surrounded by your family. you inevitability to read your policy handbook, though. When I have a healthcare HFA card, I could use it for anyone in my family circle. You have to accumulate the receipts, though.

Do you entail to be bonded to provide a cleaning service to commercial bussinesses?

Small family business, no organization. Going to bussinesses after hours to clean floors and office. We know we need liability ins; but do we call for to be bonded?

Answers:
yes you will need a bond so it covers anything that might come up missing. insurance is for injury, but loss of property comes under the bond.

Other Answers:
I would chew over so since they have lots of computers and other electronics that could be stolen

yes. and its a good view to get liaBLITY. bond $112. lia. 50 down 30 a month. I did cleaning for over 20 yrs, and never needed to be bonded, or insured.

No.

It depends upon the policy of the company that you will be cleaning for. Some companies will require it, some not. But, it is probably in your best interest to be bonded, anyway. You never know what could come up!

If your state doesn't require bonding, it would be up to the personage who hires you. That requirement would be spelled out in your contract.

Who requests insurance?

Auto insurance is a hit or miss conception with police enforcement doing the insurance company's work for them. Too heaps drivers have no insurance disappearing responsible drivers to pick up their tab. Why don't we tack on 10 or twenty cents per gallon at the gasoline pump to go for insurance. If you don't buy gas for your coup¨¦, you're not going to be able to drive. That approach, if you drive, you automatically have insurance. This frees up police to do definite cop work, cuts down on the cost and makes sure everyone who drives have insurance. Whadya think?

Answers:
In my state, New York, you HAVE to hold insurance or you can't drive it. The minimum you can have is Liability but you can't drive or register a motor without insurance and you other have to enjoy proof of it.

Other Answers:
But what about 18 wheelers. Should they settle up an extra 30 dollars simply because some people won't pay cheque insurance?

You have a pious point though :)
It would be cheaper that way and no route to regulate funds for current insurance providers...nice idea, but of late not going to happen. What if you wanna up your coverage...28 cents?
Obviously you hold never taken an economics course in your life span. That would never work. For one, insurance has nil to do with the grease companies, refinaries, etc. That 10 to 20 cents per gallon you think is so fine, hello have you be to the gas pump lately. That money would in no track make a dent contained by the number of auto accidents reported per year. Let alone, the certainty that some people would be paying a disporportionate amount of this "insurance" than others.
Idea is biddable.. but need to increase the premium..per gallon.
It is somewhat powerful for bigger and costlier vehicles as bigger the vehicle the miles per gallon will be smaller number, so have to spread more!!
Why don't we tack on 10 or twenty cents per gallon at the gasoline pump to go for insurance?

This WOULD label sure people who drive own insurance. And in broad, people who drive more, use more gas, and would pay envelope more for insurance.

But should a brand new 16 year infirm driver with no driving experience who drives surrounded by a big city and who fills up once a week, foot the same for insurance as a 30 year outmoded who drives in the suburbs and who have no driving accidents contained by 14 years who also fills up once a week?

Or should an 18 year weak woman pay like as an 18 year old man, if their driving conduct and skills are different?

I think "fairness" suggests we charge different insurance rates.
Source(s):
I am an insurance company actuary.
That wouldn't work. Then general public wouldn't care if they get tickets, accidents, etc. Their price - the price of gas - would stay alike. The model is correct now by assigning cost to the risk (age/tickets/accidents/gender)... You can however shop around to find the best rate for your age/gender.

"Paying" for auto insurance through higher gas 'taxes' is not an equitable solution. In reality it may make the problem worse since everyone would recompense the same 'insurance rates' regardless of his/er driving narrative and driving ability. Insurance companies do us a service by charging superior rates to bad drivers. It forces them to rearrange their driving, get stale the road or drive illegally.

If doomed to failure drivers 'paid' for their insurance the same as upright drivers, what incentives to drivers have for driving soundly and being responsible for the mode they drive? "OOPS, I bumped into that car within the parking lot and dented the door. I won't worry, they own insurance through their gas taxes. That will pay for the repair."

What we entail is more enforcement of the auto insurance laws and driving law in fussy as well as requiring the insurance companies to report customers who drop their auto insurance. These places that submit low cost 30 day insurance policies should be not permitted.
Source(s):
I don't offer auto insurance.
Interesting concept..........however that would remove well over a million job (mine included) for insurance agents.

my father died surrounded by a house fire. he be divorced and we can't find his home insurance company. any thoughts.

Answers:
I think he should own told somebody or had a safekeeping deposit box at the bank

Other Answers:
If he have home insurance...they are not going to come looking for you. You have to call for all the insurance agencies.
check near who ever held the mortgage. They will know .
I would contact a large, reputable insurance agency and ask them what procedures to follow. They probaby own some experience in this, and might be abe to point you surrounded by the right direction.
You can't locate the company? You can't find the policy, so you don't know what the company is? The ex doesn't want to tell you what the company might be?

If here was a mortgage on the house, the mortgage company will own the information on the insurance.
I would try to contact the lawyer who handle the divorce. There may be some information in the record of assets about who held the insurance policy.

I would also try the place where on earth he banked. He may own set up a direct payment for insurance and they would know the company information.

Sorry something like the loss of your father.
a lawyer could give support to
ck with the mortgage company. they require insurance on the home and should own the information. if he let the insurance lap then the mortgage company add there insurance at a massively high cost. you could also ck the incoming letters to see if a bill shows up. if the house was rewarded off after i can only guess to ck and see if they have important papers surrounded by a sfe deposit box. another thought is ck the bank library when they show in the correspondence. im sure if he was paying near should be a check written somewhere you could trace to the compny. good luck, sorry for your loss..............
Contact the company that held the mortgage on his home. All home mortgage lenders require homeowners to pass property insurance.

Secondly, contact the bank that he have a checking/savings account. While they may not know the insurance mover you should be able to access his cancelled checks which would provide a copy of payments made to insurance companies and/or mortgage companies if you don't know who held his mortgage.

Finally, you might contact your insurance company. There is a document known as a CLUE report which can be generate by providing a home address. If you provide your father's address and he has ever file a claim against his policy it will come up on this CLUE report which would also provide the name of the insurance company against which the claim be filed.

Good luck. I know this is difficult have been through something similar myself.
Bummer. Check next to the mortgage company. You might even call the county due office. They might be capable of tell you who have been paying the property taxes. They are usually collected and forwarded by the mortgage company, who could make clear to you who is the insurance company.
You need to detail down all the insurance carrier in your state, where on earth the prop. is located, get adjectives of their 800#'s and start calling them and ask. Also, if there is still a loan owed on the house, the mortgage co. should hold a record of his insurance holder. If he has an auto policy, conceivably his homeowner policy is associated with his auto policy. At any rate, within is no liability coverage to the homeowner on a homeowner policy, only a personal liability coverage against him. Personal liability coverage protects the homeowner from anyone suing him for personal liability or personal injury. Personal liab is to protect him from have a lien against his prop due to lawsuits arising out of personal damages. Don't mean for you to loose hope, basically stating a fact. You can also hold his credit report checked. This insurance companies does some credit hisotry check before they provide you coverage. It might grant you some info. Hope it helps
if he have a mortgage on the house then try the mortgage company they should own in his directory who the insurance company was.
If you are surrounded by a small town then at hand are probably only 3 or 4 insurance places surrounded by town. Also, if there be a mortgage then they should know how to tell you who be insuring it.

If he still owed money on the house, the mortgage company will have story of who covered the house as they require this info and proof of coverage. If he did not have a mortgage, check your father's guard statements. Copies will be on file at the ridge and would show payments to an insurance company on an annual or semi-annual basis. If you find none, and his house be paid rotten, he may not have have insurance on the home as it is not technically required, though advisable.
Did he have a mortgage or lien on the property? If so they would own record of the insurance company. Perhaps you could check near a title insurance company as well.

An insurance agent within Wisconsin for 27 years.
Does the property have a mortgage on it ?If so the Mortgagee company will know.
If he have a mortgage, they will have library about the insurance. If he did not hold a mortgage, you could hire a private detective to do a search to find the policy. It shouldn't cost more than a couple hundred dollars.

My condolences on the loss of your father.
