I was just now a victim of a street robbery and have over lb7000 worth of stolen from me. I was hit over the person in charge with a baseball bat which not here me a bit confused, i then come stright home and passed out and didnt report the matter to the police until 20 hours latter. Do you deliberate that because of my delay surrounded by reporting the crime i may have problems surrounded by getting a pay-out? My insurance documents say that crime should be reported immedatly!!

After the attack i went home beside the intention of cleaning myself up a bit as I was covered within blood and then planned on going to the police. At home I finished up passing out and didnt come round till sunday morning and later I went stright to
the police to report the crime.
I hold just checked my insurance policy and it say thet theft should be reported to the police immedatly. Do you ruminate that i am going to have trouble getting the insurance company to earnings up as I didnt report the crime for 22hours after it happened? Or will it be ok
as I passed out?
If any of you own some advise please advocate. Thanks

Yes nearby will be a problem, this seems approaching fraud to me, why on earth would someone be carrying nearly with them 7k's contained by the first place! Unless u have witness statements and proof that u be infact carrying that amount on u then i doubt they will reward out anything..i cant see that ur policy will cover that much anyway since it wasnt actually contained by ur house at the time Why don't you file a claim and find out. Or are you freshly looking for an excuse to give the insurance company to explain the suspension?
