Question in the order of Commonwealth Care contained by Massachusetts?

Answers:   The company managing or owning the hangar, and employing the tow operator-is the ones liable for the spoil and 'his' boss should be contacting their insurance company.
Unless your friend has a 'contract' or agreement that HE is responsible for the damages to an airplane lower than his control-then his boss is violating employment laws-you CANNOT withhold money from paychecks.
So your friend should contact an attorney, or first find out who the insurance company is and intervene that information to his boss, and request a refund of adjectives money deducted OR he will travel see a lawyer!

Scared of picking wrong vigour insurance!!?

Quit his career.

Because if he cracks up that plane, he'll never see another dime.

He can hire a lawyer, and see if he's get a suit to sue his employer - but he'll lose his job contained by the process.
