Producing Group Health/Life Insurance - How do I aquire other's book of business?

My partner is looking to expand his number of group cases, and would like to find a reliable resource or online register of people feeling like to sell/give their book of group cases to another broker (my partner).

I'm actively pursuing starting-up a Group Benefits Brokerage, so extra cases & extra income would be beneficial as I already have 4 representatives arranged to work towards my business plan.
