I've be asked my my claims rep about the phone files of the "phone calls that I made the sunshine my car be stolen" Because I told her that I called my boyfriend to come pick me up & she requirements the maintennce reports that I've had done on the motor. Now I had one copy faxed to me from the Car repair place but without a doubt, the rest were within the car! Why is she asking me for this? I have the police report which is most important right? Is she going to deny my claim because I don't hold phone records (I hold Metro PCS) they don't give phone files! Which I think she know after I said "umm, I dont get phone records" she be like "ooh you hold Metro Pcs ok".
