I quit my job next to a good inflict. Today I had the phone interview to determine whether the employment commission feel it was. At the starting point of call I told her that I have a time line of events but she didn't want me to report her, only to answer her question. She asked about recent events which I answered & I told her near was more that I considered necessary to add and she said that the interview be over. She then said to verbs filing that they would distribute a letter to inform me whether I hold been found eligiable or ineligiable for benefits. Once again I told her in attendance were other reason why I quit she said again that we were done near the phone interview. So basically I didn't go and get to tell everything I considered necessary. I left because of 3 issues. We individual talked around one during the interview. She really cut me short and I feel approaching it wasn't fair that I be not able to finish relating all that I required to. Does anyone know why they would cut me short like this? Should I nickname back to relate all the reason?
Answers: Well, people "always" hold good reason for quitting.
It doesn't matter. If your common sense is "stress" or "management be a jerk" or whatever, that's not a valid root!! They don't CARE! That's why she cut you off. She could spend an hour on the phone beside you - she's heard a million "good" reason why someone "has" to quit.
You're not going to qualify for unemployement, sorry.
I suspect she asked you about solely the reasons that they would enjoy a legal responsibility to consider. You may be aware of your other reasons are relevant, but unless they are relevant to employment regulation, they don't matter to the employment commission.
