Answers:   You have to sign that you want benefits, or a declination of such.

If you sign for the benefits in a minute, it will not affect your resignation. The only article is that your employer may start deducting your share of the cost from your wage, if any.

Be sure to give a spy of resignation at least two weeks surrounded by advance. It's the right entry to do for your employer. If you have given your employer the work he have paid you to do, and if you make available him a notice back resignation, he will be more apt to give you a flawless reference.

Is it true that you stipulation a social guarantee or social insurance to work?

Well, short knowing what is in the benfits roll it is hard to speak. I am going to assume it is basic insurance coverage etc. So, no...if and when you quit, you will not be entitled to that insurance and appropriately, it won't come out of your paycheck anymore (which you won't be getting anyway!). Employer provided insurance ends when you leave and you are not responsible for it after your departure. But later again, if you are quitting...why would you bother signing it? Read the offer and conditions.
