I had to quash a holiday a month ago due to having blackout and whack my face on a chalice table and subsequent bruising that occured. My doctors both said that I shouldn't have a problem getting the money fund. I have put contained by a claim - what can I do if it is rejected? I know that insurance companies aren't willing to settle up out for claims so is there anyone I can appeal to? Any proposal would be great. Thank you :-)
