I have have a well specified courier deliver a parcel, the first parcel was undermined and I had to establish a replacement part, they hold now deliver the replacement, but i had to eliminate the delivery due to not be able to check the parcel, the courier would not allow me to sympathetic the parcel until signed for.
But how do I know if the parcel is damaged previously i sign as i cant open? and if i sign for the parcel and the item is broken what right do i hold to claim compensation?
It seems similar to I will have to sign for a potentially broken bundle.
Answers: Unless the you or the sender purchased insurance, then the courier is not liable for hurt, per the terms of service that apply for every customer.

The individual way to know whether the items come damaged is to sign for the roll and open it. If it is make worse, then it is between you and the sernder, not the courier.
