I can come surrounded by as early at 6:45 and as unpunctually as 9:30 as long as I get my 8 hours within. If I want to work a four day work week, I can. If I want to work a few hours over to get hold of off rash on friday..I can. VERY nice ..but not everyone does this. We also have great robustness insurance benefits. Also may have the facility to work from home for some companies. We will in probably 2009/2010.

It's NEVER boring, never! However, you need to own thick skin as you will traffic with tons of upset, confused and of late plain angry people.
If you are an inside adjuster working within the office you gain to handle stuff via phone, fax and email, which surrounded by my opinion is easier. You will enjoy a regular work week of 35 to 40 hrs with usually run of the mill work hours between 8 and 5pm. However, many adjusters call a halt up working a lot of extra hours because they obtain so many files. By the agency since most adjusters are paid a remuneration the extra work is done for free. I'm a area adjuster who get's to handle most stuff facade to face. I've be doing it for 20+ years. My hours can be longer. Monday, my last appointment be at 7:30 pm with an hour driver subsidise home.
It can be a rewarding job when you relieve a family that purely lost their house in a fire. It can also suck because nation think they hold won the lottery when they have an insurance claim and you receive to educate them just about why they won't be getting rich.
