Workers Compensation?

Does anyone know where I can find (besides an attorney) the answer to a request for information re: workers comp? I live in Illinois & work for a company that have a policy that reads if you are actively employed on a spot on date and have worked so frequent hours for the year you will earn a bonus. I was hurt on the assignment before I could work my required hours and be on a medical leave on the deadline date so they influence I do not qualify for my bonus. I, of course, disagree, since I would own qualified if I had not be hurt on the job. My companies Human Resource party is of no help.

You don't bring back the bonus, having a work comp claim and getting your bonus are apples and oranges, 2 entirely different things. Besides, most family who get injured on the opening usually did so because of their own negligence and stay off work longer than they really needed to because they be exaggerating their actual disability. I was a work comp adjuster for masses many years.

That bonus is NOT going to be covered lower than workers comp. WC doesn't pay Christmas bonuses, or that bonus some companies payment if you don't call contained by sick for the whole year.
