Answers: A company not paying its dividend, for doesn`t matter what reason, is never moral. Combine that with lawsuits and you own a mess.
Disclosure: I'm currently short CCU and enjoying every minute of it. The charts showed a unsubstantiated company a long time ago.
Stay out of not only CCU, but the adjectives dead industry. It have no room for growth and does not pay dividends. Where is the upside?
