Should i buy countrywide and citigroup "c" very soon?

I have be watching for countrywide and it is about 80% down already. Same near citigroup. Is it time to get contained by now on the other hand? do you think they will budge down more? is the merger done between countrywide and bofa?

Answers: I would not touch either. The CEO of Countrywide Angelo Mozilo be paid $69 million surrounded by 2006. Who do you think is going to put together money off of that company him or you? The wonderful unusual CEO of Citigroup was a moment ago presented with $27 million worth of stock, I dream up it was. Who do you muse is going to make money bad of that company him or you?

The general concept near these companies is stick it to the stock holder while we line out pockets.
I am not thrilled almost Citigroup because of all the foreign investment that have come in and help bail them out of this current subprime mess.

Countrywide I am seriously considering. It is a speculative play, however, Bank of America bought them out, and their stock has gone from $4.43 to over $6 surrounded by the last week. A nice gain.

What is sensex and stock exchange..?

how do they really function or work..

Answers: The Sensex is an "index". What is an index? An index is basically an indicator. It give you a general conception about whether most of the stocks own gone up or most of the stocks have gone down.

The Sensex is an indicator of adjectives the major companies of the BSE.

The Nifty is an indicator of adjectives the major companies of the NSE.

If the Sensex go up, it means that the prices of the stocks of most of the trunk companies on the BSE have gone up. If the Sensex go down, this tells you that the stock price of most of the central stocks on the BSE have gone down.

Just resembling the Sensex represents the top stocks of the BSE, the Nifty represents the top stocks of the NSE.

Besides Sensex and the Nifty there are heaps other indexes. There is an index that gives you an notion about whether the mid-cap stocks run up and down. This is called the “BSE Mid-cap Index”. There are plentiful other types of indexes.

There is an index for the metal stocks. There is an index for the FMCG stocks.
A stock exchange is a system where culture or companies buy and sell principally shares in companies (and a few other things). The sale are run a bit like an auction and on busy days, prices can transformation almost every second. The results of the days sales are reported contained by newspapers and are used to convenience companies and reflect the monetary health of companies, industries and even countries. Most larger or developed countries own a stock exchange and as a measure of the commotion on a days trading they use an index. The index is often made up by of late adding the price of a mound of shares together and using this as a measure of the efficacy of that countries industry.

The Sensex is one of these indices that is used by the Indian Stock exchange contained by Bombay. I think it comprises something like thirty or forty major company company shares and give a reflection of what happen in the cutback. Sensex is actually a shortened form of sensitive index but I reason you would have probably hear it used in relation to the Bombay exchange where on earth is stands for stock exchange sensitive index.

Hope this all help.

Online Trading within Ireland?

I want to open an online trading statement in Ireland, but I cannot find a company that offer this service at a reasonable price or next to reasonable language and conditions. For example, Goodbodys have an online rationalization, but you need to put a minimum of EUR125,000 within the account to be eligible to approachable an account. Davys have a lower account hole charge of EUR2,000. but they charge a minimum of EUR1,250 per year for "management fees" or 1.25% of the total portfolio good point. Also, the minimum trade price is EUR25, which is quite profusely in today's market. There are loads of other fees as well that don't seem to be justified. Does anyone know of any better option for online trading in Ireland?
