I enjoy $300,000 to invest, but dont know what to invest on...?

I have no debt, no bills to wage, or anything... They always say-so " It takes money to create money" so I have money. I dont want to run into stocks, too risky.. I dont mean CDs or bonds any.. So what's something I can invest in that's not too big of a lay a wager but yet I can still form a decent amount of money?
