Answers: You can roll it over to any bank or brokerage firm. There are unshakable distrubution rules for an inherited IRA description. Big penalaties if you do not follow them correctly.

Investors lend money to get a return on their investment. The with the sole purpose way I know of to draw from a return on their investment is to charge interest for using their money.
