Should I buy U.S. Mint's Silver Eagles or Privately-minted Silver Eagles?
What are the advantages and disadvantages of both?Answers: only the US management produces the official "Silver Eagles", that are 1-ounce silver coins near an official frontage value of US$1. similarly, Canada produces a silver 1-ounce "Maple Leaf" coin, near an official facade value of 5 Canadian Dollars.
private producers may produce 1-ounce (or more) silver coins next to eagles or other designs on them, but they are usually known as silver "rounds", as unwilling "bars".
in integration to a dealer's commission, you will pay a $1-$2 premium per ounce for the senate issue, while the private rounds will cost only around 50 cents/ounce extra. however, you will go and get back most of the premium when you trade them back to a trader, and, in travel case the economy ever comes to depend on silver and gold ingots, no one later will question your US Silver Eagles and Canadian Maple Leafs, while your private issue will predictable have to be assayed, at your cost, to prove that it is what it say it is.
i myself have gold ingots Krugerrands (which are instantly recognizable), ASE's, CML's, as well as a few private issues, which i'm already planning to trade stern to the dealer and pay packet the extra premium for the government issues.
Like said above lone US Mint's are called "Silver Eagles", it's nice of like a trademark signature. But here's your answer :
1. Advantages : US Mint has dutiful reputation, so it's easily to resell, culture are less potential to question the reasonableness and purity of a Silver Eagle. Advantage of private minted silver, it's cheaper, so you pay smaller amount for markup, premium...etc.
2. Disadvantages : just the in front of. You get what you repay for, and when you sell it, you supply what you paid for. Simple as that , I individually am comfortable with private mints because the extra cost (usually $2 respectively on a US Mint Silver Eagle) adds up sudden!
If your goal is to buy silver bullion, noticeably buy cheap, from experience, I NEVER pay more than 7% above spot price ALL INCLUDED (that money taxes, shipping, whatever).
Sunshine Mint, Northwest Territorial Mint, are two major companies beside good credit

Answers: Good luck with investing. I honestly haven't done much beside the stock market save for my 401k. There is one website I use for other investments. You loan money to other people. I close to it because you don't pay fees to loan the money and the returns aren't too bleak. The minimum amount you can loan is $50.00. I have a couple of loans out nearby. My average return is about 13%. So far I've received payments ontime. Here is the website if you want to thieve a look at it.

As far as your quiz with dune rates, I would suggest checking www.bankrate.com. You might also check local credit unions. I work for a credit grouping and our CD rates seem to be to be much higher than abundant banks. They also own lower minimums
Hi Stanley
I'd recommend opening an description with a low cost brokerage (www.zecco.com, www.tradeking.com, www.scottrade.com) and buying ETFs that track the marketplace like the iShares fund (IVV) or the SPDR fund (SPY). That bearing you get the flea market return without risking the possibility that an individual company will step under.
As far as individual stocks, I similar to companies with strong brand name or that have biddable long term competitive positions that are trading at cheap valuation, like (at the moment) Harley Davidson (HOG) or Moodys (MCO).
I might also hold bad for a while (perhaps the next few months), as I contemplate that economic jitters will put downward pressure on the marketplace for the immediate adjectives.
And unfortunately I don't know of the mound. Perhaps ING?
Good luck.
