How will the stock market do this year. reitts and mutual funds?

Answers: Lol. No one really knows. Those who say they do can only predict it so well.
Sideways like last year...Neither up nor down...assuming of course there isn't a recession. REITS are still good particularly if they're not mortgage related...in other words REITS that either manage or own properties outright are still good...Commodities will still continue their run up so Mutual Funds that deal with their related stocks will be good...The small cap market will be good too because there seems to be a bit of a pickup in venture capitalizaiton and that trend may/might continue. PEACE!

I'm looking at beginning a Roth IRA account. Where can I find out which company has the best rates of return?

Answers: Go to http://www.bestmoneyinfo.com for help finding which funds to invest in. It gives a list of top performing funds for the long term.
An individual retirement account is a vehicle for your investments. The Roth account allows you no current tax write off but the money is tax free when you withdraw at retirement.

You can investment in stocks, bond, mutual funds and real estate if you find the right custodian ( try a web search on self directed retirement account real estate). Otherwise look at Fidelity (largest mutual fund), Vanguard (low price leader), TRowe Price (good family of funds).
In an IRA, YOU choose the investment. You can establish an IRA with banks, brokerages or mutual fund houses. See www.ira.com.
