I made my first trading on February 4th, 30 minutes before the souk closed. And my 5 orders be being rejected. I emailed them the subsequent day and they told me that near was a server problem and that is to say why my positions are not showing up in my online trading sketch. They told me to check back on Tuesday. So I did what they told me to do and my positions are still not showing up. After communicating through email rear legs and forth I finally found time to call them hindmost on Friday. They totally deny it's their mistake nor did they admit it be their error on what has happen and told me that they could do nothing for me since my report was unoccupied on February 4th. I complained to the supervisor and argued with him on a few points, within which he couldn't give me a stodgy response and reasoning. In my point of view it be totally their mistake. Can I do anything about it? Should I hang on to on complaining or simply close my account and move out?Answers: So your orders didn't buy? What's the damage then? As far as closing your explanation, that decision is up to you. When I first open my account, at hand were no minimums and you get 30 free trades a month. Then that went away and very soon you need $2500 for 10 free trades within the month. I was upset at this adaptation because their whole tagline be that you get free trades and it wasn't a promo.
I thought give or take a few closing my account but it still beat the pricing of other companies so I stuck with them. It be either find some free trades and lower quality customer service or spend more for better customer service that I might not entail.
