Option trading?
how do you exercise your option?if i buy a name option and the price of the stock go up,that would put you in the profit but do you own to exercise your option ?but will occur if you don't?or what kind of lay down you should place?Answers: if you buy or write an option it have an expiration date. At the time of expiration you will have to cover it or if you are within the money, the profit will be credited to your account. If you buy a christen and it's in the money at the time of expiration your rationalization will be credited for the difference betwen your strike price and the price of the stock at closing.
Someone else in the flea market sold you that call and they will hold to sale stocks (or come up near the $) to cover their call. The profit will be sent to you. It is automated by the open market.
Smart Options Mentor gave you a grim answer ... didn't read or didn't understand your examine.
What you should be doing when an option go up big is SELL and take your profits. You'd place a "flog to close" order.
Now to clear up your confusion:
If you are long call you can exercise your options untimely and buy the stock, but generally speaking you're better sour just selling the option cause you'll acquire some extra time premium in the price. Even selling the opportunity and turning around and buying the stock would be a better deal.
Most brokers own it setup so you can exercise online and if not afterwards you'd have to ring them to request it.

One of the best places to get information on companies is the library. Don't dawdle to ask the librarian to help you. There are copious references such as Moody,Money Magazine,Wall St. Journal, and so on. You will with the sole purpose get opinion on whether the stock will go up. It's not for sure. You can also ask any body that you know that plays the flea market.
Remember "Buy low and sell high".
i would buy BIDU.it is reporting earn on the 13th and i think it would move about much higher
This is not the greatest time contained by the world to be investing in stocks. The vanquisher might very powerfully be the one that looses the least. But since it is solitary a game, I will suggest a couple for you.
GIM This is a closed closing stages fund that invests in foreign policy debt. The hypothesis here is as the U S continues to cut interest rates, foreign soveriegn debt become more valuable. Also as the importance of the dollar continues to drop, assets denominated in foreign currencies also become more useful. This pays a dividend monthly. Be sure to take the dividend into vindication when calculating your return.
ETP This is a pipeline limited partnership. Its utility is somewhat cushioned by the high dividend pay. It has also be trending up recently as alternate sources of income own deminished greatly.
Now for a somewhat speculative one. CAF. This is a fund that invests in China A shares. It is currently selling a distressed level, very distressed level. If there should be a organize, this one could go up considerably. It is selling at 30% below lattice assets. That means it is worth currently 30% than it is selling for.
As mentioned very soon isn't a great time to start investing.
If you have the leeway of shorting, that's definately something to consider in a accept market. Shorting is when you vend stocks that you don't own, and then buy it rear legs at a lower price... you do it if you expect a stock price to go down. If you want to purloin a crazy risk and go all-or-nothing, short Yahoo (YHOO.) You will any be up 50% or down 50% within a few weeks.
Other companies that would bring in good buys...
HPQ (Hewlitt Packard)
GE (General Electric)
NT (Nortel) -- Risky though
EEM - Emerging market ETF
EWZ - Brazil ETF
NCX - Nova Chemicals
EFA - Europe & Far East
QQQQ if you think the NASDAQ will turn up, buy QID if you think it will travel down.
FXI - China ETF
One that I just started watching is AHR, 16% dividend and I reason it has correct potential, but like I said not totally sure all the same.
If you can buy Canadian stocks on the TSX...
BBD.B (Bombardier)
PNP (Pinetree Capital)
NCX (Nova Chemicals)
XFN - Financials index
If you want a penny stock, MGOA (Megola) is a good buy right very soon.
Let me know if you want to know specific prices I would recommend selling each of the above at.
