I would like ti ask the investment community, do you think PLKT is for real.?
Answers: I had nothing else to do see I looked them up, this is copied from G00GLE Finance
Planktos Corp., formerly Diatom Corporation, was established to provide Internet-based travel services. On August 17, 2005, the Company entered into an iron-fertilization, prove-out and purchase agreement with Planktos, Inc. (Planktos) and its parent company, Solar Energy Limited (Solar) to provide developmental funding for Planktos’ iron-fertilization prove out program of its carbon dioxide (CO2) sequestration process. The process is designed to capture CO2 from the earth’s marine environment using an iron fertilization process to generate commercial quantities of verifiable carbon credits. On January 12, 2007, the Company entered into a securities exchange agreement and plan of exchange with Solar to acquire 100% ownership of Planktos. Planktos is focused on reviving marine, as well as land-based ecosystem health and biodiversity with the intention to slow global climate change.
Seems they have been in every business from Travel to Fertilizer.
I think they are selling "fertilizer"
If penny stocks were a good buy Warren Buffet would buy the entire company.
Answer is NO
PLKT currently has a "book value" of 0.011c per share, so I would say that if its price falls to a quarter of the current offer price, it might be realistic.
There is a reason "penny stocks" trade for next to nothing...it's because they are WORTH next to nothing!

Does anyone know Abbey Financial Solutions ?
They claim to be a independent financial services advisor specialised in telephonic push for based surrounded by Barcelona. Is there any register surrounded by Spain similar to the FSA register?
Answers: Agree...unless you can find very positive information going on for them...do not trust them with your funds. There is an equivalent to the FSA within Spain and did know it's title. Unfortunately worse for wear after a party ending night so can't talk about.
That said, why not use an international specialist from the UK. View: www.unbiased.co.uk it's the offical site of UK IFA's.
