If the dollar is flactuating against the peso do i need to change my dollar to peso?
Answers: This is a tough question. There are many countries that depend on the United States, including Mexico. I had a friend that worked for the Mexican stock exchange and he always said that when the US got a cold they got Pneumonia. I would assume that the same goes for currency. If the dollar continues to fall, I can't imagine that making the mexican peso stronger. If you wanted out of the dollar I would suggest going with the Euro, which seems to be more resilient to what is happening here.
is this Mexican peso or Philippine Peso?
i don't know how the Mexican peso does against the US Dollar, but for Philippine peso... there's no need to speculate because the US Dollar has been going down for the past 3 months and it might get lower to 35=1 before the quarter ends... if you're looking value for your Dollars, change it now.
