Can a Stockbroker reversed a trade confirmation contract and claimed ASX trading error have occur?

CommSec sent me a confirmation of contract to buy shares. But later they reversed the contract claiming that an error have occurred. They claimed that a trading error be performed within that particular stock on that morning.

As a result of this error, CommSec said the ASX ruled on cancelling adjectives trades which executed below a certain price. Due to this error, CommSec issued me a reversal for the shares that newly purchased.

Errors sometimes occurre but when I make an error (such as typing contained by a higher purchase price) and a trade confirmed, I enjoy to bear the consequence. How can they effortlessly claim that an error had made and withdraw a confirmed contract? So next time when I buy a share at a difficult price, can I claim that I made an error and reverse the trade?

Can I claim compensation? From whom?


Answers: Unfortunately they can reverse trades if there be a computer error or such. Sorry :(

You are a NRI then why do you need a Pan card?? Pan card is for resident Indian and paying income tax.
In case you are a ex NRI now settled in India, then you can apply for the same provided you have a permenant address here.
