Shares....?
Would you buy or sell UK Growth shares immediately? How will the US recession effect UK growth shares?Answers: Buy slowly. Put half of what you own to invest into a basket of shares - especially bank and utilities. Then put the other half within after about a month when you enjoy seen what the souk is doing. A US recession will effect UK growth but we still need bank, electricity, water etc.

How do stock markets gradually go down, someone please give me some info. on how it works.?
Answers: There is no simple answer to your question. Here's some insight. Stock prices are based on the value of the company and future earnings. That last part is critical. Since the future is unknown people forecast earnings (i.e. guess). This is assessed and reassessed all the time by looking at a variety of factors (the economy, next quarters projected earnings, etc). Stock prices change accordingly.
People always say its about buyers and sellers. But why? Why are there suddenly buyers for stock XYZ? Is it fear and greed? Maybe its a bit like lemmings or the fear of not missing out.
