Answers: Hi, I dont know what your age is.Remember few things in the region of savings. U can not amass after you have spent. So, accumulate first and then spent. Start near a small amount say Rs.2000, kept aside at the begining of the month. Do not touch this come what may! Now coming to the plan, adjectives you need to do is to accessible an Recurring deposit with some nationalised sandbank for one year. After it matures, own it deposited for one year in fixed deposit. Keep the Recurring deposit running, when the first fixed deposit mature, add the old age proceeds and make another fixed deposit. Please do not preserve money in shares, chit funds or private money lenders. Its risky. Avoid wateful expenditure, bring good caution of health, medicine are costly u see. Buy anything after asking you five times whether you really need it. DO NOT travel for a credit card. Wish you luck.
Start and contribute to a Roth IRA (Individual Retirement Account). You’ll need to contact a brokerage to start one. I intuitively am happy using Fidelity. In this adjectives the earnings/gains are never taxed. A HUGE benefit. And max the allowed contributions whenever you can afford to. You can’t annul this money until age 59 1/2 without a main penalty, but still the sagacious thing to start first. You can own any form of investment inside the IRA that you wish: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc.. Currently the max you can contribute is I believe $5,000 per year.

You can also start a second regular type of brokerage sketch for stock purchasing, but you’ll have to income capital gain tax on those gain whenever you make a subtraction.
hye,do you know forex?

May I suggest a DRIP Plan.

They are seldom talk about because brokers engender very little money when they suggest them. Yet, they own proven to be one of the best, if not the best, long-term strategy on Wall Street.

The best segment is you get solid annual returns from illustrious, safe Blue Chip companies similar to: McDonalds, General Electric, Pfizer, Walmart, US Bancorp....etc..

They are inexpensive to start and maintain.

They are fail-safe for small investors, as well as big investors. They are undisruptive and allow you to not care roughly whether the market is going up or down.

There are like mad of people on Yahoo that push mutual funds, and in attendance are some good funds available, but 75% of them lower than perform the marketplace. All of them have supervision fees, and some have sale loads.

Make a wise ruling and do your homework.

Good Luck

Should Options Markets be made Illegal?

Aren't the options market the reason for adjectives the nasty laying a bet, volatility and hedging in the market that hurt most common investors who mind their own business? I realize this have been going on for almost ever, but can't we attain more common sense and apology into our investments without adjectives this massive leveraging that makes the situation so non transparent?

Answers: Puts and call -- options -- are financial instruments to lessen the impact of the bloodthirsty swings of up and down prices. Granted, the first Great Depression had as a floor cause massive over speculation base upon broker-issued credits. Modern options contracts are supposed to be back with physical collateral.
You mean you aren't a adherent of Jerome Kerviel ?

Seriously how many culture can go to their High School reunion and read out I created a TRILLION dollar loss in the world souk ? That guy is gonna get adjectives the chicks!

If Bernanke has a dart board - I bet it have Jerome's face on it !
Absolutely not. You're command of this is naive. The option market do not "cause" speculation, gaming or volatility. These things exist in any financial open market regardless of whether derivatives exist or not.

Actually a lot of financial companies use option to limit and control risk.

OPtions, CDOs, and other derivatives are approaching any other tool. They can be used wisely or foolishly.

Like a tack hammer can build a house or kill someone if you hit them on the lead, derivatives can manage risk or increase it.

Its of late a tool. Its up to individuals to use it wisely or not. Volatility will be nearby always near or wothout derivatives because volatility is all more or less fear.
near are two sides to the options open market. You are only focusing on one side--the speculative side. The other side is the risk price cut side. Almost always one balance the other. Not always but within general. For every speculative option transaction there is almost other a non-speculative transaction on the other side of the trade. It might be a hedging transaction by someone attempting to reduce his risk or a transaction by someone attempting to increase his portfolio return.
