What are some unprincipled issues that may arise on the Wall Street souk?

I know insider's trading/information is unethical but would it fall over under a category close to greed or stealing? But besides, insiders trading/information, could you all identify some more?

Answers: Trading forward against your customers, which is also illegal, which is using culture of the order book to profit bad of transactions which are not yet contained by the market.

There is also an example, which is not prohibited, of trading forward against your customers. When companies have dividend reinvestment plans they hold to buy the shares in the bazaar, dealers not with the sole purpose know this but also the size of the DRiP and so slowly buy up stocks when the prices are depressed near the date and next issue them to the company at inflated prices due to the large size of the transactions. People who believe they are paying no commission to buy stocks may be paying a much greater spread than had they made the purchases on their own.

There are a few cons out there too, but I would fairly not put them on the net, no obligation for anyone to of them who doesn't already.
