Entertainment is just a small slice of the overall market (with banking, oil/energy, autos, agriculture, pharmacuticals, retail, etc in the mix too). I just checked the list of 30 'Dow' companies, and the only ones that seemed to have a direct 'entertainment' interest are Walt Disney & General Electric (and GE makes most of it's $$$ in its manufacturing concerns).
But then on the other hand, the strike being over means many of peoples favorite shows will be back on the air, and people will be watching more, and watching commercials more, and that could add to many businesses bottom line. (And there's always the chance that people that are happy that their show is back on might look at the market with rose colored glasses and buy - much of the market is personal perception).
