MSExcel Logictest - if I hold a $$ target of 100K, how do I set up bonus base on 20,10,5% for ea 10K over?

I am setting up an MS spreadsheet for my sales reps - the target is 100K and for the FIRST $10K over the target they seize a 20% commission; the 2nd 10K over (from $110-$120), they get 10% and for the remainder they are over 100K ($120+), they would win a 3% commission...I can't seem to numeral out the excel formula logic to accomplish this? Any thoughts?

Answers: I’m sure there is an easier opening to do this, but if A-1 is the total sales after use these formulas

A2
=IF(A1>100000,(A1-100000)*20%
,0)

B2
=IF(A2>2000,2000,A2)

A3
=IF(A1>110000,(A1-110000)*10%
,0)

B3
=IF(A3>1000,1000,A3)

B4
=IF(A4>120000,(A1-120000)*3%
,0)

B5
=SUM(B2:B4)

B5 returns the answer (total bonus)
