Straddle apple?

what do any seasoned investors out there presume of straddling aapl just previously the report on tuesday?
on the one hand we are within a very volitile souk and apple is a huge factor in that and have been pretty volitile itself lately (on the downside of course) this favors the straddle, however it is coming sour a huge drop so if the report is negative on adjectives projections but blows away numbers it could stand not to move to much being that it fell so much already....your thoughts

Answers: You already hold my thoughts and those of four others from when you asked the same sound out before.

I want to start an IRA the will have $750,000 within it when I retire in 27 years. How much do I call for to invest semiannually in the IRA to do this if the interest is 13% compounded semiannually?

Answers: Are you referring to a traditional or a roth IRA?
For a roth, you would hold to put around $3,300 a year...

Check with Vanguard, Fidelity or a similar net site. I know I have see a website that will give you this information.

I would love to know where on earth you can get 13% interest.
13% is a pretty chipper return, perhaps not too natural for planning purposes.

What are the role of the stock exchange in company accounting ?

Answers: Each exchange has rules about the accounting standards that its listed companies must meet. For instance, companies must provide timely filings. If a company is unable to provide a timely filing, it may, and usually is, de-listed from the exchange.

An exchange may also require that a firm meet certain accounting standards. Most US exchanged require that firm publish their accounts in accordance with US GAAP. (There are other standards for non-US firms that list their ADRs on US exchanges.)

So, in general, exchanges will require a minimum accounting standard and have ongoing requirements that their listed firms meet those standards or else the firm will be de-listed.
