nothing surrounded by china is a good buy right immediately. they overheated their economy and it is going to give somebody a lift a while for things to cool off. their bazaar increased nearly 6,000% in 2 years, I don't know of any business that can grow production that in a hurry (therefore the market is overvalued). when things do cool sour I would go beside PetroChina over CEO. in roughly 3 years I would call CEO a decent-good long permanent status investment.
